Eleven elements (Zn, P, B, Mn, Mg, Cu, Ca, Ba, Sr, Na and K) were determined by inductively plasma coupled spectrometry in 40 honey samples from different places of Spain and four different botanical origins: Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus sp.), Heather (Erica sp.), Orange-blossom (Citrus sinensis) and Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis). K, Ca and P show the higher levels with average concentrations ranged between 434.1-1935 mg kg−1 for K; 42.59-341.0 mg kg−1 for Ca and 51.17-154.3 mg kg−1 for P. Levels of Cu (0.531-2.117 mg kg−1), Ba (0.106-1.264 mg kg−1) and Sr (0.257-1.462 mg kg−1) are the lowest in all honey samples. Zn (1.332-7.825 mg kg−1), Mn (0.133-9.471 mg kg−1), Mg (13.26-74.38 mg kg−1) and Na (11.69-218.5 mg kg−1) concentrations were found strongly dependent on the kind of botanical origin.Results were submitted to pattern recognition procedures, unsupervised methods such as cluster and principal components analysis and supervised learning methods like linear discriminant analysis in order to evaluate the existence of data patterns and the possibility of differentiation of Spanish honeys from different botanical origins according to their mineral content. Cluster analysis shows four clusters corresponding to the four botanical origins of honey and PCA explained 71% of the variance with the first two PC variables. The best-grouped honeys were those from heather; eucalyptus honeys formed a more dispersed group and finally orange-blossom and rosemary honeys formed a less distinguishable group. 相似文献

The reduction of [WCl4(PMe3)3] with dispersed sodium, under dinitrogen, gives cis-[W(N2)2(PMe3)4], while under ethylene trans-[W(C2H4)2(PMe3)4] is obtained. The ethylene complex can also be prepared by displacement of the dinitrogen molecules in cis-[W(N2)2(PMe3)4] by ethylene at room temperature and pressure. Interaction of cis-[M(N2)2(PMe3)4] complexes (M = Mo, W), with PMe3, under helium or argon, yields [M(N2)(PMe3)5]. The molybdenum complex crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pnma, with a 22.063(6), b 12.106(4), c 9.745(4) Å. A PVC/TTF‐TCNQ composite electrode has been employed as detector in a flow injection system. The proposed method allows the simultaneous detection of ascorbic acid (AA) and uric acid (UA) in mixtures by using a FIA system in a simple manner, without pre‐treatment or modified electrode. This method is based on the amperometric determination of (a) ascorbic acid at 0.15 V and (b) both analytes at 0.35 V, being the response linear in the range 1×10?2–4×10?4 M for both analytes with detection limits (S/N=3) of 1.2×10?4 M and 8.1×10?5 M for AA and UA, respectively. 相似文献

High level ab initio and density functional theory calculations have been carried out to investigate the relative stability of the different conformers of hyponitrous acid and its mono- and dithio-derivatives. Geometries and vibrational frequencies were obtained at the B3LYP/6-311+G(d,p) level and final energies through B3LYP/6-311++G(3df,2pd) single point calculations. The reliability of this theoretical scheme has been assessed by comparing these DFT results with those obtained at the G3 level of theory, for some suitable cases. The cis conformers of hyponitrous acid and its mono- and dithio-derivatives are systematically more stable than the
trans ones because in the cis conformation a dative interaction between the nitrogen-lone pairs and the σNX^* antibonding orbital is significantly favored. Quite interestingly, in general, the conformers presenting an intramolecular hydrogen bond (IHB) are not the global minima of the corresponding potential energy surfaces and only for hyponitrous acid the conformer with a OH ⋅s O IHB is slightly more stable than the cis conformer without IHB. The low stability of the tautomers with IHB is closely related with another weak intramolecular interaction which involves the lone-pairs of the chalcogen atoms and the πNN* antibondig orbital, and which is significantly perturbed when the IHB is formed. 相似文献

The molecular-size fractionation of aquatic humic substances (HS) and their metal species by means of a novel sequential-stage ultrafiltration (UF) device equipped with five appropriate ultramembranes (1, 5, 10, 50 and 100 kD) is described. First of all, the concentration dynamics of macromolecules, particulary HS, during five-stage UF and its subsequent washing step has been modelled. Based on these results, the fractionation of aquatic HS (from ground and bog water) by means of multistage UF has been optimized for an analytical scale (10 ml sample, 1 mg/ml HS, 10 ml washing solution, pH 6.0). The molecular size-distribution of selected aquatic HS (BOC 1/2 from the DFG-Versuchsfeld Bocholt, VM 5 from Venner Moor, Germany) studied by five-stage UF exhibited strong systematic influences of the procedure used for their isolation. The molecular-size distribution of HS obtained by on-line UF and gel permeation chromatography (GPC) showed a satisfactory agreement in the range 1–50 kD. Moreover, when interrupting multistage UF for > 48 h a slow transformation in the HS samples has been found as gradually additional HS fractions of < 1 kD have been formed. Besides unloaded HS molecules, the molecular-size distribution of freshly formed metal species of HS (1.0 mg metal/g HS of Al(III), Cd(II), Cu(II), Fe(III), Mn(II), Ni(II), Pb(II), Zn(II), each) has been characterized by multistage UF as a function of pH-value, degree of loading and complexation time. Metal determinations as carried out by flame AAS, showed that considerable metal fractions in HS especially are present in molecules > 50 kD, which seemed to be rather acid-inert. With complexation times of < 2 days a transient shift of the molecular size distribution of both HS and their metal species (e.g., Al(III), Fe(III) to higher values (> 10 kD) has been found. 相似文献

A method is described for the simultaneous determination of organophosphorus and triazine pesticides in olive oil, whereby reversed-phase liquid chromatography (LC) is coupled to gas chromatography by means of an automated through-oven transfer adsorption-desorption (TOTAD) interface. The olive oil needs to be filtered only before it is loaded into the liquid chromatograph, where preseparation of the pesticide residues from the other olive oil components is carried out by using methanol-water as the eluant. The LC fraction containing the pesticides is automatically transferred to the gas chromatograph by using the TOTAD interface, which almost totally eliminates the solvent, so that water-sensitive detectors such as the nitrogen-phosphorus detector can be used. Detection limits range from 0.07 to 0.38 microg/L for organophosphorus pesticides and from 6.0 to 7.0 microg/L for triazines.
