过渡族元素掺杂ZnO生成稀磁半导体, 成为近期国际材料科学研究的热点. 在本文中, 研究Fe离子注入ZnO单晶的结构和磁性变化, 目标是建立磁性和结构的对应关系, 澄清铁磁性的来源. 采用卢瑟福背散射/沟道技术 (RBS/Channelling)、同步辐射X射线衍射 (SR-XRD)和超导量子干涉仪 (SQUID), 研究注入温度和退火对样品的晶格损伤、结构及磁性的影响. 研究表明: 样品注入区损伤随注入温度升高而降低; 低温253 K注入样品中, SR-XRD未检测到新相, Fe离子分布于Zn位, ZnO (0002) 峰右侧肩峰可能属于Zn1-xFexO, 5 K下测试样品不具有铁磁性; 623 K注入和823 K真空退火 (253 K注入) 样品中形成α和γ相金属Fe, 5 K下样品具有明显的剩磁和矫顽力, 零场冷却和场冷却 (ZFC/FC) 曲线和300 K下的磁滞回线显示纳米Fe颗粒具有超顺磁性. Fe离子注入ZnO的磁性源于第二相α-Fe和γ-Fe.

Recently developed continuum phase field models for brittle fracture show excellent modeling capability in situations with complex crack topologies including branching in the small and large strain applications. This work presents a generalization towards fully coupled multi-physics problems at large strains. A modular concept is outlined for the linking of the diffusive crack modeling with complex multi field material response, where the focus is put on the model problem of finite thermo-elasticity. This concerns a generalization of crack driving forces from the energetic definitions towards stress-based criteria, the constitutive modeling of degradation of non-mechanical fluxes on generated crack faces. Particular assumptions are made on the generation of convective heat exchanges approximating surface load integrals of the sharp crack approach by distinct volume integrals. The coupling effect is also shown in generation of cracks due to thermally induced stress states. We finally demonstrate the performance of the phase field formulation of fracture at large strains by means of representative numerical examples. (© 2014 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. The aim of this study was to develop an analytical method for the determination the levels of metabolites of benzo[a]pyrene (B[a]P), 3‐hydroxybenzo(a)pyrene (3‐OHB[a]P) and (+)‐anti‐benzo(a)pyrene diol‐epoxide [(+)‐anti‐BPDE, combined with DNA to form adducts], in rat blood and tissues exposed to B[a]P exposure by high‐performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection (HPLC/FD), and to investigate the usefulness of 3‐OHB[a]P and (+)‐anti‐BPDE as markers of intragastrical exposure to B[a]P in rats. The levels of 3‐OH‐B[a]P and B[a]P‐tetrol I‐1 released after acid hydrolysis of (+)‐anti‐BPDE in the samples were measured by HPLC/FD. The calibration curves were linear (r2 > 0.9904), and the lower limit of quantification ranged from 0.34 to 0.45 ng/mL for 3‐OHB[a]P and from 0.43 to 0.58 ng/mL for (+)‐anti‐BPDE. The intra‐ and inter‐day stability assay data suggested that the method is accurate and precise. The recoveries of 3‐OHB[a]P and (+)‐anti‐BPDE were in the ranges of 73.6 ± 5.0 to 116.5 ± 6.3% and 73.3 ± 8.5 to 141.2 ± 13.8%, respectively. A positive correlation was found between the concentration of intragastrical B[a]P and the concentrations of 3‐OH‐B[a]P and (+)‐anti‐BPDE in the blood and in most of the tissues studied, except for the brain and kidney, which showed no correlation between B[a]P and 3‐OHB[a]P and between B[a]P and (+)‐anti‐BPDE, respectively. A sensitive, reliable and rapid HPLC/FD was developed and validated for analysis of 3‐OHB[a]P and (+)‐anti‐BPDE in rat blood and tissues. There was a positive correlation between the concentration of 3‐OHB[a]P or (+)‐anti‐BPDE in the blood and the concentration of 3‐OHB[a]P or (+)‐anti‐BPDE in the most other tissues examined. The concentration of 3‐OHB[a]P or (+)‐anti‐BPDE in the blood could be used as an indicator of the concentration of 3‐OHB[a]P or (+)‐anti‐BPDE in the other tissues in response to B[a]P exposure. These results demonstrate that 3‐OHB[a]P and (+)‐anti‐BPDE are potential biomarkers of B[a]P exposure, which would also be useful to assess the carcinogenic risks from B[a]P exposure. A new method to seal water in silver tubes for use in a TC/EA (thermal conversion/elemental analyzer) reduction unit using a semi‐automated sealing apparatus can yield reproducibilities (1 standard deviation) of δ2H and δ18O measurements of 1.0‰ and 0.06‰, respectively. These silver tubes containing reference waters may be preferred for the calibration of H‐ and O‐bearing materials analyzed with a TC/EA reduction unit. The new sealing apparatus employs a computer‐controlled stepping motor to produce silver tubes identical in length. The reproducibility of the mass of water sealed in tubes (in a range of 200–400 µg) can be as good as 1%. Approximately 99% of the sealed silver tubes are satisfactory (leak free). Although silver tubes sealed with reference waters are robust and can be shaken or heated to 110°C with no loss of integrity, they should not be frozen because the expansion during the phase transition of water to ice will break the cold seals and all the water will be lost. The tubes should be shipped in insulated containers. This new method eliminates air inclusions and isotopic fractionation of water associated with the loading of water into capsules using a syringe. The method is also more than an order of magnitude faster than preparing water samples in ordinary Ag capsules. Nevertheless, some laboratories may prefer loading water into silver capsules because expensive equipment is not needed, but users of this method are cautioned to apply the necessary corrections for evaporation, back exchange with laboratory atmospheric moisture, and blanks. 研究了 1- (2 ,6-二溴 - 4 -硝基苯 ) - 3- (4 -硝基苯 ) -三氮烯 (DBNPNPT)与锌的显色反应。在表面活性剂Triton X- 10 0的存在下 ,p H=9.0— 11.0的 Na2 B4 O7- Na OH介质中 ,DBNPNPT与锌 ( )可生成橙黄色络合物。建立以 5 35 nm为参比波长 ,4 4 0 nm为测定波长的双峰双波长测定法 ,该络合物的表观摩尔吸光系数为 1.34× 10 5L· mol-1· cm-1。对葡萄糖酸锌中的锌直接测定 ,结果令人满意 相似文献
