REDUCING NONSELECTIVE PROTEIN ADSORPTION AND CELL ADHESION ON POLYACRYLONITRILE FILMS BY COPOLYMERIZATION OF ACRYLONITRILE WITH α-ALLYL GLUCOSIDE

In this work, the surface properties of novel sugar-containing polymers, α-allyl glucoside (AG)/acrylonitrile (AN)copolymers, were studied by contact angle, protein adsorption and cell adhesion measurements. It was found that the contactangle of the copolymer films decreased from 68° to 30° with the increase of AG content in the copolymer. The adsorptionamount of bovine serum albumin (BSA) and the adhesive macrophage onto the film surface also decreased significantly withincreasing α-allyl glucoside content from 0 to 42 wt% in the copolymer. These preliminary results reveal that both thehydrophilicity and the biocompatibility of polyacrylonitrile-based membranes could be improved by copolymerizing acrylonitrile with vinyl carbohydrates.     

镉化合物的~(113)Cd屏蔽张量2-氨基二甲基吡啶镉单晶的研究

2-氨基二甲基吡啶镉的单晶已被单晶定向的~(113)Cd核磁共振进行了研究。在CdCl_2+2-氨基二甲基吡啶中对于两个氯-四个氮的~(113)Cd的屏蔽张量元素分别是σ_(33)=368,σ_(22)=266,和σ_(11)=236×10~(-6)。     

A New Saponin Transformed from Ginsenoside Rh1 by Bacillus subtilis

A novel saponin was isolated from the transformed products of ginsenoside Rh1 by Bacillus subtilis. It‘s structure was determined to be 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-6-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-20 (S)-protopanaxatriol on the basis of the spectral data.     

Gear-like array of (H_2O)_(12) as building blocks in one-dimensional supramolecular assembly

The preparation and crystal structure of complex Co(Hsae)_2·2H_2O (1,H_2sae=N-salicylidene-2-iminoethanol) are reported.X- ray analysis revealed that every six Co(Hsae)_2 forms a cyclic chip and every 12 water forms a novel gear-like cluster.Acting as building blocks,the gear-like water cluster and complex chip are connected in A-B fashion and extend into one-dimensional supramolecular chain.Hydrogen bond is the primary bridging force in the formation of supramolecular framework.     

Catalytic Asymmetric[2,3]-Sigmatropic Rearrangement of Sulfur Ylides Generated from Carbenoids and Allenic 2-Methylphenyl Sulfide

The first investigation on catalytic asymmetric [2, 3]-sigmatrop-ic rearrangement of sulfur ylides generated from carbenoids andallenic phenyl sulfide was carried out. Up to 55% ee value wasobtained.     

羧甲基壳聚糖对胆红素的吸附性能研究

合成了不同取代度的羧甲基壳聚糖(CM-CTS)作为吸附剂，研究了不同条件对CM-CTS吸附胆红素性能的影响．结果表明：在实验条件下，随着羧甲基取代度的增加和体系温度的升高．最大吸附率和吸附速率均相应增加：在接近人体血液pH值的条件下，CM-CTS对胆红素的吸附性能较佳：人血清白蛋白和离子强度的增加对CM—CTS吸附胆红素有明显的抑制作用。     

Indium-mediated Facile Synthesis of （6-Chloropyridine-3-yl）methyl Heterocyclic Thioether Derivatives in Aqueous Media

A series of substituted (6-chloropyridine-3-yl)methyl heterocyclic thioether derivatives were prepared by indium mediating in water. The preliminary biological tests showed that compound 3d exhibited good antiviral activity.

Quantitative study on La~(3+) influx mediated by sodium-calcium exchanger in human lymphocytes

Whether La3+ can enter human peripheral blood lymphocytes by the Na+/Ca2+ exchanger or not and the effect of La3+on the Na+/Ca2+ exchanger activity are examined by fura-2 technique. And that whether La3+ is sequestered by intracellular organelles (mainly endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria) is studied by this method. La3+uptake is obviously stimulated by pre-treating the cells with ouabain and by removing extracellular Na+, and intracellular La3+concentration ([La3+]i) is directly proportional to its extracellular concentration ([La3+]o). But when [La3+]o exceeds 0.4 mmol/L, the 340/380 nm ratio of fluorescence is no longer varied and the maximum [La3+], is 1.5×10-12 mol · L-1. The higher concentration of La3+ (0.1 mmol/L) increases Na+/Ca2+ exchange-mediated calcium influx, but lower concentration (10 μmol/L) appears to block calcium influx.
