Fabrication of ultrathin films with large third-order nonlinear optical properties.

An ultrathin composite film containing anionic Ag-His complexes (His: L-Histidine) and oppositely charged BH-PPV was fabricated by means of the electrostatic layer-by-layer self-assembly technique. UV/Vis spectra showed a continuous deposition process of Ag-His complexes and BH-PPV. The film structure was characterized by using small-angle X-ray diffraction, AFM, and SEM. The nonlinear optical properties of the ultrathin film were studied by using the Z-scan technique with a laser duration of 8 ns at a wavelength of 532 nm. The film sample exhibited a strong nonlinear saturated absorption, with an alpha2 value of -3.9 x 10(-5) mW(-1) and a self-defocusing effect with an n2 value of -4.78 x 10 (-12) m2W(-1).     

新型稀土固体超强酸催化剂的制备及表征

采用分别沉淀-混合-浸渍法制备了稀土固体S2O82-/ZrO2-SiO2-Sm2O3催化剂.分别以乙酸丁酯和乳酸丁酯的合成为探针反应,考察了不同制备条件对催化剂活性的影响及催化剂的稳定性,并采用IR,XRD,DTA/TGA,TEM,BET和XPS等手段对催化剂进行了表征,结果表明本文制得的催化剂属无定型、桥式结构为主的固体超强酸,且其稳定性及活性均比SO42-/ZrO2-SiO2有较大的提高.     

精神分裂症患者头发5种元素含量变化及临床意义

采用原子吸收光谱法测定了９６例精神分裂症患者和１０１名正常对照组的头发Ｚｎ、Ｃｕ、Ｆｅ、Ｃａ、Ｍｇ元素含量。结果发现，精神分裂症患者头发ｎ和Ｍｇ元素含量明显低于对照组，而Ｃｕ、Ｆｅ和Ｃａ元素含量明显高于对照组。提示精神分裂症的发病，可能与Ｚｎ和Ｍｇ元素含量降低，Ｃｕ、Ｆｅ和Ｃａ元素含量升高有关。     

Hydrothermal synthesis, crystal structures and luminescent properties of two new Ln(III)–succinate (Ln=Eu, Tb) complexes exhibiting three dimensional networks

Two new coordination polymers, [Eu₂(L)₃(H₂O)₂]_n 1 and {[Tb₂(L)₃(H₂O)₂]·H₂O}_n 2, (H₂L=succinic acid) have been synthesized by the reaction of H₂L with nitrate salts of Eu(III) or Tb(III) under hydrothermal conditions. The X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the two complexes are constructed by L bridging the chains of edge-sharing EuO₈(H₂O) or TbO₈(H₂O) polyhedra to form 3D network structure. 1 and 2 possess different topological structures due to the difference in the conformations of L. The solid photoluminescence of 1 and 2 was also investigated in room temperature.     

煤炭液化复合铁系催化剂的研究

用微型高压釜,以杂酚油为溶剂,在反应温度400℃,氢初压6.08MPa,反应时间30分钟的条件下,研究了多种含铁矿物质、复合铁系催化剂对煤炭液化的催化效果。并用高压DTA技术进一步证实了复合铁系催化剂的良好液化加氢活性。     

PVC基管状流通钾离子选择电极的研制及其在流动注射分析中的应用

实验装置由PVC基管状流通钾离子选择电极和与它结合的流动注射分析体系两部分组成。对该体系的分析特点和影响测定的参数进行了讨论,建立了土壤浸提液中钾测定方法,样品分析结果和火焰光度法有良好一致性。     

Syntheses, structures and third-order non-linear optical properties of homometal clusters containing molybdenum

Both the homometal cluster [P(ph₄)]₂[Mo₂O₂(μ-S)₂(S₂)₂] (1) and [Mo₂O₂(μ-S)₂(Et₂dtc)₂] (2) (Et₂dtc=diethyl-dithiocarbamate) were successfully synthesized by low-temperature solid-state reactions. X-ray single-crystal diffraction studies suggest that compound (1) is a dinuclear anion cluster, and compound (2) is a dinuclear neutral cluster. The two compounds were characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra and UV-Vis spectra. The third-order non-linear optical (NLO) properties of the clusters were also investigated and all exhibited nice non-linear absorption and self-defocusing performance with moduli of the hyperpolarizabilities 5.145×10⁻³⁰ esu for (1) and 5.428×10⁻³⁰ esu for (2).     

Crystallization of binary carboxylic acids characterized with streaming potential measurement

The streaming potential of supersaturated solution of binary carboxylic acids, which have even carbon atoms, was determined to characterize crystallization under different temperatures. The value of the streaming potential was related to the type and solubility of the acids and the starting temperature of crystallization, and was easily influenced by the pressure difference of the liquid or the rate of temperature decline. When the temperature was declined to the point where a crystal nucleus appeared, the streaming potential reached the minimum. Thereafter, as the temperature was sequentially lowered, some minicrystals grew, and the streaming potential presented an ascendant tendency. The higher the starting temperature of the acids saturated solution, the higher is the temperature corresponding to the streaming potential minimum. The less the carbon atoms in the acids and the greater the solubility of the acids are, the higher is the temperature of the streaming potential minimum. Chemical bonding in Si5(2-) and NaSi5(-) via photoelectron spectroscopy and ab initio calculations

Photoelectron spectroscopy and ab initio calculations are used to investigate the electronic structure and chemical bonding of Si5(-) and Si5(2-) in NaSi5(-). Photoelectron spectra of Si5(-) and NaSi5(-) are obtained at several photon energies and are compared with theoretical calculations at four different levels of theory, TD-B3LYP, R(U)OVGF, UCCSD(T), and EOM-CCSD(T), all with 6-311+G(2df) basis sets. Excellent agreement is observed between experiment and theory, confirming the obtained ground-state structures for Si5(-) and Si5(2-), which are both found to be trigonal bipyramid with D3h symmetry at several levels of theory. Chemical bonding in Si5, Si5(-), and Si5(2-) is analyzed using NPA, molecular orbitals, ELF, and NICS indices. The bonding in Si5(2-) is compared with that in the isoelectronic and isostructural B5H5(2-) species, but they are found to differ due to the involvement of electron densities, which are supposed to be lone pairs in the skeletal bonding in Si5(2-).
