The solubility of nimodipine was measured in aqueous solutions of the following cyclodextrins: -cyclodextrin (-CD), hydroxypropyl--CD (HP--CD), -cyclodextrin (-CD), random substituted methyl--CD (M--CD), three hydroxypropyl--CDs (HP--CD) with mutually different average degree of substitution, and hydroxypropyl--cyclodextrin (HP--CD). From the determined linear solubility diagrams the values of the binding constant K11 of the inclusion complexes of nimodipine with the respective CDs were evaluated. The -CDs efficiently solubilized sparingly soluble nimodipine, the highest value of K11 was found for M--CD (1680 M-1), followed by -CD (550 M-1) and HP--CDs, where the higher degree of substitution lowered K11. Only slight solubilization of nimodipine was observed in the solutions of the -CDs and HP--CD.  相似文献

Conductivity measurements of oxalic acid and neutral oxalates (disodium oxalate, dipotassium oxalate, dicesium, and diammonium oxalate) were performed on dilute aqueous solutions, c < 3 × 10–3 mol-dm–3, from 5 to 35°C. These data and those available from the literature were analyzed in terms of dissociation steps of oxalic acid, the Onsager conductivity equation for neutral oxalates, the Quint–Viallard conductivity equation for the acid, and the Debye–Hückel equation for activity coefficients, to give the limiting equivalent conductances of bioxalate anion ;(HC2O4 ) and oxalate anion (1/2C2O4 2–) and the corresponding dissociation constants K 1 and K 2.  相似文献

Summary The [Rh(acac){P(OPh)3)}2] complex (Hacac = 2,4-pentadione) reacts in solution with gaseous HCN in the presence of P(OPh)3 to give [Rh{P(OPh)3}3CN]. Structural investigations of this complex including its31P n.m.r. spectra are reported.  相似文献

The influence of the position of the CH3 group in picoline and lutidine ligands on the degree of chemical change of the NCS groups in coordination compounds of the type Cu(NCS)2L2 (whereL=2-, 3- and 4-picoline, and 2,3-, 2,4-, 2,5-, 2,6-, 3,4- and 3,5-lutidine) is dealt with. The most marked effect of the CH3 group is found to be exerted in position 4. This effect of the methyl group on the degree of chemical change points to the mutual influence of the ligands in coordination compounds of Cu(II).
Zusammenfassung Der Artikel befaßt sich mit dem Einfluß der Lage der CH3 Gruppe in Pikolinen und Lutidinen als Liganden auf den Grad der chemischen Änderungen der Gruppen NSC in Koordinationsverbindungen des Typs Cu(NCS)2L2 (L=2-, 3- und 4-Pikoline, 2,3-, 2,4-, 2,5-, 2,6-, 3,4- und 3,5-Lutidine). Der ausgeprägteste Effekt der CH3 Gruppe wurde in der Position 4 beobachtet. Dieser Einfluß der Methylgruppe auf das Ausmaß der chemischen Änderungen deutet auch auf die gegenseitige Wirkung der Liganden in Koordinationsverbindungen von Cu(II).

Résumé L'article a trait à l'influence de la position du groupe CH2 dans les picolines et lutidines, en tant que ligands, sur le degré des changements chimiques des groupes SCN dans les composés de coordination du type Cu(SCN)2L2 (L=2-, 3 et 4-picoline, 2,3-, 2,4-,2,5-, 2,6-, 3,4- et 3,6-lutidine). L'effet le plus prononcé du groupe CH3 s'observe en position 4. Cette influence du groupe méthyle sur le degré des changements chimiques indique aussi l'influence mutuelle des ligands dans les composés de coordination du Cu(II).

The influence of pulse plating parameters on the surface morphology, grain size, lattice imperfection and corrosion properties of Zn–Ni alloy has been studied. The coatings were electrodeposited in an alkaline cyanide-free solution. AFM was applied for surface morphology examination, XRD measurements were carried out for phase composition and texture analysis, electron probe microanalysis was used for alloy chemical composition studies, while electrochemical techniques were applied for corrosion performance evaluation. The pulse plated Zn–Ni coatings appeared to consist of the γ-Zn21Ni5 phase and the composition of the alloy depended on the plating parameters. The grain size, lattice imperfection and homogeneity of grain distribution were established to be the main factors determining corrosion behaviour of the coating. Zusammenfassung Bei der Wahl einer geeigneten analytischen Methode für die Nitrat- und Nitritbestimmung in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure sind die bisher bekannten Verfahren [1,3–12] wegen ihrer ungenügenden Empfindlichkeit oder wegen Schwierigkeiten bei der Probeaufbereitung auszuschließen. Wir haben daher für diesen Zweck eine einfache und zuverlässige Modifikation unserer Brucinmethode [2] ausgearbeitet, wobei eine noch größere Empfindlichkeit der Nitratbestimmung erreicht wurde. Bei geeigneter Acidität kann die Brucin-methode auch für die selektive Nitritbestimmung verwendet werden. Das hier beschriebene Verfahren ersetzt eine analoge Modifikation [5], die wegen ihrer methodischen Unrichtigkeit unzureichend ist.
Photometric determination of nitrate and nitrite in sulphuric acid using brucine
A modified brucine method is recommended as a result of a detailed study of the reaction conditions. By suitable selection of acidity and tempering period two ranges of sensitivity have been obtained for the nitrate determination (0–5 and 0.1 bis 0.5 g NO3 -N/g H2SO4, resp.). At low concentrations of sulphuric acid nitrite may be determined in presence of nitrate by the same brucine method. Maximum errors are ±0.02 resp. ±0.05 g NO3 -N and ±0.05 NO2 -N.

Some 804 papers on flow injection analysis published to the end of May 1985 are summarized. Past trends are discussed and new developments are briefly outlined.The paper entitled “Flow Injection Analysis. Part 1. A New Concept of Fast Continuous Flow Analysis” [1], which appeared in August 1975, was the first of some 804 papers [1/2-804] published on flow injection analysis (f.i.a.) during the past ten years. In the present contribution, all these papers are collected to record the status quo of the general method and to reveal the present trends in applications of f.i.a. and in the geographical distribution of the research activities. Important concepts and technological innovations are reviewed and the future development of f.i.a. is briefly outlined.  相似文献

The secretome of cells and tissues may reflect a broad variety of pathological conditions and thus represents a rich source of biomarkers. The identity of secreted proteins, usually isolated from cell supernatants or body fluids, is hardly accessible by direct proteome analysis, because these proteins are often masked by high amounts of proteins actually not secreted by the investigated cells. Here, we present a novel method for the specific detection of proteins secreted by human tissue specimen as well as cultured cells and chose liver as a model. The method is based on the metabolic labelling of proteins synthesized during a limited incubation period. Then, the cell supernatant is filtered, precipitated, and subjected to two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. Whereas fluorography detected a large number of proteins derived from residual plasma and dead cells, the autoradiographs selectively displayed genuinely secreted proteins. We demonstrate the feasibility of this approach by means of the secretomes of the hepatocellular carcinoma-derived cell line HepG2 and human liver slices. The selective identification of cell- and tissue-specific protein secretion profiles may help to identify novel sets of biomarkers for wide clinical applications.  相似文献
