Recent research studies on ductile fracture of metals have shown that the ductile fracture initiation is significantly affected by the stress state. In this study, the effects of the stress invariants as well as the effect of the reverse loading on ductile fracture are considered. To estimate the reduction of load carrying capacity and ductile fracture initiation, a scalar damage expression is proposed. This scalar damage is a function of the accumulated plastic strain, the first stress invariant and the Lode angle. To incorporate the effect of the reverse loading, the accumulated plastic strain is divided into the tension and compression components and each component has a different weight coefficient. For evaluating the plastic deformation until fracture initiation, the proposed damage function is coupled with the cyclic plasticity model which is affected by all of the stress invariants and pervious plastic deformation history.For verification and evaluation of this damage-plasticity constitutive equation a series of experimental tests are conducted on high-strength steel, DIN 1.6959. In addition finite element simulations are carried out including the integration of the constitutive equations using the modified return mapping algorithm. The modeling results show good agreement with experimental results.  相似文献

The degree pattern of a finite group M has been introduced by A. R. Moghaddamfar et al. [Algebra Colloquium, 2005, 12(3): 431–442]. A group M is called k-fold OD-characterizable if there exist exactly k non-isomorphic finite groups having the same order and degree pattern as M. In particular, a 1-fold OD-characterizable group is simply called OD-characterizable. In this article, we will show that the alternating groups A p+3 for p = 23, 31, 37, 43 and 47 are OD-characterizable. Moreover, we show that the automorphism groups of these groups are 3-fold OD-characterizable. It is worth mentioning that the prime graphs associated with all these groups are connected.  相似文献

The reaction of 2‐amino‐4,5‐dimethyl‐ thiophene‐3‐carboxamide with iso(and isothio) cyanates for the synthesis of thieno[2,3‐d]pyrimidines has been investigated. The reactions under microwave irradiation in the presence of N,N‐dimethyl acetamide as solvent gave 5,6‐dimethylthieno[2,3‐d]pyrimidine‐2,4(1H,3H)‐dione, 5,6‐dimethyl‐2‐thioxo‐2,3‐dihy‐ drothieno[2,3‐d]pyrimidin‐4(1H)‐one, and 2‐aryla‐ mino‐5,6‐dimethylthieno[2,3‐d]pyrimidin‐4(3H)‐one derivatives. These reactions probably proceed through intermediates 4,5‐dimethyl‐2‐substitutedcarbamoth‐ ioylaminothiophene‐3‐carboxamides. Two of these intermediates were isolated. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Knowledge of the volumetric or pressure–volume–temperature (PVT) profile of molten polymers is important for both engineering and polymer physics. Ihm–Song–Mason (ISM) equation of state (EOS) has been employed to predict the volumetric properties of 12 molten polymers. The significance of the present paper is three temperature-dependent parameters of the ISM EOS to be determined using corresponding states correlations based on the molecular scaling constants, dispersive energy parameters between segments/monomers (ε) and segment diameter (σ) rather than bulk properties, e.g. the liquid density and temperature both at normal boiling point. The ability of the ISM EOS has been evaluated by comparing the results with 1390 literature datapoints for the specific volumes over the temperature range from 293 to 603.5 K and pressure range from 0.1 to 200 MPa. The average absolute deviation (AAD) of the calculated specific volumes from literature data was found to be 0.52%. The isothermal compressibility coefficients, κT values of molten polymers have also been predicted using the ISM EOS. From 684 datapoints examined, the AAD of estimated κT was equal to 7.55%. Our calculations on the volumetric and thermodynamic properties of studied polymers reproduce the literature data with reasonably good accuracy.  相似文献

In this paper, a composite Chebyshev finite difference method is introduced and is successfully employed for solving nonlinear optimal control problems. The proposed method is an extension of the Chebyshev finite difference scheme. This method can be regarded as a non-uniform finite difference scheme and is based on a hybrid of block-pulse functions and Chebyshev polynomials using the well-known Chebyshev–Gauss–Lobatto points. The convergence of the method is established. The nice properties of hybrid functions are then used to convert the nonlinear optimal control problem into a nonlinear mathematical programming one that can be solved efficiently by a globally convergent algorithm. The validity and applicability of the proposed method are demonstrated through some numerical examples. The method is simple, easy to implement and yields very accurate results.  相似文献

A simple synthesis of novel and known calix[4]resorcinarenes derivatives has been achieved by the condensation of resorcinol and different aromatic aldehydes in the presence of catalytic amounts of Fe3O4 nanoparticles under solvent-free conditions.The experimental conditions have been thoroughly optimized and established,allowing significant rate enhancements and good to excellent yields.The reactions can be run safely without using any toxic organic solvents under mild reaction conditions.The Fe3O4 nanoparticles were characterized by powdered X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and FT-IR spectroscopy.  相似文献

The novel approach proposed in the present study is to use graphene based materials in the structure of the available infrared photo detectors in order to improve their parameters. The photo detector under study is PIN photodiode photodetector with no internal gain, but a very wide wavelength. In this paper, we have shown that the graphene-based detectors can exhibit high responsivity and detectivity at elevated temperatures in a wide radiation spectrum due to high values of the quantum efficiency and relatively low rates of thermo generation which lead them to surpass other detectors substantially.  相似文献

This study describes the polymerization of graphene oxide (GO) nanosheet to reduced‐GO‐aminoclay (RGC) by covalent functionalization of chemically reactive epoxy groups on the basal planes of GO with amine groups of magnesium phyllosilicate clay (known as aminoclay). The resulting RGC sheets were characterized and applied to support platinum nanostructures at toluene/water interface. Pt nanoparticles (NPs) with diameters about several nanometers were adhered to RGC sheets by chemical reduction of [PtCl2(cod)] (cod = cis,cis‐1,5‐cyclooctadiene) complex. Catalytic activity of Pt NPs thin films were investigated in the methanol oxidation reaction. Cyclic voltammetry results exhibit that the Pt/reduced‐GO (RGO) and Pt/RGC thin films showed improved catalytic activity in methanol oxidation reaction in comparison to other Pt NPs thin films, demonstrating that the prepared Pt/RGO and Pt/RGC thin films are promising catalysts for direct methanol fuel cell.  相似文献

In this paper, symbol-error-rate (SER) performance analysis is provided for decode-and-forward (DF) and amplify-and-forward (AF) cooperation schemes in wireless networks with imperfect channel information. We derive closed-form SER formulations for a single relay system with square MQAM signals in a flat Rayleigh fading channel. Moreover, closed-form and high SNR tight SER approximations are established to show the asymptotic performance of the cooperation protocols. Simulations and comparisons verify that these approximations lead to similar results to those from the exact SER formulations for different power allocation methods. Furthermore, based on these SER performance analyses, we determine the optimum power allocation for the AF and DF cooperation scenarios.  相似文献

Using polymeric nanocomposites incorporated Pd to promote C-C coupling reactions has been found as one of the most successful strategies. In this paper we apply graphene oxide (GO) as an efficient surface immobilized by water-soluble poly (ethylene glycol)-imidazole followed by introduction of PdCl2 salt to obtain the desired catalyst. Catalytic performance of this composite was investigated in the Suzuki–Miyaura cross-coupling reaction under mild reaction conditions and superior results were obtained. The hydrophilic nature of the catalyst and well distribution of Pd lead to superior catalytic activity in water media. Moreover, the Suzuki–Miyaura reaction proceed successfully with excellent yield and short reaction time without any loss of activity even after seven consecutive reaction cycles.  相似文献
