A new flavonoid from Selaginella tamariscina

6-(2-Hydroxy-5-acetylphenyl)-apigenin (1),a new flavonoid with a phenyl substituent,was first isolated from Selaginella tamariscina.Its structure was elucidated on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR as well as ESI-HR-MS spectroscopic analysis.     

Real-time monitoring of DNAzyme cleavage process using fluorescent assay

气相色谱法测定柑桔中甲基托布津残留量

本文根据甲基托布津在一定温度下,分解放出含硫化合物的特点,建立了用气相色谱法直接测定甲基托布津残留量的方法。用丙酮提取样品,二氯甲烷液液分配净化,用带FPD气相色谱仪检测。在5～30ng范围内呈良好的线性关系。方法最低检测浓度为0.02ppm,回收率为87.3～98.2%,变异系数为2.0%。     

卡尔曼滤波分光光度法测定安钠加注射液中苯甲酸钠和咖啡因含量

将卡尔曼滤波与分光光度法结合,用于同时测定安钠加注射液中苯甲酸钠和咖啡因的含量,其平均回收率分别为99.90±0.32%,100.10±0.28%。本法也适用于其它多组分体系分析。     

Electrochemically modified piezoelectric crystal biosensor for detection of Staphylococcus aureus

Electropolymerized o-phenylenediamine film is used as a functional coating for the immobilization of anti-S. aureus antibody on the surface of a gold-plated piezoelectric crystal, and this piezoelectric immunosensor is applied to detect S. aureus. The frequency shift (F = F20s - F380s, Hz) between the frequency at the 20th second (after the addition of sample, F20s) and that at 380 seconds later (F380s) was introduced to construct a calibration graph, and shortening of assay time was achieved. The S. aureus concentrations in the range of 105-109 cells/mL can be detected by this system.     

Novel Role of Carbon Dioxide as a Selective Agent in Palladium-Catalyzed Cyclotrimerization of Alkynes

Carbon dioxide was found as a selective agent to promote the palladium-catalyzed cyclotrimerization of alkynes in water. Both aryl and alkylacetylenes afforded the corresponding cyclotrimerization products regioselectively in high yields using PdCl2, CuCl2, and CO2 as the catalytic system. However, tert-butylacetylene bearing a bulky group gave a dimerization product. Mechanism of this reaction was also discussed.     

Unusual Luminescence of Ca8[Al12O24]（WO4）2： Tb^3＋

The luminescence properties of aluminate sodalite Ca8[Al12024](WO4)2 (CAW) undoped and doped with Th^3 are reported and discussed. At room temperature the emission of tetrahedral WO4^2- in CAW showed an abnormally small Stokes shift (9060 cm^-1), which is related to the crystal structure of CAW. A strong absorption band in the excitation spectrum of the Th^3 -activated CAW is ascribed to the absorption of the charge transfer state Th^4 -W^5 , into which the excitation resulted in the efficient emission from the ^5D4 level of Tb^3 , but not from the ^5D3 level.     

石墨炉原子吸收法直接测定全血中镉和铅

直接测定人体血镉和血铅较为困难。本文介绍用铂作基体改进剂以提高镉、铅的灰化温度,在灰化阶段除去产生高背景吸收的蛋白,而不发生镉、铅的挥发损失。实现了不需消化样品、络合提取等复杂的化学前处理,用石墨炉原子吸收法和校正曲线直接测定。同时应用衬钽技术,大大延长了石墨管的使用寿命。     

Fluoro‐protected carbazole main‐chain polymers as a new class of stable blue emitting polymers

The protection of the 3,6‐positions of 9‐alkyl‐9H‐carbazole repeat units with fluorine substituents in 2,7‐linked main‐chain polymers as well as in copolymers with triaryl amine repeat units affords blue emitting materials with enhanced electrolytic stability. The electronic conjugation of this new class of materials is more extended than that of the equivalent polymers where the 3,6‐positions are protected with methyl substitutions as a result of the smaller steric hindrance of their fluorine substituents. Attachment of fluorine‐protecting groups at the 3,6‐positions of carbazole repeat units in the homopolymers resulted in materials with relatively high ionization potentials (5.71 eV). However, introduction of triaryl amine comonomers as alternating repeat units provided carbazole/triaryl amine copolymers with a low ionization potential (5.25 eV), a very high quantum yield of fluorescence in solution (0.96), and narrow emission bands [full width at half maximum (FWHM) = 52 nm]. D301树脂对酚类的吸附热力学研究

测定D301树脂对环己烷溶液中苯酚的吸附等温线，利用热力学函数关系计算了等量吸附焓，吸附自由能和吸附熵，等量吸附焓在30kJ/mol-35kJ/mol之间，推测吸附过程为氢键吸附。比较D301树脂对水溶液和环己烷溶液中苯酚的吸附性能，及D301树脂对环己烷溶液中苯酚和邻硝苯酚的吸附性能，进一步讨论了D301树脂对酚类物质吸附中的氢键作用。
