The motion of magnetic domain walls in permalloy nanowires is investigated by real-time resistance measurements. The domain wall velocity is measured as a function of the magnetic field in the presence of a current flowing through the nanowire. We show that the current can significantly increase or decrease the domain wall velocity, depending on its direction. These results are understood within a one-dimensional model of the domain wall dynamics which includes the spin transfer torque.  相似文献

Small amounts of multicrystalline silicon were melted in an electron beam furnace in different experimental conditions in order to investigate the oxygen evaporation behavior during the electron beam melting (EBM) process. The oxygen content level before and after EBM was determined by secondary ion mass spectroscopy. The oxygen content was reduced from 6.177 to 1.629 ppmw when silicon was melted completely at 15 kW with removal efficiency up to 73.6 %. After that, it decreased continually to <0.0517 ppmw when the refining time exceeded 600 s with a removal efficiency of more than 99.08 %. During the melting process, the evaporation rate of silicon is 1.10 × 10?5 kg/s. The loss of silicon could be reduced up to 1.7 % during oxygen removal process to a desirable figure, indicating EBM is an effective method to remove oxygen from silicon and decrease the loss of silicon.  相似文献

The 53.667 MHz continuous-wave heavy ion RFQ has been designed and manufactured for the SSC-LINAC project.This four-rod RFQ accelerates ions with maximum mass to charge ratio of 7 from 3.728 keV/u to 143 keV/u.Measurements have been carried out to check the RF performance of the cavity and the quality of the electric field.The S11 of the power coupler is adjusted to better than-44 dB,and the Q0 of the cavity is 6440.The quality of the electric field is evaluated by the perturbation method.The measurement procedure and data analysis will be discussed in detail.The error due to gravity of the perturbation bead has been corrected by averaging the fields in different quadrants.As a result,the unflatness of the electric field is±2.5%,and the dipole field component distributes from 0%to 20%in different longitudinal positions,which indicates the asymmetry of the quadrupole field.The unflatness of the quadrupole field distribution represents a good agreement with the simulation results.High power RF test and beam commissioning of the RFQ are on schedule in early 2014.  相似文献

From an inelastic excitation and breakup experiment with a 12Be beam at 29 MeV/u, a large 4He+8He cluster decay width of 1.1(2) MeV is determined for a state at an excitation energy of 10.3 MeV and with a spin parity of 0+. By using the R-matrix analysis, a cluster spectroscopic factor of 0.53(10) is extracted from the cluster partial width, providing a strong support for the clustering structure in 12Be. A specially designed zero-degree telescope played an essential role in the present experiment and has been demonstrated to be a promising tool in future studies of the molecular-like resonances near the cluster separation threshold.  相似文献

A tunable infrared plasmonic polarization filter is proposed and investigated in this paper. The filter is based on the sandwich absorption structure which consists of three layers. The top layer is an array of asymmetrical cross resonator.The middle and bottom layers are dielectric spacer and metal film respectively. By absorbing specific wavelength of the incident light perfectly, the reflection spectrum of the structure shows filter performance. The calculated results show that the absorption wavelength is strongly dependent on the length of branch of the asymmetrical cross resonator which is parallel to the light polarization and independent of the length of the vertical one. Therefore, the asymmetrical cross resonator filter structure opens the way for freely tuning the filtering wavelength for a different light polarization. We can fix a resonant wavelength(absorption wavelength) corresponding to one polarization and change the resonant wavelength for the other polarization by adjusting the corresponding branch length of the asymmetrical cross resonator, or change the two resonant wavelengths of both two polarizations at the same time.  相似文献

进行了基于光纤预啁啾和自相位调制的多模/单模组合式全光纤啁啾谱压缩研究.提出利用多模光纤模式估计群速度色散均值的方法,并将该估计值作为啁啾参量分析的计算参数,仿真计算了50/125μm折射率渐变多模光纤的群速度色散均值及其与单模光纤在不同长度比值下的光谱压缩效果.采用三种折射率渐变多模光纤进行实验,对比分析了折射率渐变多模光纤的芯径大小及其与单模光纤的长度比值对光谱压缩效果的影响.实验结果表明使用50/125μm折射率渐变多模光纤获得光谱最大压缩比为5.796,谱宽为2.243 nm,与理论仿真一致;使用105/125μm折射率渐变多模光纤,可进一步提高压缩比至152.941,输出谱宽为0.085 nm的光脉冲.将此脉冲用于相干反斯托克斯拉曼散射光谱探测,理论光谱分辨率可达1.386 cm~(-1).  相似文献

