A small‐molecule‐based boron(III)‐containing donor–acceptor compound has been designed and synthesized. Interesting goldlike reflective behavior was observed in the neat thin‐film sample from simple spin‐coating preparation, which can serve as a potential organic thin‐film optical reflector. The small thickness in nanometer range and the relatively smooth surface morphology, together with simple preparation and easy solution processability, are attractive features for opening up new avenues for the fabrication of reflective coatings. Moreover, this donor–acceptor compound has been employed in the fabrication of organic resistive memory device, which exhibited good performance with low turn‐on voltage, small operating bias, large ON/OFF ratio, and long retention time.  相似文献

The use of dynamic geometry software (DGS) is becoming increasingly familiar among teachers, but letting students conduct inquiries using computers is still not a welcome idea. In addition to logistics and discipline concerns, many teachers believe that mathematics at the lower secondary level can be learned efficiently through practice alone. Thus, the application of DGS remains limited to demonstration and explanation. This article discusses how a set of pre-constructed dynamic geometry (DG) materials was designed to teach the ‘similar triangles’ concept. The reactions and behaviour of students with relatively low levels of mathematic achievement are also analysed. Finally, the potential value of pre-constructed DG materials, with lab sheets and teacher intervention, in inquiry activities for junior-level students is discussed.  相似文献

A novel small‐molecule boron(III)‐containing donor–acceptor compound has been synthesized and employed in the fabrication of solution‐processable electronic resistive memory devices. High ternary memory performances with low turn‐on (VTh1=2.0 V) and distinct threshold voltages (VTh2=3.3 V), small reading bias (1.0 V), and long retention time (>104 seconds) with a large ON/OFF ratio of each state (current ratio of “OFF”, “ON1”, and “ON2”=1:103:106) have been demonstrated, suggestive of its potential application in high‐density data storage. The present design strategy provides new insight in the future design of memory devices with multi‐level transition states.  相似文献

Map labeling encounters unique issues in the context of dynamic maps with continuous zooming and panning—an application with increasing practical importance. In consistent dynamic map labeling, distracting behavior such as popping and jumping is avoided. We use a model for consistent dynamic labeling in which a label is represented by a 3d-solid, with scale as the third dimension. Each solid can be truncated to a single scale interval, called its active range, corresponding to the scales at which the label will be selected. The active range optimization (ARO) problem is to select active ranges so that no two truncated solids intersect and the sum of the heights of the active ranges is maximized. Simple ARO is a variant in which the active ranges are restricted so that a label is never deselected when zooming in. We investigate both the general and simple variants, for 1d- as well as 2d-maps.Different label shapes define different ARO variants. We show that 2d-ARO and general 1d-ARO are NP-complete, even for quite simple shapes. We solve simple 1d-ARO optimally with dynamic programming, and present a toolbox of algorithms that yield constant-factor approximations for a number of 1d- and 2d-variants.  相似文献

In this study, several anticancer drugs and their analogues consisting of organic and organometallic compounds were analyzed by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI/MS) using a quadrupole mass spectrometer. Protonated molecular ions [M+H]+ were observed for all of the compounds studied, and in the case of the two steroid sulfates, deprotonated molecular ions [M-H]? were obtained. Tandem mass spectrometry was performed on these quasimolecular ions, and the product ions formed provided useful fragmentation patterns that were characteristic for the compounds. This study provides evidence that ESI/MS is a sensitive technique for structure confirmation and identification of small organic and organometallic molecules.  相似文献

Summary: The synthesis and thermal, redox and photoluminescence properties of a soluble donor‐acceptor polyplatinayne with the electron‐accepting silole ring and its model compound are described. The polymer has an optical band gap of 2.10 eV which is much lower than that of thienyl‐ or silyl‐bridged congeners. The incorporation of electron‐accepting silole unit in the metallopolymer main chain creates a new π‐conjugated system that features unique donor‐acceptor characteristics.

In this paper, covariance structures with polytomous variables in several populations are analyzed. A computationally efficient multistage procedure is proposed to estimate the thresholds and the covariance structure parameters. Statistical properties of the estimators are derived, and a computer program is implemented to obtain the solution.
