In this review, the experimental set-up and functional characteristics of single-wavelength and broad-band femtosecond upconversion spectrophotofluorometers developed in our laboratory are described. We discuss applications of this technique to biophysical problems, such as ultrafast fluorescence quenching and solvation dynamics of tryptophan, peptides, proteins, reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH), and nucleic acids. In the tryptophan dynamics field, especially for proteins, two types of solvation dynamics on different time scales have been well explored: ~1 ps for bulk water, and tens of picoseconds for “biological water”, a term that combines effects of water and macromolecule dynamics. In addition, some proteins also show quasi-static self-quenching (QSSQ) phenomena. Interestingly, in our more recent work, we also find that similar mixtures of quenching and solvation dynamics occur for the metabolic cofactor NADH. In this review, we add a brief overview of the emerging development of fluorescent RNA aptamers and their potential application to live cell imaging, while noting how ultrafast measurement may speed their optimization.  相似文献

In this study,a promising strategy has been developed to promote bone regeneration by combining antioxidant activities and osteoimmunomodulatory properties.Herein,an L-arginine/nanofish bone(Arg/NFB) nanocomplex has been prepared and evaluated in vitro and in vivo.The Arg/NFB nanocomplex possesses good antioxidant activities and could modulate the polarization of non-activated macrophage into different types and induce the secretion of pre-inflammato ry,anti-inflammatory,osteogenic as well as angiogenic cytokines.Additionally,the regulated immune microenvironment can enhance the osteogenic differentiation of mouse embryo osteoblast precursor cells(MC3 T3-E1) and angiogenic capacity of human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs),leading to the improved formation of mineralized nodules,alkaline phosphatase activity and angiogenic effects.In vivo results with cranial defect models reveal that the treatment of Arg/NFB nanocomplex exhibited significant improvement of new bone formation and angiogenesis.All the results demonstrate Arg/NFB nanocomplex with antioxidant activities and osteoimmunomodulatory properties could be a new idea for developing the next generation of bone regeneration biomaterials.  相似文献

钙钛矿太阳能电池(PSCs)成为近几年来迅速发展的新型太阳能电池,其中将SnO2纳米粒子层用作电子传输层(ETL)的钙钛矿太阳能电池器件得到了广泛的关注。SnO2有着更低的制备温度,使其具备应用于柔性器件的潜力,但与钙钛矿层能级不匹配等问题限制着其发展。而在界面处加入钝化层,尤其是表面卤化的方法或可解决这一问题。本文综合研究了SnO2表面卤化对钙钛矿太阳能电池光伏性能的影响,选用四丁基氯化铵(TBAC)、四丁基溴化铵(TBAB)和四丁基碘化铵(TBAI)三种钝化材料对SnO2表面进行钝化处理,并对钝化材料溶液进行了浓度梯度研究。通过材料形貌、结构和光学性能表征以及电池器件性能测试分析等方法,证明了SnO2表面卤化可提高钙钛矿层的质量和PSCs光伏性能,并从器件内部电荷传输动力学等角度解释了器件性能改善的原因。为进一步说明其性能改善的机理,采用基于密度泛函理论(DFT)的第一性原理计算方法对材料表面性质进行了深入研究,从能量、结构、电荷密度、态密度、功函数等角度解释了表面卤化提高SnO2/钙钛矿界面处电子传输特性的原因。实验和理论计算均表明TBAC对于SnO2具有较好的钝化效果,并随着溶液浓度的提升钝化作用越明显。SnO2表面卤化作用的深入研究不仅对提高电池器件性能具有实际意义,还能够帮助理解太阳能电池界面现象,为界面改性提供新的研究思路。  相似文献

许多水域含有过量的硝酸根,会诱发许多问题。采用微机电系统工艺,制备出一种基于铂叉指微电极阵列的硝酸根离子(NO-3)检测微传感电极。通过电化学恒电位沉积法在铂叉指微电极阵列上修饰,得到多孔、簇状铜敏感膜。采用线性扫描伏安电化学检测方法,考察该微传感电极对NO-3的响应性能,在0~2mg/L浓度范围内,线性度为0.999,灵敏度为-3.15μA·L·mg-1。在相同沉积修饰条件下,叉指微电极比同等敏感面积(1mm2)的圆盘微电极表现出更强的催化活性和更高的灵敏度,分析其原因,认为主要是叉指微电极的结构和边缘效应造成的。  相似文献

