光学活性含硅氨基酸的合成

光学纯的硅取代氨基酸是一类非天然的手性氨基酸合成子，在药物，植物保护 剂和精细化学品的合成具有极为广阔的应用前景，其合成方法包括化学不对称合成 及化学合成外消旋体－生物学拆分两种，综述了该方面的研究进展。     

New Stephaoxocane Alkaloids from Stephania longa

Three new stephaoxocane‐type alkaloids, stephalonganines A–C ( 1 – 3 ), together with the known eletefine ( 4 ), were isolated from the whole plant of Stephania longa. Their structures were fully characterized spectroscopically, and the absolute configurations of the new alkaloids were assigned by comparison of their circular‐dichroism (CD) data with those of 1,2‐dihydrostephaoxocanine ( 5 ), in combination with 2D‐NMR experiments.     

Chiral metallacyclophanes: self-assembly, characterization, and application in asymmetric catalysis

[structure: see text] A family of chiral metallacyclophanes has been readily assembled based on robust Pt-acetylide linkage and characterized by a variety of spectroscopic techniques and X-ray crystallography. The steric congestion around the chiral dihydroxy groups in rigid metallacyclophane 4 prevents their reactions with Ti(O(i)()Pr)(4) to form active catalysts for enantioselective diethylzinc additions to aromatic aldehydes. In contrast, chiral dihydroxy groups in more flexible unclosed metallacyclophane 5 are effective ligands for enantioselective catalytic diethylzinc additions to aromatic aldehydes.     

Quantification of analytes in overlapping peaks from capillary electrophoresis using multivariate curve resolution-alternating least squares methods

Application of multivariate curve resolution with alternating least squares (ALS) methods to second-order data from capillary electrophoresis diode array detector (CE-DAD) is shown. Second-order data are easily obtained by setting individual data matrix of CE run one in top of the other. Initial qualitative solutions obtained by evolving factor analysis can be further optimized by simultaneous analysis of multiple electrophoresis run data with ALS regression. Quantification is achieved by the comparison of the analyte peak areas with that of pure standards. During the ALS regression procedure, the following constraints were applied: (i) both concentrations and unit pure spectra of the resolved components must be positive; (ii) elution profiles have an unimodal shape; (iii) correspondence exists between common species in the different data matrices; (iv) the pure spectrum of each species is the same in all runs where it is present. The above methods were applied for the determination of dinitrotoluene (DNT) isomeric compounds in overlapping peaks from CE.     

Preconcentration of copper with multi-walled carbon nanotubes pretreated by potassium permanganate cartridge for solid phase extraction prior to flame atomic absorption spectrometry

A procedure for the preconcentration of copper was described in this paper using multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) oxidized by potassium permanganate as the adsorbent for the enrichment of trace copper in water samples. Important parameters, such as the sample pH, the concentration and volume of eluent, sample flow rate and volume, and interference of coexisting ions, were investigated. The obtained results indicated that proposed method possessed an excellent analytical performance. The linear range, the detection limit, and precison (RSD) were 1-100 ng/mL (R2 = 0.9993), 0.32 ng/mL and 2.88%, respectively. The results showed that copper could be adsorbed quantitatively on the pretreated MWCNTs with potassium permanganate, and proposed method was very useful in the monitoring of copper in the environment.     

载体γ-Al2O3和钐对非晶态NiB合金热稳定性的影响

用化学还原法制备了NiB、NiB/Al2O3和NiBSm/Al2O3三种催化剂，它们都呈非晶结构.用等离子耦合发射光谱仪(ICP)对催化剂组分进行了分析，采用差示扫描量热法（DSC）对三种催化剂进行了热稳定性分析.结果表明，载体的引入使非晶态NiB合金的体相组成中B的含量降低.将非晶态NiB合金负载到γ-Al2O3上,可以明显改善非晶态合金的热稳定性，少量Sm可以进一步提高晶化温度.晶化激活能数据亦表明了载体和Sm对非晶结构具有良好的稳定作用.载体和Sm可能通过不同的作用提高了非晶态合金的热稳定性.     

A Novel Synthesis of Two-dimensional Nanopatterned TiO2 Thin Film

Nonlinear Optical Properties of Tri—nuclear Transition Metal Clusters M—（μ—S）s—M′（M=Mo,W;M′=Cu,Ag,Au）

The static polarizabilities and the second-order hyperpolarizabilities of a series of tri-nuclear metal cluster models MS4(M′PPh3)2(M′PPh3)(M=Mo,W;M′=Cu,Ag,Au)have been calculated within the first-principle theoretical framework. The model clusters have two fragments of rhombic units and it is the charge ransfer from one of these moieties to the other that is responsible for nonlinear optical property. This kind of electronic delocaization, differentiated from that of planar π-system, is very interesting and is worthy for further investigation.     

Determination of different forms of human interferon-gamma in single natural killer cells by capillary electrophoresis with on-capillary immunoreaction and laser-induced fluorescence detection

A novel method for determining different forms of human interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma) in single natural killer cells was developed by capillary electrophoresis (CE) with on-capillary immunoreaction and laser-induced fluorescence (LIF) detection. Cells were perforated with digitonin and one single cell was electrokinatically introduced into the front end of a separation capillary. The monoclonal antibody labeled with fluorescein isothiocyanate of IFN-gamma was hydrodynamically injected into the front end of the capillary around the cell introduced. After the cell was lysed by ultrasonication, the front end of the capillary was used as a microreactor to allow different forms of IFN-gamma to process the immunoreaction with their labeled antibody. Finally, the complexes of different forms of IFN-gamma with their labeled antibody were separated and detected by CE with LIF detection with a limit of detection of zeptomoles (10(-21) mol).     

DNA为模板的铂纳米团簇沉积

Platinum nanoclusters were deposited along the supercoiled DNA strands after incubation of cis-(trans-1R，2R-diaminocyclohexane)(dl-camphorato)platinum(Ⅱ) (Cdp)， an analogue of the anti-tumor drug-carboplatin， with DNA and K₂PtCl₄ for 600 min and then through reduction of dimethylaminoborane (DMAB). The decrease of absorption of DNA at 260 nm indicates the coordination of Cdp and DNA. TEM and AFM were employed to characterize the morphologies and structures of platinum nanoclusters.
