Determination of pseudo‐ginsenoside GQ in human plasma by high performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry

A specific, sensitive and rapid method based on high performance liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC‐MS/MS) was developed for the determination of pseudo‐ginsenoside GQ in human plasma. Liquid–liquid extraction was used to isolate the analyte from biological matrix followed by injection of the extracts onto a C₈ column with isocratic elution. Detection was carried out on a triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer (API‐4000 system) in multiple reaction monitoring mode using negative electrospray ionization. The mobile phase consisted of methanol–10 mm ammonium acetate (90:10, v/v) and the flow rate was 0.3 mL/min. The method was validated over the concentration range of 5.0–5000.0 ng/mL for plasma. Inter‐ and intra‐day precisions (relative standard deviation) were all within 15% and the accuracy (relative error) was ≤9.4%. The lower limit of quantitation was 5.0 ng/mL. The pseudo‐ginsenoside GQ was stable after 8 h at room temperature, 24 h at autosampler and three freeze–thaw cycles (from ?30 to 25 °C). First total synthesis of isoquinolinone alkaloid marinamide and its methyl ester

The first total synthesis of isoquinolinone alkaloid marinamide 1 and its methyl ester 2 was described. The key steps involved a regioselective Frieclel-Crafts reaction of 1-benzyl-1H-pyrrole to form the intermediate 8.     

Breakdown Pattern of Hydrocarbons by Laser Breakdown Time-of-flight Mass Spectrometry

The laser breakdown time-of-flight mass spectrometry was developed and applied to detect the breakdown patterns of hydrocarbons that are significant to improve the detectability of heavy metals compounded in various mixtures such as particles and hydrocarbons. The laser wavelength dependence of this method was evaluated using 1064, 532, and 266 nm laser outputs. Breakdown processes using 1064 and 532 nm outputs showed less interference of fragmentation for the detection of various heavy metals. The method was applied to various hydrocarbons and it showed the possibility of categorization of hydrocarbon groups using the pattern of breakdown products.     

浅析广州市花都区预防梅毒母婴传播的实施成效

目的了解花都区开展预防梅毒母婴传播阻断项目的实施成效,降低梅毒母婴传播率。方法对首次就诊的孕产妇进行梅毒筛查,对检出的梅毒阳性孕产妇进行规范治疗,并对其所生婴儿进行随访管理。结果 2012—2016年感染产妇孕期确诊率达71.18%,接受规范治疗率达53.02%,新生儿预防性治疗率75.8%,儿童3月龄梅毒检测率为50.86%,6月龄检测率42.55%。结论实施预防梅毒母婴传播项目,可以有效地阻断梅毒的母婴传播,降低梅毒母婴传播率,提高妇女儿童的健康水平。     

A study into Stille cross‐coupling reaction mediated by palladium catalysts deposited over siliceous supports bearing N‐donor groups at the surface

Mesoporous molecular sieve SBA‐15 and conventional silica gel were grafted with 3‐[2‐(diethylamino)ethylamino]propyl groups and used as supports for the preparation of deposited palladium catalysts, which were subsequently evaluated in Stille cross‐coupling reaction of aryl bromides. The highest conversions were achieved with the metal‐saturated catalyst resulting from the modified SBA‐15. Novel hybrids of Cu2+ ternary complexes of salicylidene-amino acid Schiff base with phenanthroline（or bipyridine） intercalated in Mg/Al-NO3-layered double hydroxide

Four Cu²⁺ complexes of salicylidene-amino acid Schiff base with 1,10-phenanthroline（Phen） or 2,2’- bipyridine（Bipy） were successfully intercalated in interlayer galleries of Mg/Al-NO₃-layered double hydroxide（LDH） by the swelling-restored method.The hybrids were characterized by elemental analysis,X-ray diffraction,FT-IR spectra,UV-vis DRS,TG-DTA and SEM observation.Good protection of the complexes by LDH in neutral and weak acidic solutions was revealed by UV spectra,cyclic voltammograms and luminescence spectra.     

Highly rectified ion transport through 2D WSe2/MoS2 bi-layered membranes

Through a two-step vacuum-filtration process, WSe₂ and MoS₂ nanosheets were sequentially deposited onto a polymeric nanoporous support, forming WSe₂/MoS₂ bi-layered heterostructure. Highly rectified ion transport phenomenon is observed through the heterogeneous 2D layered membranes.
