Single-mode low-loss optical fibers for long-wave infrared transmission

In this Letter, we report single-mode fibers made of chalcogenide glasses with low loss in the 5-12μm range. Glasses from the Ge-As-Te-Se system were optimized to prevent nucleation and to exhibit low density of charge carriers. Single-mode fibers were obtained through the rod-in-tube method by substituting 2% Te/Se between the core and cladding glasses. The resulting single-mode fibers had a core diameter of 30μm and exhibited losses of ~6 dB/m at 10.6μm, and as low as 3-4dB/m in the 6-10μm range.     

Mechanical properties of the plasma-enhanced magnetron sputtering Si-C-N coatings

The mechanical properties of plasma-enhanced magnetron sputtering Si-C-N hard coatings with various compositions are characterized. The effect of chemical composition on the microstructure and properties of coating is investigated. The results show that the microstructure and mechanical properties of Si-C-N coatings are very sensitive to chemical composition. The nanocrystalline/amorphous composite structure is beneficial to the coating's mechanical properties. It also reveals that Si-C-N coating with low Si and high C concentrations has the highest hardness (≥40 GPa) and the best wear property with dry friction coefficient about 0.2.     

Equivalent Conditions of Complete Convergence and Complete Moment Convergence for END Random Variables

In this paper, the complete convergence and the complete moment convergence for extended negatively dependent (END, in short) random variables without identical distribution are investigated. Under some suitable conditions, the equivalence between the moment of random variables and the complete convergence is established. In addition, the equivalence between the moment of random variables and the complete moment convergence is also proved. As applications, the Marcinkiewicz-Zygmund-type strong law of large numbers and the Baum-Katz-type result for END random variables are established. The results obtained in this paper extend the corresponding ones for independent random variables and some dependent random variables.     

基于广义WOWA算子的Pythagorean模糊决策方法

针对Pythagorean模糊信息的决策问题,构建广义Pythagorean模糊信息加权有序加权平均(PF-GWOWA)算子。首先,提出PF-GWOWA算子,并证明Pythagorean模糊广义加权平均(PF-GWA)算子、Pythagorean模糊加权有序加权平均(PF-WOWA)算子与Pythagorean模糊加权平均(PF-WA)算子均为PF-GWOWA算子的特例;其次,根据GWOWA算子属性综合权重计算模型,利用PF-GWOWA算子对信息进行集结;最后,通过算例分析和传统方法对比,说明本文提出方法的合理性与有效性。     

时间尺度上二阶线性动力学方程的一般解与Ulam稳定性

本文利用参数变易法研究了时间尺度上二阶变系数线性动力学方程的解与Ulam稳定性问题. 特别地,在不同的系数情形下建立了二阶常系数线性动力学方程的Ulam稳定性理论.     

关于N-弱鞅和弱鞅不等式的一个注记

$N$-弱鞅($N$-demimartingales)是由Christofides引进的.Christofides指出均值为零的负相协(negatively associated)随机变量序列的部分和序列是$N$-弱鞅. 然而, 相关文献中引理2.1的证明有错误, 这就影响了其文后的结果引理2.2、定理2.1等. 在这篇注记中,修正了相关文献中的引理2.1, 作为应用, 推广了鞅和下鞅的一些结果.     

基于层次分析法的战时气象资料质量评估

采用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP),以战时气象资料的及时性、准确性、可用性、全面性、相关性和连续性等6项指标建立战时气象资料质量评估层次结构模型,构造出两两判断矩阵,并以3个气象台提供的不同气象资料为例,通过进行层次单排序及一致性检验、层次总排序及一致性检验,最终得出质量最佳的气象资料.通过气象资料质量的综合评估,为气象台及时、全面地发现组织气象观探测、预报保障、装备性能与维护、信息传输网络等方面的问题,以及为针对问题采取相应的对策提供指导,也为战时气象资料质量的提高程度的评价提供量化依据.     

基于MAS协作机制的动态计算资源调度模型

针对网格环境的自治性、动态性、分布性和异构性等特征.提出基于多智能体系统(Mutil Agent System,MAS)博弈协作的资源动态分配和任务调度模型,建立了能够反映供求关系的网格资源调度模型和任务求解算法,证明了资源分配博弈中Nash均衡点的存在性、唯一性和Nash均衡解,该方法能够利用消费者agent的学习和协商能力,考虑和引入消费者的心理行为,使得消费者的资源申请和任务调度具有较高的合理性和有效性.实验结果表明,资源调度算法不但可以有效减少不必要的延迟,而且在响应时间的平滑性、吞吐率及资源利用率方面比传统算法要好,从而使得整个资源的供需合理、负载均衡.

研究了一类亚纯函数为系数的二阶非齐次线性微分方程的解及其微分多项式和小函数的关系,并得到了这类微分方程解以及解的一阶,二阶导数与微分多项式的不动点性质.

利用重合度理论中的延拓定理,获得了一类具有脉冲效应和单调功能反应的时滞捕食系统正周期解存在性的充分条件.最后,通过列举三个例子表示我们等待结果的有效性.
