硼酸溶液中氯柱硼镁石的溶解及相转化动力学

对氯柱硼镁石（2MgO•2B2O3•MgCl2•14H2O）在4.5％H3BO3水溶液40 ℃的溶解及相转化过程进行了动力学研究.对不同时间取出的液相的化学分析及不同阶段分离固相的鉴定结果表明,该复盐在溶解阶段出现与前所报导不同的同步溶解，最终产物是库水硼镁石（2MgO•3B2O3•15H2O）.提出了库水硼镁石的形成条件和溶解及相转化动力学机理，利用单纯形优化法配合Runge-Kutta微分方程组数值解法对实验数据进行处理，给出了转化结晶动力学方程.     

旋转铂盘电极上Cu(phen)_2~(2 )与6-巯基嘌呤的相互作用

在Tris-NaC1*(pH=7.2)缓冲溶液中,应用循环伏安法,微分脉冲伏安法、旋转圆盘电极实验、交流阻抗法及其数据模拟等技术研究了Cu(phen)2 25(phcn=1.10-邻菲咯啉)与6-巯基嘌呤(6-MP)的相互作用.结果显示.Cu(phen)2 2MP与6-MP无论在扩散控制过程或电化学控制过程都发生了相互作用.Cu(phen)2 2及其与6-MP的作用产物于铂电极上均呈现一对氧化还原峰,但后者呈现的氧化还原峰负移.峰电流减小.交流阻抗结果显示,无论6-MP存在与否,Cu(phen)2 2在交流阻抗谱上均呈现两个清晰的电容弧,但当6-MP存在时,电化学反应电阻和电化学吸脱附电阻均增大.Cu(phen)2 2在不同转速下的阻抗拟合结果显示.随转速增大.电化学反应电阻和电化学吸脱附电阻均减小.双电层电容呈增大趋势,而吸脱附电容呈减小趋势:当6-MP存在时.仍然呈现此变化规律.     

Total synthesis of methyl protodioscin: a potent agent with antitumor activity

Methyl protodioscin (1), otherwise known as 3-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)]-beta-d-glucopyranosyl]-26-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl]-22-methoxy-25(R)-furost-5-ene-3 beta,26-diol, has been synthesized for the first time from diosgenin through nine steps in an overall yield of 7.8%.     

Two New Pyrrolizidines from Ligularia lankongensis

Two new pyrrolizidines named lankongensisine A (1), B (2) were isolated from the roots of Ligularia lankongensis collected in Lijiang, Yunnan, and their structures were established by spectroscopic analysis.     

Studies on the Interaction of Beryllon Ш with Proteins by Voltammetric Technique and its Application

A new quantitative determination method of proteins using beryllon Ш by voltammetric technique was developed in this paper. In pH 3.5 Britton-Robinson (B-R) buffer solution, beryllon Ш can bind with human serum albumin (HSA) to form an electro-inactive supermolecular complex. Beryllon Ш has a well-defined voltammetric reduction peak at -0.38 V (vs. SCE) and the addition of protein in this solution can cause the decrease of the reductive peak current. Based on the decrease of the reduction peak current, a new electrochemical method for the determination of HSA was established with linear range of 1.0~40.0 mg/L and the detection limit of 1.0 mg/L. This method is further applied to the determination of real sample of healthy human serum.     

Statistical radical copolymerization of styrene and methyl methacrylate in a room temperature ionic liquid

Use of a room temperature ionic liquid as the medium for conventional free radical copolymerization of styrene and methyl methacrylate resulted in reactivity ratios that were significantly different from those obtained in conventional organic solvents or in bulk, demonstrating that polymerization in this alternative medium offers potential to create copolymers having new monomer sequences.

以4－二甲氨基吡啶为催化剂由含氟苯甲酸与溴代乙酰糖催化酯化合成了4个新的含氟苯甲酸糖酯。其结构经IR，^1H NMR和MS确认，多数还作了^13C NMR测定。     

Magnetic couplings in vanadium aromatic sandwich complexes and their crystals by using DFT methods

Using density functional theory, we have theoretically studied the origin of ferromagnetic coupling of spins in the long multiple deckers of vanadium sandwich complexes with benzene (Bz). This is done by calculating the band structure of their infinite one-dimensional (1D) crystals along the periodic (=Z) direction. We find that the magnetic coupling can be ascribed to spin polarization in the band (= those derived from d(z2)) whose k states are not involved in the formation of partial covalent bonds between vanadium atoms and benzene rings. We have also studied magnetic and electronic properties of multiple deckers of a naphthalene (Np)-vanadium complex. We find that there is a stronger covalent interaction as well as a stronger electrostatic interaction between V and Np rings than between V and Bz rings. This suggests that there is a possibility of longer multiple deckers of a Np-V complex. In addition, ferrimagnetic coupling of spins is expected, resulting in a magnetic moment 45% larger than that of the Bz-V complex at the same length. For their 1D crystals, band structure analysis also shows that the origin of magnetic coupling in long multiple deckers should be similar to that of Bz-V multiple deckers.     

Unprecedented double C-C bond cleavage of a cyclopentadienyl ligand

Double C-C bond cleavage of a cyclopentadienyl ligand proceeded to titanacyclopentadienes when 2 equiv of nitriles were added and the resulting two-carbon unit and three-carbon unit were converted into a benzene derivative and a pyridine derivative, respectively, in one-pot.     

Scandium-catalyzed allylboration of aldehydes as a practical method for highly diastereo- and enantioselective construction of homoallylic alcohols

A general approach for the allylation of aldehydes using stable, air-tolerant camphor-based chiral allylboronates under Sc(OTf)3 catalysis is described. This practical methodology provides both syn and anti propionate units and other homoallylic alcohols with very high levels of diastereo- and enantioselectivity for several substrates, including functionalized aliphatic aldehydes useful toward the elaboration of complex natural products.
