The effect of annealing by electric current passing through a sample prepared from the amorphous metallic alloy Vitrovac 6025 Z of the composition Fe4Co67Mo1.5Si165B11 on the form of the dependence of the sample impedance on the external magnetic field is investigated. Explicit expressions are derived for the rectified radiative forces (RRFs) related to the action of a weak interfering optical field of an arbitrary three-dimensional (3D) configuration upon resonance particles featuring the J=0 → J=1 quantum transition. It is shown that, in contrast to the case of a monochromatic field, there are simple 3D biharmonic field configurations for which the ratio of the vortex and potential RRF components can be controlled by adjusting frequencies and polarizations of the interfering light waves. This modification of the RRF structure gives rise to qualitatively different types of both vortex and potential light-induced particle motions that may lead to a 3D spatial localization (confinement) of these particles within the cells of an effective optical lattice with a period significantly greater than the light wavelength. In particular, the particles may perform a stable rotational motion along closed trajectories inside the elementary cells. 相似文献

We report on the study of thermal neutron flux using monitors based on mixture of ZnS(Ag) and LiF enriched with a lithium-6 isotope at the deep underground laboratory DULB-4900 at the Baksan Neutrino Observatory. An annual modulation of thermal neutron flux in DULB-4900 is observed. Experimental evidences were obtained of correlation between the long-term thermal neutron flux variations and the absolute humidity of the air in laboratory. The amplitude of the modulation exceed 5% of total neutron flux. 相似文献

We have studied processes of interaction of pulsed laser radiation with resonant groups of plasmonic nanoparticles(resonant domains) in large colloidal nanoparticle aggregates having different interparticle gaps and particle size distributions.These processes are responsible for the origin of nonlinear optical effects and photochromic reactions in multiparticle aggregates.To describe photo-induced transformations in resonant domains and alterations in their absorption spectra remaining after the pulse action,we introduce the factor of spectral photomodification.Based on calculation of changes in thermodynamic,mechanical,and optical characteristics of the domains,the histograms of the spectrum photomodification factor have been obtained for various interparticle gaps,an average particle size,and the degree of polydispersity.Variations in spectra have been analyzed depending on the intensity of laser radiation and various combinations of size characteristics of domains.The obtained results can be used to predict manifestation of photochromic effects in composite materials containing different plasmonic nanoparticle aggregates in pulsed laser fields. 相似文献

Mechanisms of motion of the domain top separating oppositely magnetized domains through an amorphous ferromagnetic wire core
are investigated in an external magnetic field. The equilibrium parameters of the domain in the wire core are determined.
It is established that the character of motion of the domain top trough the wire core depends on the mutual orientation of
the external magnetic field and the domain magnetization. It is demonstrated that amorphous ferromagnetic wires based on transition
metals possess the magnetic diode effect.

The electrical resistance of FeBO3 crystals at high and ultrahigh pressures (up to 198 GPa) and low temperatures has been measured using diamond anvil cells.
It has found that in the high-pressure phase, 46 GPa < P < 100 GPa, the activation energy E
ac decreases gradually from 0.55 to 0.3 eV according to a linear law. Its extrapolation to zero gives an estimated value of
about 210 GPa for the pressure at which complete metallization is expected. However, above 100 GPa, the linear E
ac(P) dependence smoothly transforms to a nonlinear one. At the same time, the temperature dependence of the electrical resistance
at fixed pressure significantly deviates from the Arrhenius activation law and does not obey the Mott law for the hopping
conductivity. Experimental data demonstrate the dependence of the activation energy E
ac both on pressure and temperature. At T = 0, the gap tends to zero. Theoretical analysis shows that the decrease in E
ac upon cooling can be interpreted in terms of the transition of the low-spin FeBO3 phase to the magnetically ordered (antiferromagnetic) state. 相似文献
