主成分回归-紫外光度法同时测定食用香料麦芽酚和乙基麦芽酚

报道了一种快速、简便的同时测定食用香料麦芽酚、乙基麦芽酚光度法,方法基于在pH2.87的B R缓冲溶液中对麦芽酚和乙基麦芽酚两组分混合溶液进行光度测定,所得的重叠波谱数据用主成分回归法(PCR)、经典最小二乘法(CLS)和偏最小二乘法(PLS)等化学计量学方法进行处理,结果表明主成分回归法(PCR)的预报误差最小。对样品进行测定,获得了较好的定量分析结果。麦芽酚和乙基麦芽酚的线性范围均为1.0～20.0mg·L-1;检出限分别为0.4347和0 5589mg·L-1。

Electrochemical Characteristics of Mg0.9Ti0.1-xZrxNi （x=0.02, 0.04, 0.06） Alloys

Mg-based hydrogen storage alloys Mg0.9Ti0.1-xZrxNi (x=0.02, 0.04, 0.06) were successfully prepared by means of mechanical alloying (MA). The effects of Zr addition on the discharge capacity and the cycle performance of the Mg-based electrodes were also studied. It was found that the discharge capacities were improved with addition of a small amount of Zr and the cycle performances of the alloy were stabilized with the addition of Ti. The effects of surface modification or coating on the properties of Mg0.9Ti0.06Zr0.04Ni were also studied. The results indicated that coating with graphite improved both the discharge capacity and cycle life of the amorphous Mg0.9Ti0.06Zr0.04Ni electrode.     

Synthesis of Novel Nucleoside Analog （3R）-2,3-Dideoxy-3-（N-hydroxy-N-methylamino）-L-arabinofuranosyl Uracil

The synthesis of novel nucleoside analog (3R)-2,3-dideoxy-3-(N-hydroxy-N-methylamino)-L-arabinofuranosyl uracil was studied. A twelve-step synthetic route, started from L-ascorbic acid, was designed, and the final product was obtained in 20.8% yield.

Coupling matrix element of electron self-exchange reactions in solution

On the basis of the common feature among the electron transfer process and the ion hydration process as well as the relevant experimental kinetic data of electron transfer reaction,a new accurate hydration potential function scheme for the determination of electron transfer coupling matrix element is presented.The coupling matrix element between two hydrated ions of the reacting system in solution is calculated.The results and the applicability of this scheme are discussed.

Theoretical Study on the Isomerization Mechanism of Enol Ester from 2-Acyl-1, 3-cyclohexanediones

The present paper employed density function theory to investigate two reaction pathways for isomerization of enol ester proposed by Yang(path a) and the present authors(path a), respectively. The base catalytic effects of solvent triethylamine on these two reactions were also evaluated. It is demonstrated that path B is more preferable than path a due to low barrier height for the rate-determining step.     

Influence of vanadium doping on the behavior of YBa_2Cu_3O_7-y

YBa2Cu3-xVxO7-y(x=0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5 and 0.6) superconductors have been prepared. X-ray diffraction shows that the system remains orthorhombic for all compositions studied, but for x > 0.4 V2O5 was detected as an impurity phase. Substitution of V5+ for Cu2+ occurs in the Cu(2) sites on the Cu(2)-O planes. The introduction of the high valence element, vanadium, produces the extra free-electrons. These electrons recombine with the positive carrier of the system. It makes depression of the mobility and the Hall number of YBa2Cu3-xVxO7-v and also results in a depression of TC.
