Peptide Stapling with Anion‐π Catalysts

We report design, synthesis and evaluation of a series of naphthalenediimides (NDIs) that are bridged with short peptides. Reminiscent of peptide stapling technologies, the macrocycles are conveniently accessible by a chromogenic nucleophilic aromatic substitution of two bromides in the NDI core with two thiols from cysteine sidechains. The dimension of core‐bridged NDIs matches that of one turn of an α helix. NDI‐stapled peptides exist as two, often separable atropisomers. Introduction of tertiary amine bases in amino‐acid sidechains above the π‐acidic NDI surface affords operational anion‐π catalysts. According to an enolate chemistry benchmark reaction, anion‐π catalysis next to peptides occurs with record chemoselectivity but weak enantioselectivity. Catalytic activity drops with increasing distance of the amine base to the NDI surface, looser homocysteine bridges, mismatched, shortened and elongated α‐helix turns, and acyclic peptide controls. Elongation of isolated turns into short α helices significantly increases activity. This increase is consistent with remote control of anion‐π catalysis from the α‐helix macrodipole.     

Pullback Attractors for Stochastic Young Differential Delay Equations

We study the asymptotic dynamics of stochastic Young differential delay equations under the regular assumptions on Lipschitz continuity of the coefficient functions. Our main results show that, if there is a linear part in the drift term which has no delay factor and has eigenvalues of negative real parts, then the generated random dynamical system possesses a random pullback attractor provided that the Lipschitz coefficients of the remaining parts are small.

     

基于线阵InGaAs光电二极管阵列的光纤光栅传感解调

采用线阵InGaAs光电二极管阵列和体相位光栅并结合空分复用和波分复用技术,对光纤光栅传感进行解调.设计了基于线阵InGaAs光电二极管阵列和体相位光栅的光纤光栅传感解调系统,通过系统测试和性能分析,该解调系统解调带宽42 nm,信噪比30 dB,波长偏移测量精确度±15 pm,功率测量精确度为±0.3 dB.基于线阵InGaAs光电二极管阵列和体相位光栅的光纤光栅解调系统不但尺寸小,功耗低,而且具有较高的解调速度.     

离子色谱法测定水果及其树叶的含氯量

本文提出用离子色谱法测定水果及其树叶中氯含量的方法,在IC-PAK阴离子柱上,用4 mmol/L邻苯二甲酸(pH4.5)作流动相进行洗脱,电导检测器检测。方法简便、快速,灵敏、准确。氯的最小检出量为0.14μg,相对标准偏差为2.4%,回收率为99.4%。     

New diterpenoid glucosides from Siegesbeckia pubescens

交联壳聚糖树脂对部分尿毒症毒物的吸附性能研究

用反向悬浮的方法制备了戊二醛交联壳聚糖树脂吸附剂,并对制得的球形吸附剂用NaBH4进行了氢化还原处理,以提高其在使用环境下的化学稳定性。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析表明,吸附剂的表面形态构成了吸附的微观基础。通过对部分尿毒症毒性物质的吸附研究发现,本文研制的壳聚糖吸附剂对这些目标物均产生了一定的吸附作用,吸附平衡时间符合临床要求,其对3种小分子尿毒症毒性物质的吸附能力依肌酐、尿酸、尿素的次序递增,而对促皮质素(ACTH)的吸附量则达到了13.04mg/g,显示了该类吸附剂应用于临床治疗的潜在价值     

Evidence of lanthanum–chromium mixed oxides formed in CrOx/La2O3 model catalysts

CrO_x/La₂O₃ mixed oxides, prepared by impregnating La₂O₃ with appropriate aqueous solutions of (NH₄)₂CrO₄ and calcining at 600 °C for 4 h, have been investigated by means of XRD, TPR, XPS, DRIFTS, and Raman spectroscopy (RS). The formation of the compounds La₂CrO₆, La(OH)CrO₄ and LaCrO₄ under these conditions was evidenced. Strong peaks at 864, 884, 913, and 921 cm⁻¹, as well as weak peaks at 136, 180, 354, 370, and 388 cm⁻¹ in the RS spectrum of CrO_x/La₂O₃ have been assigned to La₂CrO₆.     

反相高效液相色谱法测定肾复康胶囊中的野黄芩苷和芦丁

建立了肾复康胶囊中野黄芩苷和芦丁的反相高效液相色谱测定方法。以甲醇-水为提取溶剂,采用超声提取法对样品进行前处理。以0.02 mol/L磷酸二氢钾缓冲溶液(含1.0％（体积分数）冰醋酸)-甲醇（体积比为63∶37）为流动相,于330 nm波长下检测,肾复康提取液中野黄芩苷和芦丁可达基线分离,分析时间在20 min内。野黄芩苷和芦丁在10 ~300 mg/L内,其峰面积与浓度之间线性关系良好,目标物的加标回收率大于98％。该方法适用于肾复康胶囊及相关药材中野黄芩苷和芦丁黄酮类化合物的测定和质量控制。     

鲨鱼软骨血管形成抑制因子的分离纯化及其活性的初步研究

以广东阳江鲨鱼软骨为原料,研究了鲨鱼软骨新生血管形成抑制因子的分离纯化方法,并对其生物学活性进行了初步研究.采用盐酸胍抽提、膜超滤、丙酮分级沉淀、SephadexG-75柱层析和C₄反相高效液相色谱等步骤,分离纯化出一种新的鲨鱼软骨血管生成抑制因子-a(SharkCartilageAngiogenesisInhibitor-a,SCAI-a),分子量为12600,能显著抑制鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管的形成.     

几种吸附树脂对五氯酚钠吸附性能的研究

研究了几种树脂对五氯酚钠的吸附能力,其中戊二醛交联的壳聚糖树脂不仅有较好的吸附效果,动态吸附容量为187.5mg/g干树脂,而且易洗脱,洗脱率高达90%以上。
