Vinyl monomers bearing phenoxazine units, were synthesized: 2-vinyl-phenoxazine starting with phenoxazine in a five-step synthesis; 3-acrylamido- or 3-methacrylamido-phenoxazines with or without 10-PhCH2 or 10-Me-substituent starting with o-benzylideneaminophenol or o-anisidine via 3-aminophenoxazines; and 3-(p-styrenesulfonamido)phenoxazines with or without 10-PhCH2- or 10-Me-substituent, also via 3-aminophenoxazines. Polymerizations of these noval monomers proceeded smoothly, except those having no 10-substituent. Changes of the visible absorption spectrum of iodine in THF with addition of the polymers and oligomers thus prepared were considerable, with the appearance of new absorption peaks for polymers with 10-Me-substituent.  相似文献

A protocol of a versatile H-D exchange reaction of heterocyclic compounds catalyzed by heterogeneous Pd/C in D2O is described. The reaction of various nitrogen-containing heterocycles with 10% Pd/C (10 wt % of the substrate) under hydrogen atmosphere in D2O as a deuterium source at 110-180 °C for 24 h afforded the corresponding deuterated compounds with satisfactory efficiency of deuteration in moderate to excellent isolated yields. Furthermore, the Pd/C-H2-D2O system can be extended to the direct deuteration of biologically active compounds such as sulfamethazine, which is used as a synthetic antibacterial drug for fat stocks and would be applied as a general method for the preparation of the standard materials for the analysis of residual chemicals in foods and so on.  相似文献

Vinyl monomers bearing N-substituted phenoxazine or 2,8-dimethylphenoxazine units were synthesized starting with the corresponding phenoxazines. N-substituents were 2-vinylbenzyl-oxycarbonylethyl group prepared via 2-carboxyethyl group, 3-methacrylamido-, 3-acrylamido-, or 3-(4-styrenesulfonamido)-propyl group prepared via 3-aminopropyl group, vinylbenzyl, or 2-vinyloxyethyl group attached by the displacements of sodium salts of the phenoxazines to the chlorides, and 2-methacryloyl- or 2-acryloyl-oxyethyl group prepared via 2-hydroxyethyl group. Free-radical polymerixations of these novel monomers proceeded smoothly, except those with 2-vinyloxyethyl group, which were susceptible to BF3-etherate. Changes of the visible absorption spectrum of iodine in THF with addition of the monomers and polymers were considerable, with the appearance of new absorption peaks or shoulders in major cases.  相似文献

Aromatic polyimide derived from 2,2′-bis(3,4-dicarboxyphenyl)hexafluoropropane dianhydride (6FDA) and 3,3′-diaminodiphenylsulfone (m-DDS) has been synthesized to facilitate the study of relationships between the polymer structure and the gas transport properties (permeability and selectivity). The gas permeability and selectivity of CO2, O2, N2, and CH4 for the 6FDA-m-DDS membranes cured at 150, 200, and 250°C have been determined at 35°C and at pressures up to 760 cmHg. The packing density and the fluorescence intensity of the 6FDA-m-DDS polyimide increased sharply with the increasing curing temperature. We propose that this behavior is associated with an increase in intermolecular and/or intramolecular interactions by a charge transfer complex formed in 6FDA-m-DDS containing an alternating sequence of electron donor and electron aceptor molecules. The effect of the microstructure of the thermally cured 6FDA-m-DDS membranes on their gas transport properties is discussed.  相似文献

In this study, poly(L ‐histidine) with several aminoethyl groups, i.e. aminated poly(L ‐histidine), is reported to be able to make complexes with DNA and to transfect cells in vitro in the presence of serum. The present study was performed to determine whether the pH of the medium had an influence on the complex formation with DNA, on the cell membrane fusion activity and on the transfection efficiency. Agarose gel retardation assays proved that the polyion complex formation of the aminated poly(L ‐histidine) with DNA was affected by pH of the medium, owing to the basicity (protonation–deprotonation) of the imidazole groups with a pKa value around 6.0. Hemolysis assay showed that the resulting DNA complex enhanced membrane disruptive ability at endosomal pH. The aminated poly(L ‐histidine) gene carrier demonstrated significant transfection efficacy which was decreased by the inclusion of chloroquine as an endosomolytic agent. These results suggest that the aminated poly(L ‐histidine) promises to be a new pH‐sensitive DNA carrier for endosomal escape. Copyright © 2005 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In proteomics, pre-treatment of sample is the most important procedure to remove the matrix for interfacing with mass spectrometry (MS). Additionally, for the samples with low concentration, the process of pre-concentration is required before MS analysis. We have newly developed solid-phase extraction (SPE) tool with pipette-tip shape for purification of bio-samples of various characteristics, utilizing monolithic silica gel as medium. The monolithic silica surface was modified with a C18 phase or coated with titania phase. A C18-bonded tip and a non-modified tip were used for sample concentration, desaltination and removal of detergents from sample. A titania-coated tip was also applied for purification and concentration of phosphorylated peptides. This novel pre-treatment method using monolithic silica extraction tip is much effective and suitable for protein analysis.  相似文献

We present here the formation of giant pores in surface-confined molecular networks of a triangular-shaped dehydrobenzo-[12]annulene derivative: the diameter of the pores reaches over 7 nm and the giant pores are used as templates to accommodate a giant molecular spoked wheel, which allows us to observe rotational and adsorption-desorption dynamics of single guest molecules.  相似文献

In this article the novel design of an anticancer drug delivery system is reported based on a pH‐sensitive liposome retaining the Fe‐porphyrin as a superoxide dismutase(SOD) mimic. The liposomes contained cationic/anionic lipid combinations and were composed of Fe‐porphyrin, L ‐α‐phosphatidylcholine (DMPC), dimethylditetradecylammonium bromide (DTDAB), sodispdum oleate (OANa), and Tween‐80. The size of the liposome was approximately 30 nm. The EC50 value (the effective concentration of compound required to produce a 50% lethal dose against cells) of the liposome was found to be significantly smaller than that of cisplatin as the control drug, suggesting that the liposome showed a high cytotoxicity toward the cancer cells. This is due to the fact that the pH‐sensitive liposome rapidly corresponds to the acidic environments of the endosomes and is unstable, and the Fe‐porphyrin is delivered into the cytosol. This result suggests that O may be useful as a target molecule to induce the selective death of cancer cells and that a pH‐sensitive liposome retaining Fe‐porphyrin as an SOD mimic is a new class of anticancer agent.