提出并实现了一种可增强微球谐振腔热非线性效应的方法。通过在微球谐振腔表面涂覆低折射率紫外胶形成并制备了混合谐振腔。通过分析混合谐振腔结构的热光系数,从理论和实验论证了混合谐振腔结构可获得更大的热非线性效应,同时验证了混合谐振腔的品质因素对热非线性的影响。应用此混合谐振腔结构于温度传感实验,结果表明通过增强方法制备的谐振腔其检测灵敏度提高了2.8倍。因此,此方法在传感应用、生物化学检测、通讯等领域也有广泛的应用前景。  相似文献

A yolk-shell sulfur/carbon (S/C) composite for the cathode of lithium–sulfur batteries was successfully prepared by an accessible method with tetrahydrofuran as solvent. The as-prepared composites are characterized by thermal gravimetric, X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and nitrogen adsorption and desorption. In this composite, sulfur particle is encapsulated in the carbon shell even entering into the micropores of carbon Bp2000. The electrochemical performance of the S/C composites is evaluated. The results indicate that the S/C composite with 50 wt% sulfur content shows good reversibility, excellent rate capability, and slow degradation. It delivers an initial capacity of 784.4 mAh g?1 (based on sulfur weight) and preserves at 598.3 mAh g?1 after 195 cycles at 1C. It achieves a high-capacity retention of 76.27 % from the 5th to 200th cycle, and as high as 91.19 % during the latter 150 cycles. The improvement is mainly attributed to the favorable structure of the S/C composite, in which the carbon cannot only facilitate transport of electrons and Li+ ions but also trap polysulfides and retard the shuttle effect during charge/discharge process.  相似文献

A germanate zeolite, PKU‐14, with a three‐ dimensional large‐pore channel system was structurally characterized by a combination of high‐resolution powder X‐ray diffraction, rotation electron diffraction, NMR, and IR spectroscopy. Ordered Ge4O4 vacancies inside the [46.612] cages has been found in PKU‐14, in which a unique (H2O)2 dimer was located at the vacancies and played a structure‐directing role. It is the first time that water clusters are found to be templates for ordered framework vacancies.  相似文献

The first four‐coordinate methanediide/alkyl lutetium complex (BODDI)Lu2(CH2SiMe3)22‐CHSiMe3)(THF)2 (BODDI=ArNC(Me)CHCOCHC(Me)NAr, Ar=2,6‐iPr2C6H3) ( 1 ) was synthesized by a thermolysis methodology through α‐H abstraction from a Lu–CH2SiMe3 group. Complex 1 reacted with equimolar 2,6‐iPrC6H3NH2 and Ph2C?O to give the corresponding lutetium bridging imido and oxo complexes (BODDI)Lu2(CH2SiMe3)22N‐2,6‐iPr2C6H3)(THF)2 ( 2 ) and (BODDI)Lu2(CH2SiMe3)22‐O)(THF)2 ( 3 ). Treatment of 3 with Ph2C?O (4 equiv) caused a rare insertion of Lu–μ2‐O bond into the C?O group to afford a diphenylmethyl diolate complex 4 . Reaction of 1 with PhN=C?O (2 equiv) led to the migration of SiMe3 to the amido nitrogen atom to give complex (BODDI)Lu2(CH2SiMe3)2‐μ‐{PhNC(O)CHC(O)NPh(SiMe3)‐κ3N,O,O}(THF) ( 5 ). Reaction of 1 with tBuN?C formed an unprecedented product (BODDI)Lu2(CH2SiMe3){μ2‐[η22tBuNC(=CH2)SiMe2CHC?NtBu‐κ1N]}(tBuN?C)2 ( 6 ) through a cascade reaction of N?C bond insertion, sequential cyclometalative γ‐(sp3)‐H activation, C?C bond formation, and rearrangement of the newly formed carbene intermediate. The possible mechanistic pathways between 1 , PhN?C?O, and tBuN?C were elucidated by DFT calculations.  相似文献

目的运用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定中药土大黄根中的Fe、Zn、Mg、Ca等4种金属元素的含量。方法用浓HNO3-HClO4消解样品,采用标准曲线法测定其4种金属元素含量。结果所测的样品中含有丰富的人体必需微量元素,尤其是Ca含量极高。方法回收率在96.90%~102.3%之间,样品相对偏差小于5%。结论方法简单、准确,结果令人满意。  相似文献
