A series of novel, azasugar-modified 2-monosubstituted, 2,6- and 2,7-bissubstituted anthraquinone derivatives have been synthesized by the nucleophilic substitution of N-alkylamino azasugar with mono-, bis(2-chloroacetamido)anthraquinones. Their cytotoxic activities against HeLa and MCF-7 ceils were preliminarily evaluated and compound 9a with mono-azasugar pendant at 2-position showed similar activity to the control drug (Cisplatin).  相似文献

Nano-crystalline FeOOH particles(5~10 nm) have been uniformly mixed with electric matrix of single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWNTs)for forming FeOOH/SWNT composite via a facile ultrasonication method. Directly using the FeOOH/SWNT composite(containing 15 wt%SWNTs) as anode material for lithium battery enhances kinetics of the Li+insertion/extraction processes, thereby effectively improving reversible capacity and cycle performance, which delivers a high reversible capacity of 758 mAh g-1under a current density of 400 mA g-1even after 180 cycles, being comparable with previous reports in terms of electrochemical performance for FeOOH anode. The good electrochemical performance should be ascribed to the small particle size and nano-crystalline of FeOOH, as well as the good electronic conductivity of SWNT matrix.  相似文献

生物样品中药物、毒物及内源性物质的定性与定量分析在生命科学和药物研发中发挥重要作用。生物样品的基质复杂,干扰物多,待测物浓度与内源性物质相比明显偏低,且样品取样量少,因此要求生物分析方法的特异性强、灵敏度高、重现性好。二维液相色谱技术具有峰容量大、显著降低复杂样品的基质效应和残留现象,及可以实现样品分析的自动化等特点,已成为生物样品分离分析的有力工具,在环境、食品和药物分析中得到广泛应用。本文在简要介绍了二维液相色谱原理装置基础上,对其在生物样品中药物、毒物和内源性物质分析中的应用进展进行了综述。  相似文献

使用碱洗提酚法提取煤液化油中的酚类化合物,然后结合Deans Switch装置和LTM色谱柱模块,采用中心切割气相色谱(GC)-质谱(MS)法对提取的酚类化合物进行定性。采用GC建立标准曲线,对煤液化油中主要酚类化合物的质量分数进行测定,并测定了煤液化油中邻甲基苯酚、2-乙基苯酚、4-丙基苯酚和5-茚酚4种酚类化合物的加标回收率。结果表明,在煤液化油中共定性出51种酚类化合物,测定了其中的35种酚类化合物的质量分数,其量占煤液化油总量的2.54(wt)%,苯酚和烷基苯酚占35种酚类化合物的88.2(wt)%。煤液化油中4种酚类化合物的加标回收率高,重复性好。  相似文献

以廉价、低毒的醋酸亚铁为催化剂,在三氟乙酸助催化下,2-甲基氮杂芳烃与芳香醛经过加成与脱水反应,直接选择性合成具有生物活性的反式2-烯基氮杂芳烃化合物,水是唯一副产物.该合成方法催化剂用量少,后处理方便,产率高,选择性高,底物适用范围广.治疗哮喘药顺尔丁中间体(E)-3-[2-(7-氯-2-喹啉基)乙烯基]苯甲醛(3v)的克级合成展现了该方法的应用前景.  相似文献

There is an urgent need for the development in the field of the magnetism of topological insulators, owing to the necessity for the realization of the quantum anomalous Hall effect. Herein, we discuss experimentally fabricated nanostructured hierarchical architectures of the topological insulator Bi2Te3 without the introduction of any exotic magnetic dopants, in which intriguing room‐temperature ferromagnetism was identified. First‐principles calculations demonstrated that the intrinsic point defect with respect to the antisite Te site is responsible for the creation of a magnetic moment. Such a mechanism, which is different from that of a vacancy defect, provides new insights into the origins of magnetism. Our findings may pave the way for developing future Bi2Te3‐based dissipationless spintronics and fault‐tolerant quantum computation.  相似文献

Despite being technically possible, splitting water to generate hydrogen is still practically unfeasible due mainly to the lack of sustainable and efficient catalysts for the half reactions involved. Herein we report the synthesis of cobalt‐embedded nitrogen‐rich carbon nanotubes (NRCNTs) that 1) can efficiently electrocatalyze the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) with activities close to that of Pt and 2) function well under acidic, neutral or basic media alike, allowing them to be coupled with the best available oxygen‐evolving catalysts—which also play crucial roles in the overall water‐splitting reaction. The materials are synthesized by a simple, easily scalable synthetic route involving thermal treatment of Co2+‐embedded graphitic carbon nitride derived from inexpensive starting materials (dicyandiamide and CoCl2). The materials’ efficient catalytic activity is mainly attributed to their nitrogen dopants and concomitant structural defects.  相似文献

A high amount of heteroatom doping in carbon, although favorable for enhanced density of catalytically active sites, may lead to substantially decreased electroconductivity, which is necessary for the electrochemical oxygen reduction reaction. Herein, a relatively low amount of nitrogen was successfully doped into carbon nanotubes (CNTs) by a hydrothermal approach in one step, and the synthesized nitrogen‐doped CNT (CNT‐N) materials retained most of the original, excellent characteristics, such as the graphitic structure, tubular morphology, and high surface area, of CNTs. The resultant CNT‐N materials, although containing a relatively low amount of nitrogen doping, exhibited high electrocatalytic ORR activity, comparable to that of 20 wt % Pt/C; long durability; and, more importantly, largely inhibited methanol crossover effect.  相似文献

One new and three known spiro‐dioxynaphthalene compounds, related to palmarumycins, were isolated from the extracts of fungus Lasiodiplodia pseudotheobromae XSZ‐3. Their structures were established by spectroscopic methods (1D‐ and 2D‐NMR, HR‐ESI‐MS, etc.). The absolute configuration of 1 was determined by comparison of quantum‐chemical TDDFT (time‐dependent density‐functional theory) calculated and experimental ECD (electronic circular dichroism) spectra. The cytotoxic activities of 1 – 4 against HL‐60 cell line were evaluated by trypan blue‐staining assay.  相似文献

This study presents an efficient strategy based on liquid–liquid extraction, high‐speed counter‐current chromatography, and preparative HPLC for the rapid enrichment, separation, and purification of four anthraquinones from Rheum tanguticum. A new solvent system composed of petroleum ether/ethyl acetate/water (4:2:1, v/v/v) was developed for the liquid–liquid extraction of the crude extract from R. tanguticum. As a result, emodin, aloe‐emodin, physcion, and chrysophanol were greatly enriched in the organic layer. In addition, an efficient method was successfully established to separate and purify the above anthraquinones by high‐speed counter‐current chromatography and preparative HPLC. This study supplies a new alternative method for the rapid enrichment, separation, and purification of emodin, aloe‐emodin, physcione, and chrysophanol.  相似文献
