A new amphiphilic polymer containing pyridine units was synthesized and characterized. The solvent‐dependent conformational transition from extended transoid to helical cisoid was studied by absorption, fluorescence, and 1H NMR measurements. The polar solvent promoted the formation of the helical structures. A metal ion or H+ could stabilize the ordered structure. Subtle crystalline structure changes of poly(butylene terephthalate) (PBT) specimens treated with an alkali solution at room temperature were investigated with the grazing incidence X-ray diffraction (GIXRD) analysis method. A new phenomenon was found: the aqueous alkali solution induced the crystallization of the PBT polymer. Under the GIXRD analysis condition of an incidence angle of 1°, the penetration depth of the X-ray in PBT was less than 80 μm, and this agreed well with the rough theoretical estimation. The alkali solution adopted in this study was an aqueous sodium hydroxide solution, which had a concentration of 2.5 N. Dissolved quantities of the surface layers during the alkaline treatment were found to be small. No appreciable intrinsic viscosity change due to the alkaline treatment was detected. Possible factors that might contribute to the crystallization, such as water absorption and a chemical reagent effect, were examined, and a plausible explanation for the phenomenon was developed. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. We describe a synthetic strategy for the angelimicin family of anthraquinoid natural products that involves converting a central highly oxygenated decalin intermediate to the AB and A'B' subunits. Herein, we report the synthesis of the bicyclic A'B' subunit that complements our earlier route to the tricyclic AB framework. The differentiating tact in the two syntheses focused on controlling the Suárez radical fragmentation of lactol precursors by modulating the substrate's structural rigidity. A more flexible lactol gave the tricyclic AB framework, whereas a more rigid substrate led to the bicyclic A'B' precursor, presumably through divergent pathways from the radical produced in the initial fragmentation step. These results establish a versatile advanced synthetic precursor for the angelimicins, and on a more general note, illustrate strategies for applying the Suárez fragmentation to diverse and complex molecular frameworks. 相似文献

Silicon is an important high capacity anode material for the next generation Li-ion batteries.The electrochemical performances of the Si anode are influenced strongly by the properties of the solid electrolyte interphase(SEI).It is well known that the addition of flouroethylene carbonate(FEC)in the carbonate electrolyte is helpful to improve the cyclic performance of the Si anode.The possible origin is suggested to relate to the modification of the SEI.However,detailed information is still absent.In this work,the structural and mechanical properties of the SEI on Si thin film anode in the ethylene-carbonate-based(EC-based)and FEC-based electrolytes at different discharging and charging states have been investigated using a scanning atomic force microscopy force spectroscopy(AFMFS)method.Single-layered,double-layered,and multi-layered SEI structures with various Young’s moduli have been visualized three dimensionally at nanoscale based on the hundreds of force curves in certain scanned area.The coverage of the SEI can be obtained quantitatively from the two-dimensional(2D)project plots.The related analysis indicates that more soft SEI layers are covered on the Si anode,and this could explain the benefits of the FEC additive. 相似文献

在系统优化固相萃取吸附剂填料类型、洗脱溶剂种类及体积的基础上,建立了蔬菜和水果中193种农药残留的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)检测方法。样品经乙腈均质提取,C18/PSA固相萃取柱净化,乙腈洗脱,GC-MS选择离子监测(SIM)模式检测,以磷酸三苯酯内标法定量。结果表明,130种农药在10~1000 μg/L、34种农药在20~1000 μg/L、26种农药在50~1000 μg/L、3种农药在100~1000 μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9967~1.0000,方法检出限(以信噪比为3计)为0.04~8.26 μg/kg,添加回收率为71.6%~117.9%,相对标准偏差为3.0%~11.8%。该方法样品处理简单快速,相比其他多残留分析方法净化效果好,其灵敏度和选择性明显提高,适用于日常检测工作。 相似文献
