The complexing process proceeding in the NiII–thiocarbohydrazide (H2N–H–NC(=S)–NH–NH2)–propanone triple system in EtOH solution and nickel(II)hexacyanoferrate(II) gelatin-immobilized matrix has been studied. It has been found that in the first case, template synthesis leading, as a minimum, to formation of three coordination compounds of NiII with (N,N,S,S)-donor tetradentate ligands having NiL1, NiL2 and NiL3compositions where L1 is 4,6,6-trimethyl-2,3,7,8-tetraazanonen-3-di(thiohydrazide)-1,9, L2 is 4,6,6,12-tetrametyl-1,9-dithio-2,3,7,8,10,11-hexaazatridekadien-3,11-hydrazide-1 and L3 is 2,8,10,10,16-pentamethyl-5,13-dithio-3,4,6,7,11,12,14,15-octaazaheptadekatrien-2,7,15 is observed, whereas in the gelatin-immobilized matrix, a complexing process in the system considered does not occur.  相似文献

-Finely powdered cadmium sulfide in aqueous, air-saturated, phosphate buffered suspension sensitizes the photooxidation of cysteine to cystine with good efficiency; several additional thiols and inorganic sulfides are also photooxidized. The other amino acids (histidine, methionine, tryptophan, tyrosine) known to be rapidly photooxidized with typical organic photosensitizers are photooxidized only very slowly. The quantum yield of oxygen uptake during cysteine photooxidation is pH dependent with a maximum (0.021) at pH 9.5; the yield is not increased in D2O and is not decreased appreciably by sodium azide, suggesting that singlet oxygen is not involved in the photooxidation process. The slow rate of photooxidation of histidine, which is known to react efficiently with singlet oxygen, also suggests that little if any singlet oxygen is produced by illuminated cadmium sulfide. Superoxide dismutase inhibits the yield of cysteine photooxidation to a maximum of approximately 50%, suggesting the partial involvement of superoxide in the reaction mechanism. The quantum yields of the photooxidation of cysteine, ethylenediaminetetraacetate and inorganic sulfides decrease as the wavelength of the exciting light is increased. Yeast alcohol dehydrogenase, a sulfhydryl enzyme, is inactivated by photodynamic treatment with cadmium sulfide; lysozyme, which has no free sulfhydryl groups, is not.  相似文献

A much improved synthesis of the heretofore difficultly obtainable 2,6-diaminopyrazine (4) was afforded by the low-pressure catalytic hydrogenation (palladium on carbon) of 2,6-diazido-pyrazine (2) ; reaction of 2,6-dichloropyrazine (1) and sodium azide gave 2 in 84% yield. The outcome of the reduction was found to be solvent dependent: 1,2-dimethoxyethane containing aqueous ammonia gave 4 in 83% yield; 1,2-dimethoxyethane alone gave 5-aminotetrazolo[1,5-a]-pyrazine (3) in 26% yield. Additional alternative syntheses of 3 and 4 are described. A number of acyl and azo derivatives of 4 were prepared. Reactions of 2 with dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate and ethyl acetate (base catalyzed) leading to vic-triazole derivatives are also described.  相似文献

Two methods for implementing angular momentum decoupling approximations in quantum mechanical reactive scattering examined. Applications of both reactive and nonreactive H + H2 collisions indicate that for the most intense individual reactive transitions and for all degeneracy-averaged ones, these decoupling methods (especially the “proper” decoupling method) yield results in good agreement with those of fully-coupled calculations. However, for the less intense reactive transitions and all individual nonreactive transitions, very large errors can result from use of these approximate methods.  相似文献

A ruthenium-catalyzed intermolecular, anti-Markovnikov hydroamination of vinylarenes with secondary aliphatic and benzylic amines is reported. The combination of Ru(cod)(2-methylallyl)2, 1,5-bis(diphenylphosphino)pentane, and triflic acid was the most effective catalyst of those tested. Control reactions conducted without ligand or acid did not form the amine. The reaction of morpholine, piperidine, 4-phenylpiperazine, 4-BOC-piperazine, 4-piperidone ethylene ketal, and tetrahydroisoquinoline with styrene in the presence of 5 mol % of this catalyst formed the corresponding beta-phenethylamine products in 64-96% yield, with 99% regioselectivity, and without enamine side products. Acyclic amines such as n-hexylmethylamine and N-benzylmethylamine reacted with styrene in 63 and 50% yields, respectively. Alkyl-, methoxy-, and trifluoromethyl-substituted styrenes reacted with morpholine in the presence of this catalyst or a related one containing 1,1'-bis(diisopropylphosphino)ferrocene as ligand to give the products in 51-91%. Further, the hydroamination of alpha-methyl styrene was observed for the first time with a homogeneous transition metal catalyst. Preliminary mechanistic studies showed that the reaction occurred by direct, irreversible, anti-Markovnikov hydroamination and that the mechanism of the ruthenium-catalyzed hydroamination is likely to be distinct from that of the recently reported rhodium-catalyzed reaction.  相似文献

