In this article, a facile and environmentally friendly method was applied to fabricate BSA-conjugated amorphous zinc sulfide
(ZnS) nanoparticles using bovine serum albumin (BSA) as the matrix. Transmission electron microscopy analysis indicated that
the stable and well-dispersed nanoparticles with the diameter of 15.9 ± 2.1 nm were successfully prepared. The energy dispersive
X-ray, X-ray powder diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectrograph, high resolution transmission electron microscope,
and selected area electron diffraction measurements showed that the obtained nanoparticles had the amorphous structure and
the coordination occurred between zinc sulfide surfaces and BSA in the nanoparticles. In addition, the inhibition effects
of BSA-conjugated amorphous zinc sulfide nanoparticles on tumor cells growth were described in detail by cell viability analysis,
optical and electron microscopy methods. The results showed that BSA-conjugated amorphous zinc sulfide nanoparticles could
inhibit the metabolism and proliferation of human hepatocellular carcinoma cells, and the inhibition was dose dependent. The
half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) was 0.36 mg/mL. Overall, this study suggested that BSA-conjugated amorphous zinc
sulfide nanoparticles had the application potential as cytostatic agents and BSA in the nanoparticles could provide the modifiable

In optical time-division multiplexing (OTDM) systems using the four-wave mixing (FWM) in a semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) for time demultiplexing, the polarization states of control pulse and OTDM data lights are an important factor in the optical time demultiplexing process, which can influence the bit error rate (BER) of OTDM systems. In this paper, we analyze the effect of light polarization states on the FWM of a SOA, and use a simulation approach to study the BER performance of 100 Gbit/s OTDM systems that use the FWM in a SOA for optical time demultiplexing. It reveals that the BER or Q factor of OTDM systems is dependent on the misalignment θ between the polarization states of OTDM data and control lights. With increasing θ, both the optical power of resulting FWM component and the BER performance (or Q factor) of OTDM systems is degraded. For linearly polarized lights, our results show that the increase of BER and the reduction in Q factor are made smoothly when θ changes its value from 0° to 75°, whereas the degradation of BER and Q factor becomes rapid when θ exceeds 75°. Although the best system BER is obtained for θ = 0°, the BER performance can still tolerate some misalignment θ (e.g., up to 20° in our simulation). 自贡地区恐龙化石埋藏丰富、分布广泛、保存完整,具有重要的科学价值、社会价值和经济价值。用X荧光衍射研究自贡恐龙骨骼化石及围岩元素组成,XRD结合红外光谱仪分析确定化石的矿物组成,化石切片和显微观察了解骨骼内部构造和填充物质。恐龙骨骼化石及围岩中的含钙量均较高(5%),但化石含钙量达到30%以上;化石中的含硅量较低(0.24%—1.45%),围岩中的含硅量较高(14%);化石中的含磷量为围岩的46倍以上。化石的主要化学成分是碳氟磷灰石,其次是碳酸钙;围岩的主要成分是二氧化硅。实验结果可为恐龙化石的鉴别及保护材料的研制提供理论依据。 相似文献

以超声萃取-酸水解-超声萃取进行预处理,结合RP-HPLC测定黄姜中薯蓣皂甙元含量。色谱条件为:采用AglilengtHC-C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇∶水=95∶5(V∶V),流速为1.0mL/min,UV检测波长为203nm。结果表明,在40—1000μg/mL范围内,薯蓣皂甙元峰面积与其质量浓度具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),样品平均加标回收率为99.8%,RSD为1.1%。与直接酸水解-萃取预处理方式进行对比,本方法测得薯蓣皂甙元含量提高了32%。采用本方法对黄姜芽,根茎,表皮及不定根中的薯蓣皂甙元含量进行测定:根茎1.69%,芽0.19%,表皮0.15%,不定根部分含量为0.36%。 相似文献

The high spin states of the neutron-rich 109Tc nucleus are reinvestigated by observing prompt γ-rays from the spontaneous fission of 252 Cf. The previously known yrast band based on the 7/2+ state is updated. A side band built on the 11/2+ state is expanded and a new band based on the 15/2+ state is identified. Band crossing in the yrast band occurs around fω≈ 0.36 MeV. This band crossing is associated with the alignment of two h11/2 neutrons according to the cranked shell model calculations. The band based on the 11/2+ state is proposed as a candidate for the one-phonon γ-vibrational band, and the band built on the 15/2+ state is proposed as a candidate for the two-phonon γ-vibrational band. Commonly, bulk metallic glasses exhibit very limited plastic deformation (<2%) at room temperature. In this letter, through appropriate composition choices, rods of Zr62.55Cu17.55Ni9.9Al10 and Zr64.80Cu14.85Ni10.35Al10 bulk metallic glasses (BMGs) were prepared by using copper-mold suction-casting. X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry were utilized to determine their structures and thermal stabilities, and uniaxial compression tests were adopted to study their plastic deformation behaviors (PDBs) at room temperature. The results showed that Tg and Tx of the former are 651.5 K and 748 K, respectively, while those of the latter are 646 K and 750 K, respectively. Micro-hardness values are 693 ± 7 Hv and 595 ± 5 Hv for T1 and T2, respectively. During the compression tests, the former underwent about 2.5% engineering strain, i.e., 2.8% true strain, then fractured. While the latter was compressed into a flake-like form, of which, engineering strain values are larger than 70%, i.e., true strain exceeds 120%, showing super-plasticity at room temperature. It can be concluded that micro-hardness and PDBs of BMGs are very sensitive to composition. 相似文献

Based on the extended variable-coefficient homogeneous balance method and two new ansätz functions, we construct auto-Bäcklund transformation and multiple periodic-soliton solutions of \((3\,{+}\,1)\)-dimensional generalised shallow water equations. Completely new periodic-soliton solutions including periodic cross-kink wave, periodic two-solitary wave and breather type of two-solitary wave are obtained. In addition, cross-kink three-soliton and cross-kink four-soliton solutions are derived.
