A new “single‐flask” method was developed for the synthesis of imidazolidines and pyrrolidines with high stereoselectivity. First, a Schiff base was arylated with an aryne. Second, an intramolecular proton transfer took place from the methylene position to the anionic aryne ring. Third, the resultant ylide reacted with a second equivalent of the same Schiff base in situ or an electron‐deficient alkene through a (3+2) cycloaddition. These sequential tandem 1,2‐addition/(3+2) cycloaddition reactions led to the desired heterocycles in 63–88 % yields.  相似文献

Well‐ordered TiO2 nanotubes were prepared by the electrochemical anodization of titanium in an ethylene glycol electrolyte containing 1 wt% NH4F and 10 wt% H2O at 20 V for 20 min, followed by annealing. The surface morphology and crystal structure of the samples were examined as a function of the annealing temperature by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE‐SEM) and X‐ray diffraction (XRD), respectively. Crystallization of the nanotubes to the anatase phase occurred at 450 °C, while rutile formation was observed at 600 °C. Disintegration of the nanotubes was observed at 600 °C and the structure vanished completely at 750 °C. Electrochemical corrosion studies showed that the annealed nanotubes exhibited higher corrosion resistance than the as‐formed nanotubes. The growth of hydroxyapatite on the different TiO2 nanotubes was also investigated by soaking them in simulated body fluid (SBF). The results indicated that the tubes annealed to a mixture of anatase and rutile was clearly more efficient than that in their amorphous or plain anatase state. The in vitro cell response in terms of cell morphology and proliferation was evaluated using osteoblast cells. The highest cell activity was observed on the TiO2 nanotubes annealed at 600 °C. Enantioselective synthesis of possible diastereomers of heptadeca-1-ene-4,6-diyne-3,8,9,10-tetrol, a structure proposed for the natural product isolated from Hydrocotyle leucocephala is accomplished. The reported spectral data of the natural product did not match those of any of the isomers that were synthesized and established that the structure proposed for the natural product is not correct and requires revision.  相似文献

An attempt has been made to study laminar convective heat and mass transfer flow of an incompressible, viscous and electrically conducting fluid over an impulsively started vertical plate with conduction-radiation embedded in a porous medium in presence of transverse magnetic field. The influence of both second order chemical reaction and heat generation are taken into account. The governing coupled partial differential equations are solved by Crank-Nicolson method. The effects of important physical parameters on the velocity, temperature and concentration have been analyzed through graphs. The results of the present study agree well with the previous solutions. Applications of the present study are shown in material processing systems and different industries. The important findings of present study are: chemical reaction parameter acts as resistive force to reduce the velocity whereas heat source parameter enhances the velocity.  相似文献

In this paper, it is shown that the class of right Fourier multipliers for the Sobolev space W k,p (H n ) coincides with the class of right Fourier multipliers for L p (H n ) for k ∈ ?, 1 < p < ∞. Towards this end, it is shown that the operators R j $ \bar R $ j ??1 and $ \bar R $ j R j ??1 are bounded on L p (H n ), 1 < p < ∞, where $$ R_j = \frac{\partial } {{\partial z_j }} - \frac{i} {4}\bar z_j \frac{\partial } {{\partial t}}, \bar R_j = \frac{\partial } {{\partial \bar z_j }} + \frac{i} {4}z_j \frac{\partial } {{\partial t}} $$ and ? is the sublaplacian on H n . This proof is based on the Calderon-Zygmund theory on the Heisenberg group. It is also shown that when p = 1, the class of right multipliers for the Sobolev space W k,1(H n ) coincides with the dual space of the projective tensor product of two function spaces.  相似文献

For a prime ring A with involution, we explore the characterization of additive bijective maps φ: A → A such that φ(x)φ(y)* = 0 whenever xy* = 0. The indentation-derived elastic modulus, E, of bovine compact bone was obtained by nanoindentation. The indentation modulus of the dry condition (i.e. under atmospheric conditions) is 40% higher than when measured wet (i.e. immersed in buffer solution). Although this difference is independent of orientation, there is a 20% difference in the indentation modulus within the same tested environment between longitudinal and transversal directions. In addition, the estimated indentation modulus of the same samples when tested wet in buffer solution after deep freezing (?15°C) was not affected. The discrepancy between wet and dry results was attributed to the non-mineralized phase contribution and rationalized by a simple mechanical model [I. Jäger and P. Fratzl, Biophys. J. 79 (2000) p.1737]. Anisotropy effects could be explained in terms of deformation mechanisms with orientation. The effect of frozen storage temperatures may be clarified considering the biomechanics of the helicoidal arrangement of lamellar bone. Viscoelastic effects were also considered and incorporated into analysis of the force–displacement data.  相似文献
