Preparation and Characterization of Carbon Nanotubes-Coated Cordierite for Catalyst Supports 下载免费PDF全文

The carbon nanotubes-coated cordierite (CNTs-cordierite) was fabricated by pyrolysis of ethine on cordierite with iron catalyst, which was penetrated into the cordierite substrate by vacuum impregnation. The cordierite substrate, carbon naontubes, and CNTs-cordierite were characterized by SEM. TEM/HREM. BET, and TGA. The results show that the carbon nanotubes were distributed uniformly on the surface of cordierite. A significant increase in BET surface area and pore volume was observed, and a suitable pore-size distribution was obtained. On the CNTs-cordierite, carbon nanotubes penetrated into the cordierite substrate, which led to a remarkable stability of the CNTs against ultrasound maltreatment. Growth time is an important factor for thermostability and texture of the sample. The mass increased but the purity decreased with the growth time, which caused the exothermic peak shift to low temperature, and the corresponding full width half maximum (FWHM) of the peak in DTG increased. 相似文献

研究了AlCl3 催化剂作用下, 水热体系中玉米秸秆中半纤维素组分在温和条件下的选择性转化. 详细考察了反应温度、反应时间和AlCl3用量对半纤维素选择性转化的影响. 原料及反应后的固体残渣分别采用化学滴定、X射线衍射和扫描电镜进行表征. 结果表明, 140 ℃下反应1 h可转化玉米秸秆中的大部分半纤维素, 转化率为85.1%;而玉米秸秆中的绝大部分纤维素和木质素组分仍保留在固体残渣中, 此时纤维素和木质素的转化率分别为10.7%和23.9%. 半纤维素转化的主要液体产物为木糖, 同时含有一些乙酸和糠醛. 升高温度, 将滤液进行进一步反应可促进木糖的转化. 在水/四氢呋喃反应体系中, 滤液的进一步反应有利于乙酰丙酸、甲酸和糠醛的生成. 固体酸催化剂γ-Al2O3/SO42-的加入可进一步提高糠醛的收率. 相似文献

A specific, simple, and fast online-solid-phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector (SPE-HPLC-DAD) method was developed and validated to quantify 4-methylpiperaine-1-carbodithioc acid 3-cyano-3,3-diphenylpropyl ester hydrochloride (TM208) in small volume samples of rats' plasma for the first time. In this method, the 50-μL plasma sample was taken to perform protein precipitation with 75 μL methanol, and then 50 μL supernatant containing the target analytes was injected and concentrated automatically in a C18 solid-phase extraction (SPE) cartridge. After that the sample was separated on a C18 RP analytical column and analyzed by DAD. The run cycle time is 6.0 min for each sample, and the calibration curve over the range of 0.03 to 25.00 μg/mL has a good linear relationship (r > 0.9998). The recoveries of the quality control samples were all greater than 90%. The limit of detection and the lowest limit of quantification were 0.01 and 0.03 μg/mL, respectively. Finally, this method was successfully applied to a pharmacokinetic study of TM208 in rats. 相似文献

Based on first-principles calculations, we investigate the structure and electronic properties of a carbon atomic chain in finite length inserted into half of a single walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT), which we called half chain@SWCNT or more generally HCS. Comparing the optimized structure of HCS with that of the same chiral indices SWCNT and all carbon chain inserted SWCNT, we find that the geometry of the tube in HCS is slightly altered due to the weakly interacting between the inserted chain and the outer tube wall of HCS. Our calculation of band structure indicates that the armchair (5, 5) HCS exhibits metallic character, which is as that of (5, 5) SWCNT and all carbon chain inserted (5, 5) SWCNT. The zigzag (8, 0) and (9, 0) HCSs have small change in the energy gap compared to the corresponding pristine ones. Due to the downshift of conduction bands originating from the carbon chain, the calculation of band structure shows that chiral (6, 4) HCS is a semiconductor system with a small band gap of 0.94 eV, less than 1.125 eV in pristine SWCNT. The studied HCSs with unique structure and electronic property may construct a new generation nanoscale junctions without the usual heptagon–pentagon defect pair considerations. 相似文献

Novel poly(arylene ether ketone) polymers with fluorophenyl pendants and phenoxide‐terminated wholly sulfonated poly(arylene ether sulfone) oligomers are prepared via Ni(0)‐catalyzed and nucleophilic polymerization, respectively, and subsequently used as starting materials to obtain graft‐crosslinked membranes as polymer electrolyte membranes. The phenoxide‐terminated sulfonated moieties are introduced as hydrophilic parts as well as crosslinking units. The chemical structure and morphology of the obtained membranes are confirmed by 1H NMR and tapping‐mode AFM. The properties required for fuel cell applications, including water uptake and dimensional change, as well as proton conductivity, are investigated. AFM results show a clear nanoscale phase‐separation microstructure of the obtained membranes. The membranes show good dimensional stability and reasonably high proton conductivities under 30–90% relative humidity. The anisotropic proton conductivity ratios (σ⟂/||) of the membranes in water are in the range 0.65–0.92, and increase with an increase in hydrophilic block length. The results indicate that the graft‐crosslinked membranes are promising candidates for applications as polymer electrolyte membranes.
