This letter describes an efficient and enantioselective conjugate addition of highly stable potassium trifluoro(organo)borates to α,β-unsaturated esters. This reaction, catalyzed by chiral rhodium(I) complexes, affords Michael adducts with high yields and enantiomeric excesses up to 96%.  相似文献

We report potential of mean force (PMF) calculations on the interaction between the p-sulfonatocalix[4]arene and a monovalent cation (Cs(+)). It has been recently shown from microcalorimetry and (133)Cs NMR experiments that the association with Cs(+) is governed by favourable cation-pi interactions and is characterized by the insertion of the cation into the cavity of the macrocycle. We show that the PMF calculation based upon a classical model is not able to reproduce both the thermodynamic properties of association and the insertion of the cation. In order to take into account the different contributions of the cation-pi interactions, we develop a new methodology consisting of changing the standard PMF by an additional contribution resulting from quantum calculations. The calculated thermodynamic properties of association are thus in line with the microcalorimetry and (133)Cs NMR experiments and the structure of the complex at the Gibbs free-energy minimum shows the insertion of the cation into the cavity of the calixarene.  相似文献

A new straightforward method of synthesis of dendrimers, using two branched monomers (CA(2) and DB(2)), is described. Each generation is obtained in a single quantitative step, with only N(2) or H(2)O as byproducts; generation 4 is obtained in only four steps. The end groups are alternatively phosphines and hydrazines; their versatile reactivity is illustrated by the reaction of generation 4 with a branched CD(5) monomer, which increases the number of end groups in a single step from 48 to 250.  相似文献

Complexation between crown ethers 12C4, 15C5, 18C6 and cryptand 222, and alkali cations Li+, Na+, K+ in various solvents were studied by 17O-NMR. spectroscopy. Small diamagnetic shifts arising from the cation electric field are observed. They increase according to the sequence K+ < Na+ < Li+. 17O-linewidth are discussed and compared to the 13C relaxation times. Linewidth modification results mainly from modifications of the effective correlation time. In general, for crown ethers, considerable line broadening occurs when the cation fits well into the cavity but line narrowing occurs when the cation is much smaller than the cavity.  相似文献

The nucleophilic attack of hydroxylamine at the 5 position of 2-aryl-4-trifluoroacetyl-5-amino-oxazoles leads to a mixture of stereoisomeric isoxazolines. Dehydration of these isomeric isoxazolines in the presence of trifluoroacetic anhydride gives 3-amino-4-acylamino-5-trifluoromethylisoxazoles. The structures and spectroscopic data of these compounds are discussed.  相似文献

The selection and quality of hops is a major determinant in beer flavour. Brewers acknowledge that distinctive characteristics of different hop varieties can be traced to the composition of their essential oils. The difficulty in characterising complex mixtures such as hop oil using 1-D chromatography is that many compounds co-elute. With the introduction of comprehensive multidimensional capillary gas chromatography (GC x GC), there is a tremendous improvement in the separation power or peak capacity. Recent work using GC x GC with flame ionisation detection has suggested that there may be over 1,000 compounds in hop oil. This work describes the use of GC x GC combined with TOFMS detection (Leco Pegasus 4D instrument) to analyse Target hop oil. The TOFMS spectral acquisition rate of 60 Hz provided sufficient spectra per peak (2-D peak base width of 0.1-0.2 s) for identification (119 components were identified with 45 previously unreported compounds). When analysing results, an advantage of GC x GC coupled to TOFMS is that 2-D chromatograms can be viewed for individual masses that are characteristic of particular functional groups. This allows the analyst to view the various homologous series of compounds although in certain cases coelution may still be present as shown by the esters with mass 75.  相似文献

The kinetics of the reactions in bulk of 4,4′-dicyclohexyl methane diisocyanate (H12 MDI) and 5-isocyanato-1,3,3-trimethylcyclohexylmethyl isocyanate or isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) with benzylic alcohol (BZA) and α-hydroxy-ω-methyl ether-terminated polyethylene oxide PEO (M?w = 350) were studied by size exclusion chromatography (SEC) and 13C nuclear magnetic resonance (13C-NMR). The substitution effect is exhibited in the case of H12 MDI reactivity. The kinetic constants were calculated by a numerical method. The second-order kinetic mechanism was shown to be valid. In the IPDI case, the cycloaliphatic isocyanate group is shown to be more reactive than the aliphatic group in our conditions, without catalysis, in agreement with previous results from the literature, in our obtained by 1H-and 13C-NMR without any catalyst. The reactivity ratio is found to be on the order of 3. This difference in reactivity of the two isocyanate groups is used for the control synthesis of isocyanate and alkoxy-silane-terminated macromers.  相似文献