The reduction of 4‐nitrophenol (Nip) into 4‐aminophenol (Amp) by NaBH4, which is catalyzed by both binary and ternary yolk–shell noble‐metal/SnO2 heterostructures, is reported. The binary heterostructures contain individual Au or Ag nanoparticles (NPs) and the ternary heterostructures contain both Au and Ag NPs. The Au@SnO2 yolk–shell NPs are synthesized via a silica seeds‐mediated hydrothermal method. Subsequently, the Au@SnO2@Ag and Au@SnO2@Au yolk–shell–shell (YSS) NPs are synthesized, whereby SnO2 is located between the Au and Ag NPs. The morphology, composition, and optical properties of the as‐prepared samples are analyzed. For the binary heterostructures, the rate of the reduction reaction increases with decreasing particle size. The catalytic results demonstrate the synergistic effect of Au and Ag in the ternary metal–semiconductor heterostructures, which is beneficial to the catalytic reduction of Nip into Amp. Both the binary and ternary heterostructures exhibit significantly better catalytic performances than the corresponding bare Au and Ag NPs. It is envisaged that the current synthesized strategy will promote further interest in the field of bimetal NP‐based catalysis.  相似文献

W/Si多层膜反射镜在硬X射线天文望远镜中有重要应用. 为减小其应力对反射镜面形和望远镜分辨率的影响, 同时保证较高的反射率, 采用150, 175和200 ℃ 的低温退火工艺对采用磁控溅射镀制的W/Si周期多层膜进行后处理. 利用掠入射X射线反射测试和样品表面面形测试对退火前后W/Si多层膜的应力和结构进行表征. 结果表明, 在150 ℃ 退火3 h 后, 多层膜1级峰反射率和膜层结构几乎没有发生变化, 应力减少约27%; 在175 ℃ 退火3 h后, 多层膜膜层结构开始发生变化, 应力减少约50%; 在200 ℃退火3 h 后, 多层膜应力减小超过60%, 但1级布拉格峰反射率相对下降17%, 且膜层结构发生了较大变化. W, Si界面层的增大和相互扩散加剧是应力和反射率下降的主要原因.  相似文献

ZnO/A1lN/Si(111)薄膜的外延生长和性能研究   总被引:1,自引:2,他引:1  
用常压金属化学气相沉积法(MOCVD)在Si(111)衬底上制备了马赛克结构ZnO单晶薄膜.引入低温AlN缓冲层以阻止衬底氧化、缓解热失配和晶格失配.薄膜双晶X射线衍射2θ/ω联动扫描只出现了Si(111)、ZnO(000l)及AlN(000l)的衍射峰.ZnO/AlN/Si(111)薄膜C方向晶格常量为0.5195 nm,表明在面方向处于张应力状态;其对称(0002)面和斜对称(1012)面的双晶X射线衍ω摇摆曲线半峰全宽分别为460"和1105";干涉显微镜观察其表面有微裂纹,裂纹密度为20 cm-1;3 μm×3μm范围的原子力显微镜均方根粗糙度为1.5 nm激光实时监测曲线表明薄膜为准二维生长,生长速率4.3μm/h.低温10 K光致发光光谱观察到了薄膜的自由激子、束缚激子发射及它们的声子伴线.所有结果表明,采用金属化学气相沉积法并引入AlN为缓冲层能有效提高Si(111)衬底上ZnO薄膜的质量.  相似文献

在神光II激光装置上进行了辐射驱动不同掺杂样品的单模Rayleigh-Taylor(RT)不稳定性实验.结果显示:与纯碳氢(CH)样品相比,掺Br的CH样品的扰动更早、更快地进入非线性区,产生二次谐波,并且掺Br比例越高,CH样品扰动进入非线性区的时间越早,相同时刻扰动的二次谐波的幅度越高.这是因为密度梯度效应抑制了二次谐波的产生,掺Br比例越高,密度梯度标长越小;同时密度梯度效应还抑制三次谐波对基模增长的负反馈,造成基模具有更大的线性增长,导致线性饱和幅值大于经典值0.1λ.  相似文献
