多波长光纤激光器是未来波分复用光通信系统的理想光源,提出和展示了一个基于非线性偏振旋转效应的多波长光纤激光器,非线性偏振旋转诱导的强度相关非均匀损耗能有效地抑制均匀加宽增益介质掺铒光纤中的模式竞争,从而使光纤激光器在室温下产生稳定的多波长输出,实验实现了最多18个波长的多波长输出.另外,此激光器没有使用传统的滤波器,而是在激光腔内插入一段保偏光纤,保偏光纤与偏振相关隔离器构成一等效Lyot双折射光纤周期性滤波器.利用这种在线型的双折射光纤滤波器简化了光纤激光器的结构,使它更易于集成.还实验研究了多波长输出随抽运功率的演化,发现抽运功率对多波长的均匀性影响很大. 相似文献

Nonylphenols (NPNs) are persistent endocrine disruptors and their release into the environment is causing increasing concern about their impact on human health. Herein, an ultrasensitive electrochemical immunosensor was developed for the detection of NPNs in the leachates from 61 instant noodle containers (INCs) from 8 countries across Southeast Asia. Gold nanoclusters (AuNCs) were self-assembled with reduced graphene oxide (rGO; polyethylenimine–rGO) and used to modify a glassy carbon electrode (GCE), which showed excellent electrical conductivity. An anti-NPN antibody was then immobilized on the AuNCs and, if it specifically bound NPN, the reduction in conductivity of the GCE was remarkable. The designed immunosensor has a low detection limit (5.25 ng L−1) and high sensitivity for NPNs in the leachates of INCs. Remarkably, the leaching of estrogen-like compounds from different plastics of INCs and the correlation between NPN content and total estrogenic activity were thoroughly investigated. High temperatures caused polyethylene and polystyrene INCs to release more estrogen-like compounds than that of polypropylene INCs; this increased release of NPNs was associated with higher estrogen activity in living cells. The deoxyfluorination of alcohols is a fundamentally important approach to access alkyl fluorides, and thus the development of shelf-stable, easy-to-handle, fluorine-economical, and highly selective deoxyfluorination reagents is highly desired. This work describes the development of a crystalline compound, N-tosyl-4-chlorobenzenesulfonimidoyl fluoride (SulfoxFluor), as a novel deoxyfluorination reagent that possesses all of the aforementioned merits, which is rare in the arena of deoxyfluorination. Endowed by the multi-dimensional modulating ability of the sulfonimidoyl group, SulfoxFluor is superior to 2-pyridinesulfonyl fluoride (PyFluor) in fluorination rate, and is also superior to perfluorobutanesulfonyl fluoride (PBSF) in fluorine-economy. Its reaction with alcohols not only tolerates a wide range of functionalities including the more sterically hindered alcoholic hydroxyl groups, but also exhibits high fluorination/elimination selectivity. Because SulfoxFluor can be easily prepared from inexpensive materials and can be safely handled without special techniques, it promises to serve as a practical deoxyfluorination reagent for the synthesis of various alkyl fluorides. 相似文献

Our previous work demonstrated that total withanolides of Datura metel L. leaves (TWD) exhibited excellent therapeutic effects on psoriasis. However, current knowledge of its mechanisms is incomplete. In this study, integrated spleen and thymus untargeted metabolomics were used to analyze the changes in endogenous metabolites underlying the immunosuppressive activity of TWD on psoriasis animal models induced by imiquimod. The results suggested that TWD treatment markedly attenuated imiquimod-induced psoriasis and showed significant immunosuppressive activity as evidenced by decreased elevation index of spleen and thymus. Meanwhile, TWD significantly reversed the elevation of immunoregulatory factors, including IL-10, IL-17, IL-22 and IL-23. Multivariate trajectory analysis revealed that TWD treatment could restore the psoriasis-disturbed spleen and thymus metabolite profiles towards the normal metabolic status. A total of 25 and 27 metabolites associated with the immunomodulatory effects for which levels changed markedly upon treatment have been identified in spleen and thymus, respectively. These differential metabolites were mainly involved in amino acid metabolism, nucleotide metabolism, fatty acid metabolism and lipid metabolism. Our investigation provided a holistic view of TWD for intervention in psoriasis through immunoregulation and provided further scientific information in vivo about a clinical value of TWD for psoriasis. 相似文献

For a general quantum ensemble with Hamiltonian fluctuations, this paper proposes a sampling-based two-stage approximate time-optimal control algorithm with momentum terms and achieves a high-fidelity state transition of all member systems to a common target state within an approximate minimum time. The fidelity and the control time are respectively optimized in the two stages. In particular, the introduction of momentum terms greatly improves the convergence rate of the algorithm. A theoretical method for studying the inter-relation between electronic and molecular structure has been proposed based on the complete energy matrices for a d3 configuration ion in a tetragonal ligand-field. By means of this method, the local structure for Cr3+ ion doped in oxides TiO2 (anatase) and MgO has been determined. The calculated results indicate that the local structure of the (CrO6)9− cluster in TiO2:Cr3+ and MgO:Cr3+ systems exists as a compressed distortion relative to the regular octahedron. Meanwhile, the dependence of the EPR zero-field splitting parameter D on the local structure parameter ΔR (ΔR=R1−R2) has been revealed. In addition, the relation between the EPR g-factors (g,g,Δg) and the orbit reduction factor k has been discussed for the two systems, suggesting that the orbit reduction factor k is very important to understand the EPR g-factors. 相似文献
