2,4,5-Trinitroimidazolate (TNI) salts with "high-nitrogen" cations tend to be highly hydrogen bonded and have heats of formation ranging up to 616 kJ mol(-1). Density, oxygen balance, and thermostability are enhanced by the presence of TNI. Based on theoretical calculations, all of the new salts are potential propellants.  相似文献

The electron transfer to or from molecules containing multiple redox centers has been extensively investigated. Rapid scan time-resolved FT-IR-RAS spectroelectrochemistry was used to investigate the electron-transfer mechanism in this report. The electron transfer of two typical compounds, 1,4-benzoquinone and 1,4-bis(2-ferrocenylvinyl)benzene, was examined with this method. Although the two compounds show two-electron transfer in the redox process, 1,4-benzoquinone exhibits two single electron waves while 1,4-bis(2-ferrocenylvinyl)benzene exhibits a single wave in cyclic voltammetric experiments. The IR absorption of the intermediate, BQ*- and p-(Fc-CH=CH)+2-benzene, at 1506 and 1589 cm(-1), respectively, appeared and disappeared on the experimental time scale in the oxidation and reduction process was observed. In the oxidation process of the p-(Fc-CH=CH)2-benzene molecule, one Fc was oxidated to Fc+ first and the electron-withdrawing ability of Fc+ was stronger than that of Fc, which resulted in the D-pi-A structure and the band at 1589 cm(-1) becoming visible. Then as the oxidation continues, the other Fc was oxidated to Fc+ too, which resulted in the reforming of the symmetry of the benzene ring A-pi-A, so the band at 1589 cm(-1) disappeared. Similar phenomenon can be elucidated in the reduction process but the configuration type changed from A-pi-A to D-pi-A and finally to D-pi-D. Hence, not only 1,4-benzoquinone but also 1,4-bis(2-ferrocenylvinyl)benzene show two consecutive one-electron processes. In addition, it is observed that the existing time of the electrochemical reaction intermediate (BQ*- and p-(Fc-CH=CH)+2-benzene) is prolonged at low temperatures due to slow reaction kinetics.  相似文献

An improved method was validated for the determination of acrylamide in foods using ultra-performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) coupled to eletrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) in the present study. This improved method supplies a rapid quantitative procedure of acrylamide with a run time of only 3 min. Results showed a good repeatability (RSD< or =4.5%) with 50, 100, 250, 500 and 1000 microg/kg spiked concentrations in potato crisps in within-day (n=5) and day-to-day (n=10) precision tests. Meanwhile, good recoveries (81.6-99.0%) were obtained with the same spiked concentrations in acrylamide-free cereal samples (n=3). The excellent method validation data and proficiency test results (Z-score: -0.1) of the official Food Analysis Performance Assessment Scheme (FAPAS) suggested that the present quantitative method could be applied for rapid determination of acrylamide in many investigations.  相似文献

The FT-IR spectra of 18 (R-Cp)2M(NCS)2 were measured. The M-Cp, M-NCS (M=Ti, Zr, Hf) and other vibration modes were reasonably assigned. All complexes of (R-Cp)2M(NCS)2 determined in this paper are bonded by N-M, and the absorption of upsilon(s)(M-Cp)(A1) (M=Ti, Zr and Hf) vibration all appear in 365 cm(-1) or so, while upsilon(as)(M-Cp)(B) appear successively around 420, 350 and 320 cm(-1) in order of Ti, Zr and Hf. The influence of the center metal atoms and the substituents on cyclopentadienyl upon the spectra was discussed. It is mainly in far infrared region that center metal atoms influence upon the infrared spectra. The influence of the substituents to cyclopentadienyling upon its vibration is not significant. Only between 1500 and 1480 cm(-1) did a new absorbing peak appear due to the introduction of substituents to activate upsilon(CC) vibration.  相似文献

An ultrathin, ordered, and packed protein film, consisting of the 2-mercaptoacetic acid (MAA), polydimethyldiallylammonium chloride (PDDA), and wild-type (WT) photosynthetic reaction center (RC; termed as WT-RC) or its pheophytin (Phe)-replaced counterpart (termed as Phe-RC), was fabricated by self-assembling technique onto gold electrode for facilitating the electron transfer (ET) between RC and the electrode surface. Near-infrared (NIR)-visible (Vis) absorption and fluorescence (FL) emission spectra revealed the influence of pigment substitution on the cofactors arrangement and excitation relaxation of the proteins, respectively. Square wave voltammetry (SWV) and photoelectric tests were employed to systematically address the differences between the WT-RC films and mutant ones on the direct and photo-induced ET. The electrochemical results demonstrated that ET initiated by the oxidation of the primary donor (P) was obviously slowed down, and the formed P+ had more population as well as more positive redox potential in the Phe-RC films compared with those in the WT ones. The photoelectrochemical results displayed the dramatically enhanced photoelectric performances of the mutant ones, further suggesting the slow-down formation of final charge-separated state in Phe-RC. The functionalized protein films introduced in this paper provided an efficient approach to sensitively probe the redox cofactors and ET differences resulting from only minor changes in pigment arrangement in the pigment–protein complex. The favored ET process observed for the membrane proteins RC was potentially valuable for a deep understanding of the multi-step biological ET process and development of versatile bioelectronic devices.  相似文献

High-resolution two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DE), followed by computer-assisted image analysis was used to screen protein patterns of normal and infarcted myocardial tissues for quantitative and qualitative differences in protein expression. In the gels of pH 5–8 immobilized pH gradient (IPG) strips, 851 protein spots were detected in normal myocardial tissue and 1 032 protein spots were resolved in infarcted myocardial tissue. Thirteen protein spots only expressed in normal myocardial tissue, and 14 protein spots only expressed in infarcted myocardial tissue. Results also showed that 49 protein spots displayed quantitative changes in expression between normal and infarcted myocardial tissue. Eleven protein spots were subjected to mass spectrometry (MS) analysis and seven proteins were identified by peptide mass fingerprinting (PMF). Twenty-three 1 -(1H-1,2,4-triazole-1 -y1)-2-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-3-(iV-cycloproyl-N-substituted-amino)-2-propanols were designed and synthesized on the basis of the active site of lanosterol 14α-demethylase. In vitro antifungal activities showed that some of the title compounds had higher antifungal activity and broader antifungal spectrum than fluconazole.  相似文献

Fructus cnidii (Chinese name shechuangzi) is the fruit produced by Cnidium monnieri (L.) Cusson (Umbelliferae). It is a perennial herb that is used to treat skin-related diseases and gynecopathyell. Recent pharmacological studies have revealed crude extracts or components isolated from fructus cnidii possess antiallergic, antipruritic, antidermatophytic, antibacterial, antifungal, and antiosteoporotic activities. Osthole and imperatorin are the major compounds present in shechuangzi. They are often used as standards for the evaluation of the quality of shechuangzi products.  相似文献
