毛细管胶束电动色谱对复方药物有效成分的定量研究

本文报道采用毛细管胶束电动色谱法对复方药物去痛片和感冒灵中有效成分进行了分离和定量研究。以0.05毫米内径、45厘米长的弹性石英毛细管为分离柱,用十二烷基硫酸钠胶束溶液,在选定的实验条件下,各组分在十几分钟内就能很好的分离。采用两点内标法定量,所得结果与HPLC法测定结果相一致。该法具有装置简单,无需价格昂贵的分离柱,样品预处理简单等优点,可在药物分析中推广。     

Pyrrolopyridine analogs of nalidixic acid. 1. Pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridines

A series of 4,7-dihydro-4-oxo-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine-5-carboxylic acids was synthesized from ethyl 5-methyl(or 5H)-2-aminopyrrole-3-carboxylate. The starting pyrroles were obtained by reaction of carbethoxyacetamidine with bromoacetone or chloroacetaldehyde. One compound ( 10 ) showed antibacterial activity in vitro.     

物理有机化学的现状和在我国的进展

本文评述了当前物理有机化学各个主要领域的研究工作,指出物理有机化学是甚为重要的基础学科,数十年来在深度和广度两方面皆有很大的发展。回顾了我国第一届和第二届物理有机讨论会情况,扼要地介绍了物理有机化学在我国的主要进展。     

Conversion of 3-benzoyl-1-methyl-4-phenyl-γ-piperidol by arylamines and arylhydrazines. Synthesis of 3-arylamino-1-oxo-1-phenylpropanes and 1,3-diarylpyrazoles and their fragmentation under electron impact

It has been established that on heating, 3-benzoyl-4-hydroxy-1-methyl-4-phenylpiperidine is ring-opened in the presence of arylamines by a type of retroaldol reaction, with subsequent transamination of the intermediate Mannich base and the formation of 3-arylamino-1-oxo-1-phenylpropanes. When using arylhydrazines this γ-piperidol is recyclized with the formation of 1,3-diarylpyrazoles and their 4,5-dihydro derivatives. 杯[6]芳烃-双金属卟啉仿P-450酶模型的研究Ⅳ.对异丙苯氧化的催化行为

研究了杯[6]芳烃-双金属卟啉在氧化异丙苯中的催化行为，结果表明杯[6]芳烃-双金属卟啉比之相应的金属卟啉具有更高的催化活性，并表现同样的选择性，生成苯乙酮和醇组份。此一结果同通常酞菁或其它如西弗碱大分子金属络合物催化下生成丙酮和酚不同。还考察了温度、轴向配体、催化剂用量及金属离子种类等对反应的影响，仔细地通过测定反应速度比较了反应的活性。     

Diffusion of additives and plasticizers in poly(vinyl chloride)—II: The self-diffusion of the stabilizers dibutyltin dilaurate and dibutyltin bismonobutylmaleate in plasticized poly(vinyl chloride)

The self-diffusion coefficient, D, of dibutyltin dilaurate and dibutyltin bismonobutylmaleate have been obtained at 35, 45 and 55° in samples of poly(vinyl chloride) plasticized with 34, 60 and 100 phr of di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate. D at 2 phr of the laurate is 3–5 times larger than for the smaller maleate molecule. In all cases, D increases with increasing plasticizer concentration, an effect interpreted in terms of the free volume theory of diffusion. D for the laurate increases by a factor of about 2.7 when the laurate diffusant concentration is increased from 0 to 4 phr. The activation energies for diffusion, E_D, lie between 50 and 90 kJ mol^?1. They increase with increasing plasticizer concentration but become constant at higher plasticizer concentrations (60–100 phr). It is impossible to correlate all the known data on diffusion in plasticized PVC with an equation of the form log D₀ = C₁ + C₂ E_D/RT     

用硼酸作催化剂一锅法合成双（二氢化嘧啶酮-4-基）苯

A simple effective synthesis of bis(dihydropyrimidinone-4-yl)benzene derivatives, using boric acid as catalyst,from isophthalic aldehyde or terephthalic aldehyde, 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds and urea or thiourea in glacial acetic acid was described. As the expansion of the classical Biginelli reaction, this method has the advantage of excellent yields 83%-94% and short reaction time 0.5-1.5 h.     

Partition temperatures ofK 0 andΛ 0 fromπ + p collisions

The rapidity distributions of inclusive ⁺ p ^–,K ⁰, ⁰ andK ^* (892) atP _1ab=16 GeV/c of CERN experiments, are analyzed using the covariant partition temperatureT _p model. In the fireball system, apart fromK ^* (892),T _p ^* m, no indication of thermal equilibrium, the average momentum ofK ⁰ and ⁰ being approximately equal and in the opposite direction, the entropy density is practically the same forK ⁰ and ⁰ but less than that of ^–. It is found that the principle of equipartition holds rather for the momenta of ,K, and in the fireball system.
