Based on the impedance behavior of red cell at high frequency, the frequency response of series piezoelectric crystal sensor in the red cell suspension was derived and verified experimentally. A method of using piezoelectric crystal sensor to determine the conductivity of the interior of the cell was proposed. The experimental results show that the mean conductivity of rabbit red cell cytoplasm was 0.269 S/m and the mean shape factor of red cell was 2.05. 相似文献

The protection of the 3,6‐positions of 9‐alkyl‐9H‐carbazole repeat units with fluorine substituents in 2,7‐linked main‐chain polymers as well as in copolymers with triaryl amine repeat units affords blue emitting materials with enhanced electrolytic stability. The electronic conjugation of this new class of materials is more extended than that of the equivalent polymers where the 3,6‐positions are protected with methyl substitutions as a result of the smaller steric hindrance of their fluorine substituents. Attachment of fluorine‐protecting groups at the 3,6‐positions of carbazole repeat units in the homopolymers resulted in materials with relatively high ionization potentials (5.71 eV). However, introduction of triaryl amine comonomers as alternating repeat units provided carbazole/triaryl amine copolymers with a low ionization potential (5.25 eV), a very high quantum yield of fluorescence in solution (0.96), and narrow emission bands [full width at half maximum (FWHM) = 52 nm]. A new polyaluminosilazane precursor was prepared by polymerizing hexamethylcydotrisilazane (HMCTS) with aluminum acetylacetonate and the structure of the precursor was characterized by FF-IR and XPS analysis. To improve the harvesting of visible light and reduce the recombination of photogenerated electrons and holes,Ti3+self-doped Ti O2 nanoparticles were synthesized and assembled into photoanodes with high visible light photoelectrochemical properties.X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectra,electron resonance spectroscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectra were used to characterize the structure,crystallinity,morphology and other properties of the obtained nanoparticles.UV–visible diffuse reflectance spectra showed that the Ti3+self-doped Ti O2 nanoparticles had a strong absorption between 400 and 800 nm.Moreover,when hydrothermal treatment time was prolonged to 22 h,the heterogeneous junction was formed between the anatase and rutile Ti O2,where the anatase particles exposed highly active {001} facets.Under visible light irradiation,the Ti3+self-doped Ti O2 electrode exhibited an excellent photoelectrocatalytic degradation of rhodamine B(Rh B) and water splitting performance.Intriguingly,by selecting an appropriate hydrothermal time,the high photoconversion efficiency of 1.16% was achieved. 相似文献
