A new HPLC method for simultaneous determination of neopterin, creatinine, kynurenine and tryptophan in human serum was developed and validated. Monolithic stationary phase's technology (two monolithic columns RP-18e were connected with guard monolithic cartridge 4.6 mm × 50 mm + 3.0 mm × 100 mm and 4.6 × 10 mm) and special auto sampler for micro titration plates (samples are storage in dark cooled place protected against evaporation) were combined with easy sample preparation step. As mobile phase 15 mmol/L phosphate buffer at pH 4.50 was used. Neopterin and tryptophan were detected using fluorescent detection and kynurenine and creatinine were detected by diode-array detection. This method may be suitable for large sequences of samples in clinical research and routine practice.  相似文献

Ab initio investigations at the RHF and CI levels have been carried out on a section of the potential energy surface of the Rydberg 3s3A″2 state of NH3 leading to dissociation into NH2(2B1) and H(2S). It was found that the barrier towards dissociation is due to a Rydberg-valence transformation. The barrier height calculated with the CI wavefunction is significantly smaller than at the RHF level The results may explain the difficulties associated with experimental observation of the 3s3A″2 state.  相似文献

Reaction of aminosilanetriol RSi(OH)(3) (1) (R = (2,6-i-Pr(2)C(6)H(3))N(SiMe(3))) with diethyl zinc at room temperature in 1:1 stoichiometric ratio affords [(THF)Zn(O(2)(OH)SiR)](4) (2) (R = (2,6-i-Pr(2)C(6)H(3))N(SiMe(3))) in good yield. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies reveal that 2 is monoclinic, P2(1), with a = 17.117(3) A, b = 16.692(5) A, c = 17.399(4) A, alpha = gamma = 90 degrees, beta = 91.45(7) degrees, and Z = 2. The molecular structure of 2 contains two puckered eight-membered Zn(2)Si(2)O(4) rings, which are connected by the Zn-O bonds and form two planar four-membered Zn(2)O(2) rings. Compound 2 contains an unreacted hydroxyl group on each silicon atom, and hence, we carried out the reactions of 2 with dimethylzinc and methyllithium to form [Zn(4)(THF)(4)(MeZn)(4)(O(3)SiR)(4)] (3) (R = (2,6-i-Pr(2)C(6)H(3))N(SiMe(3))) and [(L)ZnLi(O(3)SiR)](4) (4) (L = 1,4-(Me(2)N)(2)C(6)H(4), R = (2,6-i-Pr(2)C(6)H(3))N(SiMe(3))), respectively. This suggested that 2 could be an intermediate product formed during the synthesis of 3 and 4.  相似文献

The upper and lower bounds of a harmonic oscillator with an octic perturbation are studied with the use of renormalized inner projection. It is shown that this relatively simple technique works even in the infinite coupling constant limit. Symbolic computation is very convenient and useful in these types of problems, where only a finite number of operations are required.  相似文献

The structural and solvent effects on the electronic absorption and fluorescence spectra, and fluorescence quantum yields, of four new fused benzothiophene derivatives, including benzothieno[3,2b]-thiophene (BTT), benzothieno[3,2-b]benzothiophene (BTBT), 6-methoxy[1]benzothieno[3,2b]-thiophene (MeOBTT), and benzothieno[3,2-b]indole (BTI) were investigated at 295 K. The luminescence properties of the corresponding conductive oligomers, poly(BTT) and poly (MeOBTT), electrosynthesized in acetonitrile, were also studied. Satisfactory McRae, Suppan, and Kawski-Chamma-Viallet solvatochromic correlations were established for the four monomers in most solvents. A weak negative solvatochromic behavior was found for these compounds, indicating that their dipole moments are slightly lower in the excited singlet state than in the ground state. Kamlet-Abboud-Taft multiparametric correlations were also obtained for absorption and fluorescence wave numbers and quantum yields, demonstrating the existence of specific solute-solvent interactions. In the case of the oligomers, important red-shifts of the fluorescence emission maxima ( 90–110 nm) relative to the corresponding monomers were observed, which shows the extent of conjugated segments in the oligomer chains.  相似文献

A plenty of different programming techniques and instrument solutions are used in the development of Mössbauer spectrometers. Each of them should provide a faster spectrum accumulation process, increased productivity of measurements, decreased nonlinearity of the velocity scale, etc. The well known virtual instrumentation programming method has been used to design a computer-based Mössbauer spectrometer. Hardware solution was based on two commercially-available PCI modules produced by National Instruments Co. Virtual Mössbauer spectrometer is implemented by the graphical programming language LabVIEW 7 Express. This design environment allows to emulate the multichannel analyzer on the digital oscilloscope platform. This is a novel method based on Waveform Peak Detection function which allows detailed analysis of the acquired signal. The optimal treatment of the detector signal from various detector types is achieved by mathematical processing only. As a result, the possibility of an increase of signal/noise ratio is presented.  相似文献

A set of twenty-four 3-hydroxynaphthalene-2-carboxanilides, disubstituted on the anilide ring by combinations of methoxy/methyl/fluoro/chloro/bromo and ditrifluoromethyl groups at different positions, was prepared. The compounds were tested for their ability to inhibit photosynthetic electron transport (PET) in spinach (Spinacia oleracea L.) chloroplasts. N-(3,5-Difluorophenyl)-, N-(3,5-dimethylphenyl)-, N-(2,5-difluorophenyl)- and N-(2,5-dimethylphenyl)-3-hydroxynaphthalene-2-carboxamides showed the highest PET-inhibiting activity (IC50 ~ 10 µM) within the series. These compounds were able to inhibit PET in photosystem II. It has been found that PET-inhibiting activity strongly depends on the position of the individual substituents on the anilide ring and on the lipophilicity of the compounds. The electron-withdrawing properties of the substituents contribute towards the PET activity of these compounds.  相似文献
