We propose a scheme to generate a type of genuine four-qubit entangled states, which were firstly introduced by Yeo et al. [Y. Yeo, W. K. Chua, Phys. Rev. Lett. 96 (2006) 060502]. These states have many interesting entanglement properties and possess possible applications in quantum information processing and in fundamental tests of quantum physics. We show that such a type of 16 orthonormal basis states can be deterministically distinguished by a cavity QED system.  相似文献

ZnS nanoribbon film has been successfully prepared by solvothermal treating of Zn foil and S powder in hydrazine hydrate without any surfactant and post-high temperature treatment. The prepared samples were characterized by XRD, SEM and PL. Results show that the obtained films were with high crystallinity and uniformity. The obtained samples were used as a photocatalyst for degradation of dye X-3B, and results show that the dye can be photocatalytically degraded with high rate by as-prepared ZnS nanoribbon film under UV light irradiation.  相似文献

We performed the femtosecond two-color collinear optical Kerr shutter (OKS) measurements in a thick Kerr medium. The time-resolved OKS signals showed a multi-peak structure and a large broadening with respect to that for non-collinear. By measuring the time-resolved OKS signals in the sample at different powers, we demonstrated that the abnormal profile of the OKS signals was mainly attributed to self-focusing and re-focusing of the pump beam in the Kerr medium and the group velocity difference between the pump and the probe beams.  相似文献

Coiled carbon nanostructure (CNS) is prepared by a catalytic chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process on copper/chromium films deposited by radio frequency (RF) sputtering. Uniform CNS with coiled structure is fabricated by changing the size of the catalyst particles. The effects of Cu catalyst size and RF sputtering power, on the growth of the coiled CNS are discussed, and the results importantly conclude that Cu-catalyzed CVD offers a preferable control of coiled CNS to optimize the field emission property for application.  相似文献

Considering corrections to all orders in the Planck length on the quantum state density from generalized uncertainty principle and using that quantum state density to all degrees of freedom including extra dimension, we calculate the statistical entropy of scalar field in the 5D Ricci-flat space-time without any artificial cutoff. In this paper, we extend the reduced basis methods for parameter dependent problems to the parareal in time algorithm introduced by Lions et al. [12] and solve a nonlinear evolutionary parabolic partial differential equation. The fine solver is based on the finite element method or spectral element method in space and a semi-implicit Runge-Kutta scheme in time. The coarse solver is based on a semi-implicit scheme in time and the reduced basis approximation in space. Of[line-online procedures are developed, and it is proved that the computational complexity of the on-line stage depends only on the dimension of the reduced basis space (typically small). Parareal in time algorithms based on a multi-grids finite element method and a multi-degrees finite element method are also presented. Some numerical results are reported.  相似文献

Various analytic approaches have been developed to solve the famous Landau-Zener (LZ) problem. Here, we introduce a time-evolution operator method to investigate such a problem by numerically solving the induced algebraic equations (by Runge-Kutta method). Based on these calculations, transitions between two levels driven by various time-dependent external fields can be simulated in detail, typically near the so-called avoided crossing points. Far from these points, our results reduce to the original Landau-Zener transition (LZT).  相似文献

介绍了基于ADS仿真的低噪声放大器的设计与制作方法;重点研究了LNA的直流偏置、稳定性分析、匹配设计、版图制作和调试;提出了源级负反馈和栅极加并联阻抗的方法来实现了电路全频段稳定和低温正常工作。采用ATF-34143制作了中心频率在2.25的低噪声放大器,在77K温度下,该放大器带内输入输出驻波比小于1.2,增益达到23dB,噪声系数为0.24dB。  相似文献
