Resolution of the non-steady-state kinetics of the elimination of HBr from 2-(p-nitrophenyl)ethyl bromide in alcohol/alkoxide media

Non-steady-state kinetic studies reveal that the elimination of HBr from 2-(p-nitrophenyl)ethyl bromide in alcohol/alkoxide media, the classical concerted E2 reaction, actually takes place by a two-step mechanism involving the intermediate formation of the carbanion.     

Efficient degradation of organic pollutants mediated by immobilized iron tetrasulfophthalocyanine under visible light irradiation

Supported iron tetrasulfophthalocyanine can efficiently catalyze the degradation of organic pollutants by H2O2 under visible light irradiation in an aqueous solution, and the catalyst can be easily recycled without apparent loss of activity.     

Synthesis and structure characterization of a novel series of N-alkylphthalimidylaminocarbonylmethoxylcalix [4] arenes

A novel series of N-alkylphthalimidylaminocarbonylmethoxylcalix[4]arenes with the reaction between 4-(N-bromoacetyla- mino)-phthalimide derivatives and calix[4]arene has been synthesized and structurally characterized by IR,~1HNMR and MS.From their analysis data,it was found that compounds 7a-7d adopted a cone conformation.     

An intramolecular benzyl rearrangement of 1-(N-benzyloxycarbonylamino)alkylphosphonate diesters under electrospray ionization conditions

The mass spectrometric behavior of eleven 1-(N-benzyloxycarbonyl(Cbz)amino)alkylphosphonate diesters was studied under positive ion electrospray ionization (ESI) conditions. Their fragmentation pathways are depicted and supported by tandem mass spectrometry. Besides the common eliminations of ether, benzyl alcohol, phosphite and an ether plus benzyl alcohol from molecular ions, the title compounds show a tendency to undergo an interesting intramolecular benzyl rearrangement to yield benzylphosphonate ions. The fragmentation patterns do not depend on the substituent attached to the alpha-carbon atom.

pH滴定-主成分回归法同时测定酚类同系物

本文利用pH滴定－主成分回归法同时测定了苯酚、邻苯二酚、邻苯三酚的混合物，结果良好。通过交差验证法，本文还对采样区间和采样间隔作了详细讨论。     

Theoretical approach and the practice to the evaluation of structural parameters characterizing concentration polarization alongside ion-exchange membranes by means of dielectric measurement

As the application of a dielectric theory proposed previously (J Membrane Sci 64:153–161 (1991)), theoretical formulation and the practical procedure of dielectric analysis are developed to calculate the structural parameters such as the conductivity gradient and the thickness of the concentration polarization layer, the capacitances and the conductances of the two adjoining aqueous phases from the observed dielectric parameters. The procedure of calculation consequent upon the theoretical formulation was applied to double relaxation data observed for cation-exchange membrane systems under application of d.c. bias voltage. As a consequence, the structural parameters of concentration polarization were readily obtained with accuracy.     

圆二色谱和紫外可见光谱研究抗体-卟啉的相互作用

圆二色谱（CD）和紫外可见光谱（UV－VIS）可用来研究单克隆抗体（McAb)－卟啉之间的相互作用，卟啉形成McAb－卟啉复合物，在Soret带区域最大吸收峰有显著红移和增色现象，在350－450nm区域，形成复合物时能检测诱导的CD光谱。CD光谱遵守朗伯－比尔定律，显示等吸收行为。McAb－卟啉复合物的紫外可见吸收及诱导的CD光谱在PH6－11的范围内保持不变，说明复合物异常稳定，也说明McAb－卟啉结合位点之间疏水相互作用是主要因素。     

镧的植物防病效果及其生物学效应

通过灭菌土接种Rhizoctonia solani以及混合接菌Rhizoctonia solani和Fusarium solani进行盆栽试验,分别研究了镧浸种处理对高羊茅及板蓝根出苗、生长发育的影响。结果表明,镧浸种能明显地减少病原菌的侵染,对由其所造成的种腐、芽腐及根腐等有显著的防治效果,提高了板蓝根和高羊茅种子的出苗率。同时,镧浸种在适当的浓度范围内,还能显著地促进植物的生长发育,生物量明显增加。利用盆栽水稻试验研究了稀土镧对水稻纹枯菌(Rhizoctonia solani)的毒力,测定结果表明,镧喷施于水稻植株上对水稻纹枯病有明显的防治效果,且在活体条件下,喷施镧后1和7 d对水稻纹枯菌(Rhizoctonia solani)的有效中浓度分别为128.7和128.1 mg.L-1,均明显低于离体条件下的有效中浓度(171.9 mg.L-1)。     

An ultraviolet-curable mold for sub-100-nm lithography

We describe a novel UV-curable mold that is stiff enough for replicating dense sub-100-nm features even with a high aspect ratio. It also allows for flexibility when the mold is prepared on a flexible support such that large area replication can be accomplished. The composite material of the mold is inert to chemicals and solvents. The surface energy is made low with a small amount of releasing agent such that the mold can be removed easily and cleanly after patterning. In addition, the material allows self-replication of the mold. These unique features of the mold material should make the mold quite useful for various patterning purposes.
