司帕沙星软膏的制备与质量控制

为研制司帕沙星软膏，建立其含量测定方法。用差示紫外分光光度法在306nm外测定司帕沙星的含量。平均回收率为99．98％，RSD为0．72％，线性范围15．62－40．14μg/ml。该法简便、准确、快捷。     

不饱和类锗烯H2C=GeNaBr的密度泛函理论研究

应用密度泛函理论DFT方法,在B3LYP/6-311G(d,p)水平上研究了不饱和类锗烯H2C=GeNaBr的结构及异构化反应.结果表明,不饱和类锗烯H2C=GeNaBr有3种平衡构型,其中非平面的p-配合物型构型能量最低,是其存在的主要构型.并对平衡构型间异构化反应的过渡态进行了计算,求得了转化势垒,预言了最稳定构型的振动频率和红外强度.

COMPENSATION EFFECT OF POLYIMIDE THIN FILMS ON NORMALLY WHITE TWISTED NEMATIC LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAYS

The disadvantages of Normally White Twisted Nematic Liquid Crystal Display (NW-TN-LCD) were discussed. The reason that the negative birefringent polyimide thin filmswere used to compensate NW-TN-LCD to decrease off-axis leakage, improve contrast ratiosand enlarge viewing angles was explained in this paper. A certain polyimide thin film wastaken as an example to show compensation effect on NW-TN-LCD.     

甘油糖脂的合成 Ⅰ.1,2-二-O-脂酰基-3-O-(α-D-吡喃半乳糖基)-sn-甘油的合成

采用一种有效的方法合成了具有不同链长的二脂酰基α D 半乳糖型甘油糖脂 .将半乳糖烯丙苷化 ,重结晶得到α D 半乳糖烯丙苷 .随后将糖环的羟基用苄基保护 ,再利用OsO4 /NMO(N 甲基 N 氧吗啉 )的二羟基化条件将 1 O烯丙基氧化成为邻二羟基 ,得到 3 O ( 2′ ,3′ ,4′ ,6′ 四 O 苄基 α D 吡喃半乳糖基 ) sn 甘油 .其与不同链长的脂酰氯进行脂酰化反应 ,然后氢解去掉苄基得到五种二脂酰基α D 半乳糖苷基甘油 .利用1HNMR ,13 CNMR ,2DNMR ,IR和MS对化合物的结构进行了确证 .     

超声雾化进样微波诱导等离子体原子吸收光谱法测定银的某些影响因素研究

本文将超声雾化技术与MIP-AAS联用,以“L”型吸收管代替“T”型吸收管作为AAS测量的吸收池,采用水冷凝和浓H_2SO_4吸收相结合去溶,研究TUSN-MIP-AAS方法测银时的某些影响因素,讨论了微波前向功率,载气流速、去溶系统、溶液酸度、共存离子及易也离元素等对吸收信号的影响,本法所得的测银的特征浓度为0.01μg/ml(328.1nm)和0.03μg/ml(338.3nm),相对标准偏差为7.5％.     

气相色谱-质谱法测定浓缩苹果汁中丁酰肼残留量

采用在碱性条件下将样品中丁酰肼水解为不对称二甲基联氨,再用水杨醛与之发生衍生化反应的前处理方法,建立了浓缩苹果汁中丁酰肼残留量的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)测定方法。以丁酰肼浓度对峰面积作图得校正曲线,回归方程为y=100 211x-11 156(r=0.999 6),检出限(3S/N)为0.01 mg.kg-1,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.60%~6.23%,回收率为92%~107%。     

水热法合成多金属氧酸盐棒状超细晶体

以SrCl₂·6H₂O、(NH₄)₆P₂Mo₁₈O₆₂·nH₂O为原料，在PEG-600/H₂O微乳体系中于80～130 ℃温度下水热反应8～12 h，从而制得一种多金属氧酸盐棒状超细晶体，组成是Sr₃P₂Mo₁₈O₆₂·nH₂O。该超细晶体具有长棒状形貌、高结晶度且分散性能较好，长度范围在10.0～20.0 μm，径度在1.0～2.0 μm。对反应体系中的PEG-600/H₂O体积比(V_PEC-600∶V_H2O)、水热温度以及(NH₄)₆P₂Mo₁₈O₆₂·nH₂O/SrCl₂·6H₂O质量比(W_POMs∶W_SrCl2·6H2O)3个影响因素进行了探讨，结果表明：V_PEC-600∶V_H2O主要对棒状超细晶体的形貌、长径比以及晶体结晶度有着重要影响，体积比在范围V_PEC-600∶V_H2O=(1.50～2.00)∶1.00有利于大长径比的棒状超细晶体的形成；水热温度则优选80～130 ℃范围，过低则不发生反应，过高则发生了多金属氧酸盐与PEG-600的氧化-还原反应；W_POMs∶W_SrCl2·6H2O基本上不影响超细晶体的形成。还初步探讨了该棒状超细晶体的形成机理。     

Two new compounds from Zingiber officinale

A new cyclic diarylheptanoid,1,5-epoxy-3-hydroxy-1-(3-methoxy-4,5-dihydroxyphenyl)-7-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-heptane (1),as well as a new monoterpene,10-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-hydroxy cineole (2) were isolated from the rhizomes of Zingiber officinale. The structures of compounds 1 and 2 were established based on their spectral data.In addition,the antioxidant activities of these compounds were also measured.
