2,7-Dialkyl[1]benzothieno[3,2-b]benzothiophenes were tested as solution-processible molecular semiconductors. Thin films of the organic semiconductors deposited on Si/SiO2 substrates by spin coating have well-ordered structures as confirmed by XRD analysis. Evaluations of the devices under ambient conditions showed typical p-channel FET responses with the field-effect mobility higher than 1.0 cm2 V-1 s-1 and Ion/Ioff of approximately 10(7).  相似文献

To examine the mechanism of the cyclization reaction catalyzed by aphidicolan-16beta-ol synthase (ACS), which is a key enzyme in the biosynthesis of diterpene aphidicolin, a specific inhibitor of DNA polymerase alpha, skeletal rearrangement of 2a and biomimetic cyclization of 4b were employed. The structures of the reaction products, which reflect penultimate cation intermediates, allowed us to propose a detailed reaction pathway for the Lewis acid-catalyzed cyclizations and rearrangements. Isolation of these products in an aphidicolin-producing fungus led us to speculate that the mechanism of the ACS-catalyzed cyclization reaction is the same as that of a nonenzymatic reaction. Ab initio calculations of the acid-catalyzed reaction intermediates and the transition states indicate that the overall reaction catalyzed by ACS is an exothermic process though the reaction proceeds via an energetically disfavored secondary cation-like transition state. In conjunction with the solvent effect in the acid-catalyzed reactions, this indicates that the actual role of ACS is to provide a template which enforces conformations of the intermediate cations leading to the productive cyclization although it has been believed that the cation-pi interaction between cation intermediates and aromatic amino acid residues in the active site is important for the enzymatic catalysis. This study provided important information on the role of various cationic species, especially secondary cation-like structures, in both nonenzymatic and enzymatic reactions.  相似文献

Heat capacities of the Pb2xSn2(1-x)P2Se6 crystals (x=0, 0.098, 0.251, 0.402 and 1.0) were measured using an adiabatic calorimeter at temperatures between 10 and 350 K. In the crystal of x=0, two heat capacity anomalies corresponding to the ferroelectric commensurate - intermediate incommensurate(C-IC) phase transition temperature T i, and the incommensurate - paraelectric (IC-N) phase transition temperature T c, were observed at 193.24±0.10 and 220.07±0.15 K, respectively. The phase transition temperatures decreased with an increase in Pb2+ concentration. The anomaly at Ti disappeared at x=0.251 in the mixed systems of the Pb2xSn2(1-x)P2Se6. In the crystal of Pb2P2Se6 (x=1.0), no phase transition was observed. The normal heat capacities for the mixed crystals were determined by least squares fitting of the Debye and Einstein functions to the experimental data. The anomalous heat capacities gave the phase transition entropies of 8.5 and 1.5 J mol-1 K-1 for x=0. The large transition entropies are consistent with an order-disorder mechanism in the ferroelectric-paraelectric phase transitions in x=0. A novel supramolecular graft copolymer(SGP) composed of viologen-containing copolymer(P(DMA-co-diEV)) as the main chain and Np ended PNIPAM(Np-PN1PAm) as the grafts is prepared(DMA:N,N- dimethylacryamide,diEV:ethylviologen dimer,Np:naphthalene,PNIPAM:poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)). The grafting is based on the triple complexation among a host of cucurbit[8]uril(CB[8])and two guests of diEV and Np,which is characterized by UV-vis spectra and ITC.Temperature sensitive property of PNIPAm moiety allows SGP to self-assemble into non-covalently connected micelle(NCCM) at high temperature. The micelles are sensitive to reducing agents,for example Na2S2O3,which breaks the current inclusion complex pair and induces aggregation.  相似文献

Five megastigmane glucosides were isolated from the leaves of Glochidion zeylanicum. One of them was a known compound, blumenol C O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1), and the structures of the four new compounds, glochidionionosides A-D (2-5), were mainly elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including a modified Mosher's method. The absolute configurations of the six-membered ring of glochidionionoside D (5) were deduced by beta-D-glucopyranosylation-induced shift trends in the (13)C-NMR spectra and confirmed by X-ray analysis as its p-bromobenzoate (5b), and the axis chirality of C-7 was determined to be R.  相似文献

1-Chlorovinyl p-tolyl sulfoxides were synthesized from several kinds of cyclic ketones and chloromethyl p-tolyl sulfoxide in good yields. Treatment of the 1-chlorovinyl p-tolyl sulfoxides with cyanomethyllithium at −78°C to room temperature gave spirocyclic enaminonitriles in high yields. Acidic treatment of the enaminonitriles afforded spiro[4.n]alkenones in good yields. By using an unsymmetrical cyclic ketone, α-tetralone, and optically active chloromethyl p-tolyl sulfoxide, this procedure afforded enantiomerically pure spiro[4.5]decenone in good yield with excellent asymmetric induction from the sulfoxide chiral center. By using this method a formal total synthesis of a racemic spirocyclic sesquiterpene, acorone, was realized.  相似文献

Hyperbranched polymer HSDA was synthesized from methyl acrylate, tetraethylenepentamine, and dodecanoic acid by melt polycondensation. ZnO nanoparticle colloidal solution was prepared in one step by mixing Zn(NO3)2 and HSDA aqueous solution under hydrothermal condition. The results of transmission electron microscopy and ultraviolet–visible (UV–Vis) spectroscopy indicated that ZnO nanoparticles were formed in colloidal solution. Bamboo pulp fabric was treated with ZnO nanoparticle colloidal solution by an impregnation method to provide the bamboo pulp fabric with antibacterial and UV protective properties. The whiteness, antibacterial activity, UV protective property, and washing durability of the ZnO nanoparticle-treated fabrics were determined. The results indicated that the bamboo pulp fabric treated with ZnO nanoparticles showed good UV protective properties and its ultraviolet protection factor (UPF) can reach 90.38. The UPF value of treated fabric drops to 70.42 after washing for 20 times, but it retains good UV protective properties. The ZnO nanoparticle-treated fabric showed 99.91 % bacterial reduction of Staphylococcus aureus and 99.97 % bacterial reduction of Escherichia coli. The fabric retained over 98.93 % reduction level even after being exposed to 20 consecutive home-laundering conditions. In addition, the results of scanning electron microscopy and X-ray spectroscopy confirmed that ZnO nanoparticles were fixed and well dispersed on bamboo pulp fabric.  相似文献

To answer the question of whether Pt(II)-based H(2)-evolving catalysts are stable upon exposure to H(2), the behaviours of some platinum(II) complexes in the presence of H(2) (5 × 10(-4) - 1 atm) have been followed spectrophotometrically.
