Ultrasounds are widely used at industrial scale for cleaning of mechanical pieces for example. Potential applications exist for finishing of textiles. This work aimed to improve traditional textile finishing processes thanks to ultrasound. The technical objective was to develop specific applicators of ultrasonic energy which could be adapted on jigger, a widespread textile finishing machine. Laboratory studies have allowed to define the conditions for application of ultrasounds and check their effects on fibre structure, validated by trials in dynamic conditions. Ultrasound technology makes it possible to intensify the phenomena of diffusion and washing by the effect of cavitation and improves effectiveness of traditional washing treatments. Industrial ultrasound processes need further optimisation on industrial machines. 相似文献

The structural, elastic and electronic properties of TiCuGe1?xSix alloys (x = 0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75 and 1) were investigated by means of first-principles calculations within the framework of density functional theory (DFT). The calculated results demonstrate that the partial substitution of Si with Ge in TiCuGe leads to a decrease of lattice constants, and the optimized structural parameters are in agreement with the available experimental values. The results of electron density are compared with the theoretical and experimental data from the literature. From energetic point of view, it is found that with increase of Si content the structural stability of TiCuGe1?xSix compounds increases apparently. The single-crystal elastic constants are obtained by computing stress–strain function according to Hooke's law, and then the bulk modulus B, shear modulus G, Young's modulus E and Poisson's ratio ν of polycrystalline aggregates are derived. The calculated results show that among the TiCuGe1?xSix alloys, TiCuGe0.75Si0.25 exhibited the largest stiffness, while TiCuGe0.25Si0.75 showed the best ductility. Finally, the electronic density of states (DOSs) are further studied and discussed. 相似文献

Several teleportation schemes of an arbitrary unknown multi-particle state via different quantum channels

We first provide four new schemes for two-party quantum teleportation of an arbitrary unknown multi-particle state by using three-, four-, and five-particle states as the quantum channel, respectively. The successful probability and fidelity of the four schemes reach 1. In the first two schemes, the receiver can only apply one of the unitary transformations to reconstruct the original state, making it easier for these two schemes to be directly realized. In the third and fourth schemes, the sender can preform Bell-state measurements instead of multipartite entanglement measurements of the existing similar schemes, which makes real experiments more suitable. It is found that the last three schemes may become tripartite controlled teleportation schemes of teleporting an arbitrary multi-particle state after a simple modification. Finally, we present a new scheme for three-party sharing an arbitrary unknown multi-particle state. In this scheme, the sender first shares three three-particle GHZ states with two agents. After setting up the secure quantum channel, an arbitrary unknown multi-particle state can be perfectly teleported if the sender performs three Bell-state measurements, and either of two receivers operates an appropriate unitary transformation to obtain the original state with the help of other receiver's three single-particle measurements. The successful probability and fidelity of this scheme also reach 1. Angular dependence of multiple-bit upset response in static random access memories under heavy ion irradiation

Experimental evidence is presented relevant to the angular dependences of multiple-bit upset (MBU) rates and patterns in static random access memories (SRAMs) under heavy ion irradiation. The single event upset (SEU) cross sections under tilted ion strikes are overestimated by 23.9% 84.6%, compared with under normally incident ion with the equivalent linear energy transfer (LET) value of ~ 41 MeV/(mg/cm 2 ), which can be partially explained by the fact that the MBU rate for tilted ions of 30 is 8.5%-9.8% higher than for normally incident ions. While at a lower LET of ~ 9.5 MeV/(mg/cm 2 ), no clear discrepancy is observed. Moreover, since the ion trajectories at normal and tilted incidences are different, the predominant double-bit upset (DBU) patterns measured are different in both conditions. Those differences depend on the LET values of heavy ions and devices under test. Thus, effective LET method should be used carefully in ground-based testing of single event effects (SEE) sensitivity, especially in MBU-sensitive devices. 相似文献

Based on the two-dimensional three-temperature (2D3T) radiation diffusion equations and its discrete system, using the block diagonal structure of the three-temperature matrix, the reordering and symbolic decomposition parts of the RSMF method are replaced with corresponding block operation in order to improve the solution efficiency. We call this block form method block RSMF (in brief, BRSMF) method. The new BRSMF method not only makes the reordering and symbolic decomposition become more effective, but also keeps the cost of numerical factorization from increasing and ensures the precision of solution very well. The theoretical analysis of the computation complexity about the new BRSMF method shows that the solution efficiency about the BRSMF method is higher than the original RSMF method. In this work, we developed a simple and flexible method to manufacture a 3D porous scaffold based on the blend of regenerated silk fibroin (RSF) and chitosan (CS). No crosslinker or other toxic reagents were used in this method. The pores of resulted 3D scaffolds were connected with each other, and their sizes could be easily controlled by the concentration of the mixed solution. Compared with pure RSF scaffolds, the water absorptivities of these RSF/CS blend scaffolds with significantly enhanced mechanical properties were greatly increased. The results of MTT and RT-PCR tests indicated that the chondrocytes grew very well in these blend RSF/CS porous scaffolds. This suggested that the RSF/CS blend scaffold prepared by this new method could be a promising candidate for applications in tissue engineering. 相似文献

Gekko gecko, an animal used as a valued traditional Chinese medicine, has been widely used for over 2000 years. Due to localized habitat destruction, the amount of G. gecko has dramatically decreased in recent years. As a result, more and more adulterants have been detected in the traditional medicine, which has resulted in a chaotic market. Therefore, a correct identification method is badly needed. In this study, we employed a new molecular method of DNA barcoding for discriminating gecko from its adulterants. Fifty-seven specimens of gecko and its adulterants were collected as test samples. The full-barcode and mini-barcode sequences of these specimens were separately amplified and sequenced separately. Together with other published barcode sequences, we detected that the intra-specific sequence diversity was far lower than the inter-specific diversity in G. gecko and its adulterants (3% compared with 35% in full-length barcode; 4% compared with 33.5% in mini-barcode). These results showed that both the full-length and mini-barcodes were effective for identifying gecko, which suggested that the DNA barcode could be an effective and powerful tool for identifying the Chinese crude drug gecko. 相似文献
