Design of wideband graded-index antireflection coatings at oblique light incidence

We suggest a design method of graded-refractive-index (GRIN) antireflection (AR) coating for s-polarized or p-polarized light at off-normal incidence. The spectrum characteristic of the designed antireflection coating with a quintic effective refractive-index profile for a given state of polarization has been discussed. In addition, the genetic algorithm was used to optimize the refractive index profile of the GRIN antireflection for reducing the mean reflectance of s- and p-polarizations. The average reflectance loss was reduced to only 0.04% by applying optimized GRIN AR coatings onto BK7 glass over the wavelength range from 400 to 800 nm at the incident angle of θ₀ =70°.     

Influence of annealing treatment on as-grown Ib-type diamond crystal at a high temperature and high pressure

In this paper,we report on the influence of annealing treatment on as-grown Ib-type diamond crystal under high pressure and high temperature in a china-type cubic anvil high-pressure apparatus.Experiments are carried out at a pressure of 7.0 GPa and temperatures ranging from 1700 C to 1900 C for 1 h.Annealing treatment of the diamond crystal shows that the aggregation rate constant of nitrogen atoms in the as-grown Ib-type diamond crystal strongly depends on diamond morphology and annealing temperature.The aggregation rate constant of nitrogen remarkably increases with the increase of annealing temperature and its value in octahedral diamond is much higher than that in cubic diamond annealed at the same temperature.The colour of octahedral diamond crystal is obviously reduced from yellow to nearly colorless after annealing treatment for 1 h at 1900 C,which is induced by nitrogen aggregation in a diamond lattice.The extent of nitrogen aggregation in an annealed diamond could approach approximately 98% indicated from the infrared absorption spectra.The micro-Raman spectrum reveals that the annealing treatment can improve the crystalline quality of Ib-type diamond characterized by a half width at full maximum at first order Raman peak,and therefore the annealed diamond crystals exhibit nearly the same properties as the natural IaA-type diamond stones of high quality in the Raman measurements.     

滑动移除小波分析法在动力学结构突变检验中的应用

标度指数计算的即时性与准确性对相关时间序列的动力学结构突变分析至关重要,然而现有方法在即时性与准确性上一直无法兼顾.将小波分析方法与滑动移除窗口技术相融合,提出一种新的动力学结构突变检测方法——滑动移除小波分析法.通过选取不同的滑动移除窗口,分别对构建的线性、非线性理想时间序列进行动力学结构突变分析,结果表明不论是线性时间序列还是非线性时间序列,滑动移除小波分析能够准确地检测到序列的动力学结构突变点及突变区间,对于滑动移除窗口长度依赖性较小,具有很强的稳定性,而且在计算速度上明显优于滑动移除重标极差和滑动移除方差分析方法,将在大数据处理中具有一定的优势.同时分别对线性、非线性理想时间序列添加高斯白噪声,结果表明滑动移除小波分析具有很强的抗噪能力,能够准确地检测到加噪后序列的突变点.对佛坪站日最高温度实测资料的动力学结构突变的准确检测进一步验证了该方法的有效性.滑动移除小波分析法可为具有相关性的系统动力学结构突变的快速、准确检测提供一种途径.     

基于窄带隙聚合物的高性能可见-近红外光伏探测器

聚合物光伏探测器是一种极具应用前景的新型光电探测器件.研究了基于窄带隙聚合物的高性能可见-近红外光伏探测器,结果表明,所制备的光伏探测器在可见至近红外光谱范围内具有宽的光谱响应(380—960 nm)、出色的响应度(840 nm时达到380 mA/W)和归一化探测度;同时,器件在暗态反偏条件下的能级示意图揭示了器件内平均电场较低是较厚光敏层器件具有低噪声电流的主要原因.电容-电压与时间周期性响应曲线研究表明聚合物光伏探测器具有快速的响应能力和良好的周期重复性.     

Mixed symmetry states and electromagnetic transition in the N=Z nucleus ^28Si

The interacting boson model with isospin （IBM-3） has been used to study mixed symmetry states and electromagnetic transitions at low-lying states for a ^28Si nucleus. The theoretical calculations show that the 24^＋ state is the lowest mixed symmetry state in ^28Si and the 43＋ state is also a mixed symmetry state.     

团簇增强的纳秒激光电离产生Xez+(z≤20)高价离子

利用功率密度为1011—1012W·cm-2的1064nm纳秒激光电离氙原子团簇，在飞行时间质谱中观察到电离态高达+20的高价离子.不同脉冲束位置实验表明，仅当激光作用于分子束的中段时，才能观察到高价离子，且高价离子的强度随束源压力的增加而迅速增强.实验结果表明束中大尺寸团簇的存在与高价离子的形成密切相关.讨论了高价离子产生的可能机理. 关键词： 氙 纳秒激光 高价离子 飞行时间质谱     

关于部分偏振光能量传递和偏振态的光线椭圆分析方法

部分偏振光传播时的光强和偏振态变化情况比较复杂, 尤其是当大数值孔径成像时, 光束的偏振态还会影响成像质量. 本文提出一种用于分析部分偏振光能量传递和偏振态的光线椭圆方法, 采用光线椭圆叠加的办法来分析光束在各向同性的均匀介质中传输时能量和偏振态的变化情况, 同时直观性好, 计算量小. 论文最后, 对大数值孔径、 高像质的齐明透镜系统讨论了入射无偏振光的能量、 偏振态变化, 以及偏振效应问题. 结果表明, 大数值孔径使成像光束中TM偏振光强度相对增加, 影响成像对比度; 提高像方介质的折射率, 会改善此种偏振效应问题.     

新型Sr（NO3）2的水热合成及其晶体结构

本文以Sr（NO₃）₂和水为原料,采用水热法合成了一种新型的Sr（NO₃）₂结构。利用X-射线单晶衍射对其结构进行了测定,结果表明:该晶体属于立方晶系,Pa-3空间群,α=b=c=0.77402（7）nm,α=β=γ=90.00°,V=0.46372（7）nm³,Z=4,Dc=3.031g/cm³,F（000）=400,R_gt（F）=0.0287,wR_ref（F²）=0.0888。     

Electro-optical detection based on large Kerr effect in polymer-stabilized liquid crystals

In this Letter, polymer-stabilized liquid crystals with experimentally observed large electro-optic effect are introduced to the electro-optical detection to improve the voltage sensitivity. The Kerr constant of materials prepared in this study reached as high as 7.2×10(-9) m/V(2), increasing by 1000 times the sensitivity of the conventional electro-optical materials. The noncontact detection configuration, using a laser beam as a probe, enables quick two-dimensional scanning measurements.
