1-Substituted-5-alkylsulfanyl-1H-tetrazoles are well known class of organic substances with various applications in medicinal chemistry or photographic industry. Their selenium analogues, 1-substituted-5-alkylselanyl-1H-tetrazoles are, however, much less explored because of the lack of suitable methods for their preparation. In this work we investigated the synthesis of 1-alkyl/aryl-5-alkylselanyl-1H-tetrazoles from synthetically available alkyl/arylisoselenocyanates. One-pot reactions of arylisoselenocyanates with sodium azide and alkylating agent led to the target 5-alkylselanyl-1-aryl-1H-tetrazoles but also to interesting side products, namely N-alkyl-N-arylcyanamides and (Z)-Se-alkyl-N-cyano-N,N′-diarylisoselenoureas. Nevertheless, when alkylisoselenocyanates were utilized as the substrates, the reactions led exclusively to the formation of 1-alkyl-5-alkylselanyl-1H-tetrazoles in good yields. This simple one-pot procedure brings new possibilities for the preparation of variously substituted selenium compounds. It also opens the way to further investigations of selenium isosteres of the widely utilized 5-thiotetrazole moiety in biomedical applications. 相似文献

A series of 10‐arylflavins (10‐phenyl‐, 10‐(2′,6′‐dimethylphenyl)‐, 10‐(2′,6′‐diethylphenyl)‐, 10‐(2′,6′‐diisopropylphenyl)‐, 10‐(2′‐tert‐butylphenyl)‐, and 10‐(2′,6′‐dimethylphenyl)‐3‐methylisoalloxazine ( 2 a – f )) was prepared as potentially nonaggregating flavin photocatalysts. The investigation of their structures in the crystalline phase combined with 1H‐DOSY NMR spectroscopic experiments in CD3CN, CD3CN/D2O (1:1), and D2O confirm the decreased ability of 10‐arylflavins 2 to form aggregates relative to tetra‐O‐acetyl riboflavin ( 1 ). 10‐Arylflavins 2 a – d do not interact by π–π interactions, which are restricted by the 10‐phenyl ring oriented perpendicularly to the isoalloxazine skeleton. On the other hand, N3? H???O hydrogen bonds were detected in their crystal structures. In the structure of 10‐aryl‐3‐methylflavin ( 2 f ) with a substituted N3 position, weak C? H???O bonds and weak π–π interactions were found. 10‐Arylflavins 2 were tested as photoredox catalysts for the aerial oxidation of 4‐methoxybenzyl alcohol to the corresponding aldehyde (model reaction), thus showing higher efficiency relative to 1 . The quantum yields of 4‐methoxybenzyl alcohol oxidation reactions mediated by arylflavins 2 were higher by almost one order of magnitude relative to values in the presence of 1 . 相似文献

Proteoliposomes carrying reconstituted yeast plasma membrane H+-ATPase in their lipid membrane or plasma membrane vesicles are model systems convenient for studying basic electrochemical
processes involved in formation of the proton electrochemical gradient (ΔμH
+) across the microbial or plant cell membrane. Δψ- and pH-sensitive fluorescent probes were used to monitor the gradients
formed between inner and outer volume of the reconstituted vesicles. The Δψ-sensitive fluorescent ratiometric probe oxonol
VI is suitable for quantitative measurements of inside-positive Δψ generated by the reconstituted H+-ATPase. Its Δψ response can be calibrated by the K+/valinomycin method and ratiometric mode of fluorescence measurements reduces undesirable artefacts. In situ pH-sensitive fluorescent probe pyranine was used for quantitative measurements of pH inside the proteoliposomes. Calibration
of pH-sensitive fluorescence response of pyranine entrapped inside proteoliposomes was performed with several ionophores combined
in order to deplete the gradients passively formed across the membrane. Presented model system offers a suitable tool for

The polyaniline dispersions stabilized with poly(N-vinylpyrrolidone) (PANI/PVP) were synthesized by oxidative polymerization with different mass ratios of PANI and PVP and different molar concentrations of the components in the polymerization mixture. The composite powders prepared from colloidal PANI/PVP dispersions were characterized by thermogravimetry and differential thermal analysis. The change in the ratio of PANI and PVP as well as the starting molar concentrations of aniline hydrochloride and oxidant has influence on the resulting properties of the dispersions. Concerning the doping, the results show that PANI/PVP powders are stable up to approximately 160 °C. Degradation of polymer chains starts at temperatures above 250 °C. The PANI/PVP composite powders with lower content of PANI exhibit slightly higher thermal stability. Further, colloidal PANI/PVP dispersions were screen-printed on aluminum foil for infrared spectroscopic characterization and on poly(ethylene terephthalate) foil for electrical measurements. The sheet resistance of printed layers measured by two-point probe was of the order of tens to thousands of kΩ sq?1. The influence of both the change in the composition and the drying temperature is discussed. 相似文献

The effect of a basic layer (SiO2—R3Al intermediate) in the one-phase silica supported titanium-based catalyst was investigated using the simple model catalyst systems obtained by reacting the activated silica gel consecutively with R3Al and TiCl4. Mode of the interaction of SiO2 with R3Al—resulting in the formation of the basic layer—was observed via analysis of the concentration of the unreacted OH groups on the silica surface employing IR spectroscopy and via analysis of the concentration of aluminium in solvent using AA spectroscopy. It was found that nature of the alkyl group in R3Al modified the structure of the basic layer, thus influencing the catalyst performance including the concentration of both the sum of Ti2+ and Ti3+ and the ESR-active Ti (III) centers. The sum of Ti2+ and Ti3+ ranged from 45 to 52 mol % and the amount of the ESR-active Ti (III) species ranged from 6 to 17 mol % of the all titanium content. A significant effect of alkyl group at organoaluminium compound on the molecular weight distribution of the resulting polymer was observed. © 1996 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 相似文献

For a graph H, the H-coloring problem is to decide whether or not an instance graph G is homomorphic to H. The H-coloring problem is said to have bounded treewidth duality if there is an integer k such that for any graph G which is not homomorphic to H, there is a graph F of treewidth k which is homomorphic to G but not homomorphic to H. It is known that if the H-coloring problem has bounded treewidth duality then it is polynomial time decidable. We shall prove in this paper that for any integers m, k, there is an integer n0 such that if G is a graph of girth ≥ n0 then any graph F of treewidth k homomorphic to G is also homomorphic to C2m+1. It follows from this result that for non-bipartite graphs H, the H-coloring problems do not have bounded treewidth duality. We also present some classes of directed graphs H for which the H-coloring problems do not have bounded treewidth duality. In particular, there are oriented cycles H for which the H-coloring problems do not have bounded treewidth duality. This answers a question of Hell and Zhu (Siam J.
