Electropolymerized o-phenylenediamine film is used as a functional coating for the immobilization of anti-S. aureus antibody on the surface of a gold-plated piezoelectric crystal, and this piezoelectric immunosensor is applied to detect S. aureus. The frequency shift (F = F20s - F380s, Hz) between the frequency at the 20th second (after the addition of sample, F20s) and that at 380 seconds later (F380s) was introduced to construct a calibration graph, and shortening of assay time was achieved. Carbon dioxide was found as a selective agent to promote the palladium-catalyzed cyclotrimerization of alkynes in water. Both aryl and alkylacetylenes afforded the corresponding cyclotrimerization products regioselectively in high yields using PdCl2, CuCl2, and CO2 as the catalytic system. The luminescence properties of aluminate sodalite Ca8[Al12024](WO4)2 (CAW) undoped and doped with Th^3 are reported and discussed. At room temperature the emission of tetrahedral WO4^2- in CAW showed an abnormally small Stokes shift (9060 cm^-1), which is related to the crystal structure of CAW. A strong absorption band in the excitation spectrum of the Th^3 -activated CAW is ascribed to the absorption of the charge transfer state Th^4 -W^5 , into which the excitation resulted in the efficient emission from the ^5D4 level of Tb^3 , but not from the ^5D3 level. 相似文献

The protection of the 3,6‐positions of 9‐alkyl‐9H‐carbazole repeat units with fluorine substituents in 2,7‐linked main‐chain polymers as well as in copolymers with triaryl amine repeat units affords blue emitting materials with enhanced electrolytic stability. The electronic conjugation of this new class of materials is more extended than that of the equivalent polymers where the 3,6‐positions are protected with methyl substitutions as a result of the smaller steric hindrance of their fluorine substituents. Attachment of fluorine‐protecting groups at the 3,6‐positions of carbazole repeat units in the homopolymers resulted in materials with relatively high ionization potentials (5.71 eV). However, introduction of triaryl amine comonomers as alternating repeat units provided carbazole/triaryl amine copolymers with a low ionization potential (5.25 eV), a very high quantum yield of fluorescence in solution (0.96), and narrow emission bands [full width at half maximum (FWHM) = 52 nm].
