Zusammenfassung In dieser Arbeit wurden Schlußfolgerungen über den simultanen Verlauf der beiden Reduktionsphasen von Resazurin überprüft.Weiters wurden Bedingungen für die quantitative titanometrische Bestimmung von Resazurin und seiner Derivate ermittelt.
The conclusions about the simultaneous course of reduction of Resazurin to Resorufin and Resorufin to Dihidroresorufin were verified in this work.The conditions for the quantitative titanometric determination of Resazurin and its derivatives were found.

Studies of dispersion patterns in nonsegmented streams, flowing through narrow open tubes, show that it is possible to obtain highly reproducible concentration gradients within a sample zone injected into the moving stream. By varying the geometry of the flow path, low, medium and high dispersion patterns can be achieved; the high dispersion pattern forms the basis for a new approach to continuous flow titrimetry. In this type of titration, discrete samples are passed through a gradient device and are then mixed with a continuously flowing stream of titrant of fixed concentration. The new technique has been tested for potentiometric as well as spectrophotometric end-point indication. A simple one-channel system allows titrations to be performed automatically in less than 1 min.  相似文献

The rapid determination of protein in plant material based on spectrophotometric determination of amino acids in protein hydrolysates with trinitrobenzenesulfonic acid has been adapted to flow injection analysis. With the manifold described, a routine sampling rate of 120 samples/h is possible, though this, as well as sensitivity, can easily be varied. The method was calibrated against the Kjeldahl method and a good correlation was obtained between the two methods over a wide range of protein values for beans.  相似文献

In association with microtubules, a variety of kinesins play important roles in cellular functions such as intracellular transport of organelles or vesicles, signal transduction, and cell division. In a previous study we revealed that human kinesin superfamily protein member 4 (KIF4) is a chromokinesin that binds to chromosomes. Since localization of several kinds of kinesin at midzone called central spindle, or midbody that connects two daughter cells, or both, suggests their implication in cell division, we investigated KIF4 localization of during mitosis and cytokinesis in Hela cells. In addition to association with segregating chromosomes through entire mitosis, it also localized to the midzone and to midbody at ana/telophase through cytokinesis. Especially in cells at cytokinesis, KIF4 appeared as a doublet facing each other at the apical ends of two daughter cells. Three- dimensional analysis of architectural relationship between microtubule bundles and KIF4 indicated that KIF4 forms a ring structure wrapping around the microtubule bundles. These results suggest that KIF4 is involved in cytokinesis, although direct evidence was not provided in this study.  相似文献

The use of crown ethers is a simple and rapid method for the separation and determination of strontium in various samples. After sample dissolution oxalate precipitation was carried out to remove K. Chromatographic separation of strontium from most inactive and radioactive interference was done with a crown ether. The chemical recovery was determined gravimetrically. Radiostrontium was then determined by liquid scintillation counting.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Die Reaktion von 2-Nitroso-1-naphthol mit Resorcin bzw. Orcin in Äther bei Anwesenheit von HNO3 liefert Benzo[c]phenoxazon-(9) (I), Benzo[c]phenoxazon-(9)-12-oxid (II), Methyl-benzo[c]phenoxazon-(9) (III) sowie 11-Methyl-benzo[c]phenoxazon-(9)-12-oxid (IV). Die Struktur der isolierten Substanzen wurde durch Reduktion mittels TiCl3 sowie durch die UV- und IR-Spektren gestützt.
The reaction of 2-nitroso-1-naphthol with resorcinol and orcinol in ether solution in the presence of nitric acid has been studied. From the reaction mixture the benzophenoxazones I–IV have been isolated. Structures were assigned on the grounds of UV and IR spectra and partly by using TiCl3 as a reducing agent.

Zone center optical phonons in SnSe were investigated using Raman scattering data obtained here and previously reported far infrared reflectivity measurements. The values of the ratio of the pairs of interlayer force constants were calculated te be between 3·3 and 4·5. Thus it can be concluded that SnS is a layer like semiconductor but less layer like than GeS, GeSe or SnS.  相似文献

A specific and sensitive liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization mass spectrometry method was developed for the determination of ibogaine and noribogaine in human urine. The work-up procedure involved a solid phase extraction of the compounds and the internal standard (fluorescein) using Oasis HLB columns. The system used a Zorbax eclipse XDB C8 analytical column packed with 5µm diameter particles as the stationary phase. The mobile phase consisted of a 20-min gradient (mobile phase A: 0.02% (v/v) trimethylamine in acetonitrile, mobile phase B: 2 mM ammonium formate buffer (pH 3)). Mass spectrometric data were acquired in single ion monitoring mode at m/z 311.1, 297.2 and 333 for ibogaine, noribogaine and fluorescein, respectively. The drug/internal standard peak area ratios were linked via a quadratic relationship to concentrations (1.78?358 μg L?1 for ibogaine; 2?400 μg L?1 for noribogaine). Precision ranged from 5.8 to 14.8% and accuracy was between 93.2 and 112.9%. Mean extraction recoveries of ibogaine, noribogaine and fluorescein were 70.0, 81.7 and 94.8%, respectively. The extraction efficiency was independent of concentration over the range studied. The lower limits of quantitation were 1.78 μg L?1 for ibogaine and 2 μg L?1 for noribogaine. In this paper, extensive stability testing was undertaken using a wide range of storage conditions. This method was found suitable for urine analysis of a poisoning involving ingestion of drink made from powdered root of shrub Tabernanthe iboga.  相似文献

The distribution of137Cs through soil layers has been investigated by field sampling. The investigation deals with137Cs concentration found after the Chernobyl accident. The relationship between important soil characteristics, total precipitation and cesium distribution are analyzed. Cesium is strongly sorbed in the top soil layer and its migration downward is limited. Measurements performed over a 3-year period revealed that approximately 20–38 per cent of total137Cs is located in the upper soil layer.  相似文献
