Zusammenfassung Ein Verfahren zur quantitativen summarischen Bestimmung von Metallionenverunreinigungen in flüssigen Chemikalien (Reinheitsprüfung) durch komplexometrische Titration mit photometrischer Endpunktsanzeige wird beschrieben. Als Indikator dient Eriochromschwarz T; erfaßbar ist zirka 1 g in 20 ml. Durch einfaches Einengen des Ausgangsmaterials lassen sich noch Metallionengehalte von 0,01 ppm mit einer Genauigkeit von einigen Prozent bestimmen.
Summary A procedure is described for the quantitative summary determination of metal ion impurities in liquid chemicals (purity tests) through complexo-metric titration with photometric endpoint indication. Eriochrome black T serves as indicator. Approximately 1 g can be detected in 20 ml. Metal ion contents as low as 0.01 ppm can still be determined with a precision of several per cent by simple concentration of the starting material.
Résumé On décrit un procédé de dosage total quantitatif des impuretés à l'état d'ions métalliques dans les produits chimiques liquides (contrôle de la pureté) par titrage complexométrique avec détection du point équivalent par photométrie. On utilise le noir ériochrome T comme indicateur. La limite de dilution est d'environ 1 g/20 ml. On peut encore doser des teneurs en ions métalliques de 0,01 ppm avec une erreur de quelques pour cent simplement en diminuant la quantité initiale de substance.相似文献

Using a specific force field model, relative stabilities of 2,2-bipyrrole and 2,2-furylpyrrole conformers as well as of prodigiosene tautomers, configurations, and conformations, are studied. 2,2-Bipyrrole adopts anantiperiplanar conformation in accord with other theoretical calculations and experimental findings. Its rotational barrier calculated by this method compares favourably to the one derived by other means. For the parent prodigiosene the (Z)sp,sp arrangement is found to be the most stable one. The two possible tautomers within its dipyrrin fragment do not show a significant energy difference. 相似文献

Iron-silicon thin films have been characterized by means of analytical transmission electron microscopic methods. Under certain conditions — composition and annealing temperature — these films exhibit thermoelectric behavior. In particular, the morphology and phase formation which results from annealing of these films, and doping with oxygen and nitrogen, are of interest. The thermoelectric phase -FeSi2 is formed at temperatures above 500°C. This phase is transformed into electrically conducting phases at about 1000°C. A small oxygen content does not influence this crystallization process. If the oxygen content is higher than 15 atom-% the electrically conducting phases exist even at 500°C. The presence of a small nitrogen content inhibits the formation of the -FeSi2 phase. The development of silicon and iron nitrides is possible. 相似文献

4,4-Disubstituted Imidazole Derivatives from the Reaction of 3-Amino-2H-azirines with Salicylamide Reaction of 3-amino-2H-azirines 1a–c with salicylamide ( 7 ) in MeCN leads to imidazoles 10 and 11 in different rates, depending on the conditions. In the case of 1a and 1b, 11a and 11b , respectively, have been obtained as the main product at 50°; in reactions at 80°, 10a and 10b are the favored products (Tables 1 and 2). 2,2-Dimethyl-3-(N-methyl-N-phenylamino)-2H-azirine ( 1c ) reacts with 7 in MeCN mainly to 2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-5,5-dimethyl-3,5-dihydroimidazol-4-one ( 10a ); in boiling toluene, 11c is formed with low preference (Table 3). The structure of the products has been established by spectroscopic means, and in the case of 10b and 11c , by X-ray crystallography. Summary. A biokinetic model has been developed to describe the mathematical consequences of inhibition, respectively stimulation of proofreading. According
to data reported in the literature, a first approximative calibration of the model has been carried out in an attempt to make
it both: practically applicable and comparable with experimental data and clinical facts. The model is open for further improvements
and adjustable according to results of further researches via the parameters chosen. In a first test of the model it is shown
that it does well reflect the results described in the literature upon proof-reading-inhibition and its consequences, i.e., the reduction of replication-fidelity (→ exponential increase of malignant cells with time). As a further result it is
shown that the model also does well describe in its kinetic approach opposite effects as, e.g., a reduction of wrong genetic information by classical cancer-therapies like chemotherapy and surgergy.
The system is orientated towards known biochemical relations and chemical similarities together with a discussion of the potential chance which offer special combinations of chemically identifyable substances
(like nucleotides’ precursors or effector-molecules contained in low-molecular-human-placenta-extracts as an alternative to
umbilical cords’-blood/cells) as stimulators of the enzymatic proof-reading- and -repair-machinery.

Summary. Two model compounds for the green fluorescent protein chromophore were prepared. One of them incorporates the natural 4-hydroxybenzylidene
group of the natural tyrosin derived chromophore, the other one bears a methyl group instead of the hydroxy group. Whereas
the photochemically prepared (E)-diastereomer of the first compound very effectively reverted thermally (room temperature) to the thermodynamically stable
(Z)-diastereomer, the (E)-diastereomer of the second derivative proved to be stable even at elevated temperatures for more than a day. This finding
can be rationalized by constructing the appropriate resonance structures showing that only in the first case an effective
delocalization enables partial single bond character of the benzylidene double bond. From the standpoint of chemical etiology,
only Nature’s choice of the tyrosin derived chromophore of the green fluorescent protein provides an efficient radiationless
thermal relaxation channel for the unwanted photo-diastereomerization product formed after excitation besides the dominating

From cultures of the Avilamycin (Avilamycin A) producing organism, Streptomyces viridochromogenes, strain ETH 23575, a second antibiotic, Avilamycin C, C61H90Cl2O32 could be isolated in crystalline form. Zusammenfassung Cadmiumspuren (10ppb-5ppm) in Uranoxid wurden durch Neutronenaktivierungsanalyse bestimmt. Einer Vortrennung des Cadmiums vom Uran durch Anionenaustausch mit Dowex 1 folgte die Bestrahlung auf dem Austauscherharz im FR 2. Die erzeugten Cadmium-Aktivitäten konnten durch einen kurzen chemischen Trennungsgang nach der Bestrahlung radiochemisch rein erhalten werden. Nach Korrektur der chemischen Ausbeuten verhielten sich die Aktivitäten proportional den eingesetzten Cadmiummengen.

Determination of small amounts of cadmium in uranium oxide by neutron-activation analysis
A pre-separation of cadmium from uranium by anion-exchange on Dowex-1 was followed by irradiation on the exchange resin in the FR-2. The cadmium activities produced could be obtained radiochemically pure by a short chemical separation procedure after irradiation. After correction of the chemical yields the activities were proportional to the original cadmium content. 10 ppb-5 ppm of Cd could be determined.

Currently, there is great interest in the development of methods suitable for determining the stoichiometry of biomolecules attached to nanoparticles. We describe the use of the dynamic light-scattering technique (DLS) to determine the stoichiometry of the protein cytochrome P450(BSbeta) attached to CdS and CdSe quantum dots (QDs). The enzyme-conjugated QDs have different diffusion characteristics compared to the QD and enzyme precursors, expressed in their size, scattering intensity as well as zeta-potential values. The significant enhancement of the scattering intensity of QDs observed upon conjugation with the P450(BSbeta) due to the refractive-index increment and the systematic variation in zeta potential resulting from charge neutralization of the anionic QDs by the cationic histidine-tagged P450(BSbeta) have been used for stoichiometry determination. 相似文献
