Abstract

The glycosidic coupling reaction of 1,2-anhydro-3,4,6-tri-O-benzyl-β-d-mannopyranose (7), 1,2-anhydro-3,4,6-tri-O-benzyl-α-d-galactopyranose (21), and 1,2-anhydro-3,4-di-O-benzyl-α-d-xylopyranose (18) with N-tosyl- (10) or N-benzyloxycarbonyl- (11) L-serine methyl ester provides a new stereocontrolled synthesis of 1,2-trans linked glycopeptides. The 1,2-anhydro sugars are shown to react smoothyl with 10 or 11 in the presence of Lewis acid (ZnCl2 or AgOTf) as well as powdered 4A molecular sieves in CH2Cl2 at room temperature to afford glycosyl serine derivatives with high stereoselectivity and high yield in less than 30 min. An improved method using 2-O-acetyl-3,4,6-tri-O-benzyl-α-d-mannopyranosyl chloride (6) as the key intermediate for ring closure was applied for the synthesis of 1,2-anhydro-3,4,6-tri-O-benzyl-β-d-mannopyranose.  相似文献

增强光催化活性的3D分级结构Bi2W06微球及表面酸性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以KNO3为矿化剂,用水热法制备了3D分级结构Bi2WO6微球,通过XRD、SEM、BET对产物进行了表征.探讨了3D分级结构Bi2WO6微球可能的形成机理.以罗丹明B为模型污染物,研究了合成产物的光催化性质.结果表明:在紫外光下,RhB的降解以共轭结构断裂的光催化反应为主;而在可见光照射下,RhB的降解可能是光催化和光敏化共同作用的结果.进一步以吡啶为探针分子,通过吸附吡啶红外光谱探讨了Bi2W06表面酸性与光催化降解RhB之间的关系.研究显示,Bi2W06具有较强的表面酸性,增强了Bi2WO6与RhB分子之间吸附作用,有利于染料分子上的电子跃迁至催化剂上,易于发生光敏化和光催化反应。  相似文献

An improved method was developed for preparation of 5,6,7,8-tetrahydrofolic acid (THF) and calcium-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF-Ca) by reduction of folic acid using KBH4 catalyzed by Pb(NO3)2. The yields of THF and 5-MTHF-Ca were 56.5 and 42.7 %, respectively. A convenient method for measurement of THF and 5-MTHF-Ca using liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC–MS) was also established, enabling analysis of those folates within 10 min without application of gradient elution.  相似文献

A two‐step method was used to fabricate the hydroxyapatite (HAP)/silk fibroin (SF) scaffolds, i.e. the nano‐sized HAP/SF composite powders were prepared by co‐precipitation, which were then blended with SF solution to fabricate the HAP/SF composite scaffolds. The obtained scaffolds showed a 3D porous structure. The porosity was higher than 90% with the average macropore size of 214.2 µm. Moreover, the nano‐sized HAP/SF composite powders were uniformly dispersed in the silk fibroin matrix, which provided the scaffolds enhanced compressive properties. The cell culture assay showed that the scaffolds fabricated by the two‐step method could improve the cell proliferation and osteogenic differentiation when compared with those prepared by the conventional one‐step blending method. The results suggested that the two‐step method could promote the uniform dispersion of HAP in the SF matrix and efficient combination between the HAP and the matrix, which may provide a potential application in the composite scaffold preparation for tissue engineering. The effects of the amounts of starch, sodium acrylate (NaAA) and dicumyl peroxide (DCP) on the properties of chloroprene rubber (CR)/starch/NaAA composites prepared by melting method were investigated. The results showed that the addition of starch improved the mechanical properties, but decreased the water‐absorbing capacity of the composite, most likely due to the decrease in the local concentration of the main water‐absorbing material sodium polyacrylate and the increase in crosslinking density of the composite resulting from the reaction between starch and CR. This reaction was verified by the vulcanized curves, DSC curves, and the cut surface morphology. The as‐prepared composite demonstrated higher water‐absorbing capacity, resulting from the incorporation of NaAA. The mechanical properties decreased with increasing the DCP loading, and the water‐absorbing ratio is the maximum at 1.0 phr DCP. The tensile strength of the composite decreased significantly after water immersion, due to the absorbed water acting as a plasticizer. The extracted component from composites after water immersion is mainly sodium polyacrylate according to Fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR) spectroscopy analysis. The morphology of the composites before and after water immersion was observed by optical transmission microscopy (OTM). The results indicated that the starch exhibits a good dispersion state, and the water‐absorbing capacity results primarily from sodium polyacrylate. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A new manganese(II) complex [Mn3(bidc)2(C2O4)(H2O)10]n ( 1 ) (bidc = benzimidazole‐5,6‐dicarboxylate) was synthesized and characterized by X‐ray crystallography. X‐ray diffraction shows that complex 1 has a neutral, one‐dimensional (1D) brick wall chain structure. With the intramolecular and intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions, the adjacent chains are joined into a 3D suparmolecular architecture. IR spectroscopy and variable temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements were made, which indicated weak antiferromagnetic coupling between the MnII ions in complex 1 .  相似文献

A series of lead‐free double perovskite nanocrystals (NCs) Cs2AgSb1?yBiyX6 (X: Br, Cl; 0≤y≤1) is synthesized. In particular, the Cs2AgSbBr6 NCs is a new double perovskite material that has not been reported for the bulk form. Mixed Ag–Sb/Bi NCs exhibit enhanced stability in colloidal solution compared to Ag–Bi or Ag–Sb NCs. Femtosecond transient absorption studies indicate the presence of two prominent fast trapping processes in the charge‐carrier relaxation. The two fast trapping processes are dominated by intrinsic self‐trapping (ca. 1–2 ps) arising from giant exciton–phonon coupling and surface‐defect trapping (ca. 50–100 ps). Slow hot‐carrier relaxation is observed at high pump fluence, and the possible mechanisms for the slow hot‐carrier relaxation are also discussed.  相似文献
