LB膜诱导Ba(NO3)2晶体取向生长

In this work, Ba(NO₃)₂ crystals with single crystal face were induced by using the the method of bio-mimetic mineralization and double LB films of behenic acid (BA) as the template. The crystals were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and X-Ray Diffraction (XRD). The crystals were observed in regular square shape with uniform size about 5～8 μm by SEM, and they were found by XRD to grow along the (111) plane. From these experiments, we can conclude that the good selection of the (111) crystal face of Ba(NO₃)₂ is due to the electrostatic interactions , the match between this crystal face and the definite lattice structure of the LB films.     

SciFinder-guided rational design of fluorescent carbon dots for ratiometric monitoring intracellular pH fluctuations under heat shock

Intracellular pH plays a significant role in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, apoptosis, metabolism, enzyme activity and homeostasis. In this work, a novel design strategy for the preparation of pH responsive carbon dots (CDs-pH) for ratiometric intracellular imaging was reported. By using SciFinder database, fluorescent CDs-pH with the required pK_a value of 6.84 were rationally designed, which is vital important for precise sensing of intracellular pH. As a result, the synthesized CDs-pH demonstrated robust ability to test pH fluctuations within the physiological range of 5.4-7.4. The CDs-pH was further utilized for fluorescent ratiometric imaging of pH in living HeLa cells, effectively avoided the influence of autofluorescence from native cellular species. Moreover, real-time monitoring of intracellular pH fluctuation under heat shock was successfully realized. This SciFinder-guided design strategy is simple and flexible, which has a great potential to be used for the development of other types of CDs for various applications.

Ｐｔ／ＫＬ沸石在异丙醇分解反应中具有很高的脱氢活性,而Ｐｔ／ＨＬ沸石具有明显的缺电子性,在此反应中难以显示出脱氢活性,通过加氢作用,可使沸石的酸位免受积炭覆盖,从而可增强Ｐｔ／ＨＬ沸石的酸性催化作用。     

STUDIES ON THE MECHANISM OF VINYL PHOTOPOLYMERIZATION INITIATED BY CONDENSED AROMATIC HYDROCARBON-ANILINE SYSTEMS

Initiation mechanism of the photopolymerization of acrylonitrile and methyl methacrylate, usingbinary condensed aromatic hydrocarbon (CAH)-aniline systems as initiator, was studied. The strongerthe electron-donating ability of the aniline derivatives, the faster the the of photopolymerizationwill be. The radical intermediates produced by photoreaction between anthracene and anilinewere detected with ESR spectra. The initiation scheme involves the formation of exciplex betweenthe excited singlet state of CAH and the ground state of aniline as the first step, and then followedby proton transfer, leading to the generation of two kinds of radicals. From the end-group analysisof the polymers obtained, it is suggested that both kinds of radicals are involved in the initiation.     

An in silico ensemble method for lead discovery: decision forest

Recent progress in combinatorial chemistry and parallel synthesis has radically changed the approach to drug discovery in the pharmaceutical industry. At present, thousands of compounds can be made in a short period, creating a need for fast and effective in silico methods to select the most promising lead candidates. Decision forest is a novel pattern recognition method, which combines the results of multiple distinct but comparable decision tree models to reach a consensus prediction. In this article, a decision forest model was developed using a structurally diverse training data set containing 232 compounds whose estrogen receptor binding activity was tested at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)'s National Center for Toxicological Research (NCTR). The model was subsequently validated using a test data set of 463 compounds selected from the literature, and then applied to a large data set with 57,145 compounds as a screening example. The results show that the decision forest method is a fast, reliable and effective in silico approach, which could be useful in drug discovery.     

动态力学温度谱分析的新方法及其应用 Ⅳ.从动态力学温度谱求两相聚合物的双活化能和应力松弛

 提出用两个热流变简单粘弹体的并联体系作为两相聚合物的粘弹模型,将先前的动态力学温度谱分析方法推广到两相聚合物中去.运用这种新方法从动态力学数据求出了PET/70PHB共聚物的双活化能,其中150℃左右的转变活化能为71.9kcal/mol,70℃左右的转变活化能为117.5koal/mol,这一数值与文献上PET/60PHB这个转变的活化能120kcal/mol相接近.文中还计算了共聚物在不同温度下的10s应力松弛模量,所得结果与实测值相吻合.     

固液相变的分子动力学研究Ⅰ─—(KI)_(108)离子簇的熔化和凝固(英)

通过分子动力学模拟，考查并分析了（KI）108离子簇的结构、能量和相变的动力学行为．在加热和冷却过程中，离子簇再现了熔化和凝固现象，而且熔化起始于立方体的其一顶点，熔化的离子簇不是球形的，说明了离子簇的非湿特征．根据结晶的成核速率，讨论了电子衍射实验中观察KI凝固的可能性     

Tetra(μ3-hydroxo)hexa(μ2-carboxylato-O,O′)-bridged tetranuclear terbium(III) cubane complex

A novel tetranuclear terbium(III) complex [Tb₄(OH)₄(pybet)₆(H₂O)₈][Tb₄(OH)₄(pybet)₆(H₂O)₇ (NO₃)](ClO₄)₁₄·6H₂O has been synthesized and shown by X-ray crystallography to have a cubane-like Tb₄(μ₃-OH)₄(μ₂-carboxylato-O,O′)₆ core. The ligand pybet is pyridinoacetate, C₅H₅⁺N-CH₂CO₂⁻. Magnetic susceptibility data were measured for this Tb₄ complex in the range of 2.0–320 K and in fields of 1.0 G to 50.0 kG. It is concluded that either there is very weak antiferromagnetic exchange interaction (J = −0.015 cm⁻¹) or there is a small crystal-field splitting of the ⁷F₆ Tb^III ground state.     

Synthesis of Cyanobenzaldehydes （m—,o—,p—）by Molecular oxygen Oxidation Methods

Cyanobenzaldehydes (m-,o-,p-) were synthesized by oxidation of corresponding tolunitriles with molecular oxygen,catalyzed by cobalt acetate and sodium bromide.     

Effect of multi-walled carbon nanotubes on non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of polyamide 6

The non-isothermal crystallization behaviors of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs)/polyamide 6 (PA6) composites were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Three methods, namely, Avrami, Ozawa and Mo, were carried out to analyze the non-isothermal crystallization data. The results showed that the MWNTs in PA6 acted as effective nucleation agents. However the crystallization rate of composites obtained was lower than that of the neat PA6. It is indicated that the presence of MWNTs influenced the mechanism of nucleation and the growth of PA6 crystallites.