Stress development during drying of coatings produced from aqueous dispersions of calcium carbonate particles in the presence and absence of organic binders was studied using a controlled-environment stress apparatus that simultaneously monitored drying stress, weight loss, and relative humidity. Specifically, the influence of two organic binders on drying stress evolution was investigated: (1) carboxymethylcellulose, a water-soluble viscosifying aid, and (2) a styrene-butadiene latex emulsion of varying glass transition temperature. The stress histories exhibited three distinct regions. First, a period of stress rise was observed, which reflected the capillary tension exerted by the liquid on the particle network. Second, a maximum stress was observed. Third, it was followed by a period of either stress decay or rise depending on the organic species present. Significant differences in stress histories were observed between coatings containing soluble and nonsoluble binders. Maximum drying stresses (sigmamax) of 0.2-0.5 MPa were observed for coatings produced from pure calcium carbonate or calcium carbonate-latex suspensions, whereas coatings with carboxymethylcellulose exhibited substantially higher sigmamax values of 1-2 MPa. Upon drying, these coatings were quite hygroscopic, such that cyclic variations in relative humidity induced large cyclic changes in residual stress.  相似文献

A combined synthesis, diffraction and dielectric properties investigation of the dependence (and effect) of Mn2+/Nb5+ ordering in Ba3MnNb2O9 (BMN) upon annealing atmosphere and processing conditions has been carried out. Annealing in different atmospheres was not found to significantly alter either nominal stoichiometry or structure type. The obtained structure type (disordered metrically cubic or ordered trigonal) as well as the measured electrical properties (in particular, the dielectric loss) were, however, found to be sensitive to the synthesis route. Samples obtained via solid-state reaction were found to be predominantly of 1:2 Mn2+/Nb5+ ordered, trigonal structure type whereas samples obtained via an aqueous solution route were found to be of a Mn2+/Nb5+ ‘disordered’, metrically cubic structure type. All solid-state synthesized samples showed reasonable dielectric properties. The microwave dielectric constant and dielectric quality factor, Q, at 8 GHz of an as-synthesized BMN sample were 38 and 100, respectively. By contrast, the dielectric loss of the metrically cubic, Mn2+/Nb5+ ‘disordered’ samples obtained via an aqueous solution synthesis process were significantly worse.  相似文献

Alternate adsorption of positively charged colloid-Au nanoparticles (nano-Au⊕) and negatively charged hemoglobin (Hb) on L-cysteine (L-cys) modified gold electrode resulted in the assembly of {Hb/nano-Au⊕}n layer-by-layer films/L-cys modified gold electrode. The nano-Au⊕ was characterized by transmission electron micrograph (TEM) and microelectrophoresis. The modified electrode interface morphology was characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), atomic force mi- croscopy (AFM), cyclic voltammograms (CV) and chronoamperometry. Direct electron transfer between hemoglobin and gold electrodes was studied, and the apparent Michaelis-Menten constant ( km app) of the modified electrode was evaluated to be 0.10 mmol·L?1. Moreover, the higher activity of proteins in the nano-Au⊕ films could be retained compared with the electropolymerization membrane, since the pro- teins in nano-Au⊕ films retained their near-native structure. Direct electron transfer between hemoglo- bin and electrode and electrochemically catalyzed reduction of hydrogen peroxide on a modified elec- trode was studied, and the linear range was from 2.1×10-8 to 1.2 ×10?3 mol·L-1 (r = 0.994) with a detection limit of 1.1×10-8 mol·L-1 H2O2.  相似文献

The influence of the size and shape of the torsional potential upon the theoretical temperature coefficient (T? ln 〈r02〉/?T) of a polymeric chain was studied. The uncorrelated end-to-end distance equations for isotactic, syndiotactic, and completely atactic chains were differentiated with respect to temperature and the integrals in the resulting equations were evaluated by the method of Gaussian quadrature. The calculated coefficients were found to be nonlinear functions of the energy ratio Umax/KT, where Umax is the maximum potential barrier and possess real roots which critically depend upon the size and shape of the potential. Qualitative anomalies between experiment and theory disappeared when the entire torsional potential was used in the conformational theory. It appears that quantitative agreement between theory and experiment can be established for polymeric materials if the entire potential is used, rotations within bulky side groups are included, and the potential is determined by the method of minimum conformational energy.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Die Speicher- und VerlustmodulnG undG verdünnter Lösungen (2–4%) dreier Isobutylenpolymerisate mit den Molekulargewichten 0,63, 1,29 und 11×105 wurden in der Apparatur vonBirnboim undFerry über einen Frequenzbereich von 0,4–400 Hz und einen Temperaturbereich von –17,5 bis 25,0° bestimmt. Für die scharf fraktionierten Polymerisate von niederem Molekulargewicht ergab die Frequenzabhängigkeit der Moduln eine ausgezeichnete Übereinstimmung mit der Theorie vonZimm. Die aus den experimentell erhaltenen Kurven ermittelten Molekulargewichte und größten Relaxationszeiten waren von der erwarteten Größenordnung. Für das Polymerisat mit höherem Molekulargewicht entsprach die Frequenzabhängigkeit vonG undG s jedoch der Theorie vonRouse. Der Einfluß der hydrodynamischen Wechselwirkung in der Bewegung der Knäuelsegmente, in welchem der Unterschied zwischen den beiden Theorien besteht, erscheint als von der Größe des Molekulargewichts abhängig.
Summary The storage and loss moduliG andG of dilute (2–4%) solutions of three polyisobutylenes of molecular weight 0.63, 1.29, and 11×105 were determined in the apparatus ofBirnboim andFerry over a frequency range of 0.4 to 400 cps, and a temperature range of –17.0 to 25.0°. The sharply fractionated polymers of low molecular weight showed a frequency dependence in excellent agreement with the theory ofZimm. The experimentally determined molecular weights and terminal relaxation times were of the expected order of magnitude. The frequency dependence of the polymer of highest molecular weight, however, conformed more closely to the theory ofRouse. The influence of the hydrodynamic interaction on the motion of the coil segments, which constitutes the difference in the two theories, appears to depend on the magnitude of the molecular weight.
