The constitution and absolute configuration of the rhoeadine alkaloids (+)-alpinigenine and (+)-cis-alpinigenine. The fundamental structure of the hemi-acetal phenylbenzazepine alkaloid (+)-alpinigenine ( 1 ), isolated from Papaver bracteatum LINDL ., was derived essentially from 1H-NMR.- and mass-spectra of 1 and its derivatives 7, 10 and 14 (cf. Scheme 2). The positioning of the four methoxy groups in the two aromatic rings could be deduced from the 1H-NMR.-spectra of the N-oxides 14 and 15 in which, as a result of favourable sterical and conformational behaviour, an interaction exists between the N-oxide oxygen atom and one of the two ortho protons in ring C. The B/D-trans-fused 1 undergoes isomerization in 1N HCl to cis-alpinigenine ( 16 ). A stereochemical correlation between bases in the trans-and cis-series was enabled via an Emde degradation of the corresponding methylacetal-methyliodides 21 resp. 19 leading to the enantiomeric isochroman derivatives 22 resp. 23 which are achiral at C (2) (Scheme 4). The configuration at C (14) in the hemi-acetals (eg. 1 and 16 ) and the methyl ethers (eg. 7 and 8 ) is discussed in detail (cf. Scheme 7). (+)-Alpinigenine ( 1 ) has the (1S, 2R, 14R) configuration and (+)-cis-alpinigenine ( 16 ), in chloroform or acetone solution, the (1R, 2R, 14R) configuration.  相似文献

Crystals of the title compound are triclinic, a = 27.87 Å, b = 10.77 Å, c = 12.94 Å, α 73.1°, β 116.1°, γ 120.0°, space group P1 . The structure consists of octanuclear ions: Eight Cd(II) ions are found at the corners of a distorted cube, the center of the cube is occupied by an iodide, the twelve thioglycolate sulfur atoms bridge the twelve edges of the cube thereby forming a distorted icosahedron. Cadmium ions are either five or seven coordinate. The phase problem for this structure was solved using a combination of very high and very low E-values.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Anhand von 3 verschiedenen Typen von Sulfobernsteinsäurehalbestern wurde nach Möglichkeiten zur Identifizierung und quantitativen Bestimmung dieser Tenside gesucht. Mit Hilfe von Löslichkeitsversuchen, Ionenaustauscher-Trennungen und IR-spektroskopischen Untersuchungen der aufgetrennten Handelsprodukte konnte eindeutig nachgewiesen werden, daß die Sulfobernsteinsäurehalbester des Handels im allgemeinen beträchtliche Mengen an Nebenprodukten enthalten, die eine quantitative Analyse außerordentlich erschweren. Die bei Tensidanalysen gebräuchlichen quantitativen Bestimmungsmethoden wurden auf ihre Anwendbarkeit bei Sulfobernsteinsäurehalbestern untersucht.
Investigations concerning the analysis of sulphosuccinic acid monoesters
By means of three different types of sulphosuccinic acid monoesters possibilities were searched to identify and to determine these detergents quantitatively. With aid of solvent tests, ion-exchange separations and infrared-spectroscopic analyses of the separated commercial composites it could be made quite sure that the commercially available sulphosuccinic acid monoesters generally contain considerable amounts of by-products, which render a quantitative analysis most difficult. The methods of quantitative determination, used in the analysis of detergents, were examined for their applicability to sulphosuccinic acid monoesters.

The hydrogen peroxide is oxidized at + 1.5 V vs. SCE at a glassy carbon electrode of the wall-jet type. The samples are diluted about 100 times in a dispersion coil before entering the amperometric detector. The calibration curve is linear from 10?4 to 1 M H2O2, when 5-μl samples are used. With 50-μl samples the detection limit decreases to 10?6 M H2O2. Neither metal ions (Cu2+, Zn2+, Ni2+, Al3+) up to 0.5 M nor changes in the sulfuric acid concentration of the samples between 0.1 and 1 M interfere with the hydrogen peroxide determination. About 75 samples can be analyzed per hour.  相似文献

Natural Occurrence of C(15)-Epimeric Coleons C and D and its Significance to the Stereochemistry of the Formation of a Spirocyclopropanring In a previous paper some evidence was presented for a predominant occurrence of epimeric coleons ((15S)-coleon C ((15 S)- 1a ), and (15S)-coleon D ((15S)- 2a )) in Plectranthus lanuginosus [1], The proposed structures have now been proven by careful comparison of their physical data with those of the already described C(15)-epimers whose structures were deduced by X-ray analysis of a derived cis-diketone 3 [5], Examination of the epimeric purity of coleons possessing a 2-hydroxy-1-methylethyl side-chain (coleons C , D , H , I , I ′ and derivatives) isolated from seven different species (Coleus, Plectranthus and Solenostemon) has shown that these coleons always occur as a mixture of C(15)-epimers, although in most cases with one predominant epimer. The consequences for the stereochemistry of the postulated in vivo formation of the methyl-substituted spirocyclopropane substructure is discussed.  相似文献

Alkylation of 1-dimethylamino-1-cyanomethanephosphonic acid diethyl ester (8), easily obtainable from diethyl phosphite and the 0,N-acetal 9, yields 1-alkyl derivatives 14. Elimination of HCN converts 14 into 1-phosphonoenamines 6. Carbonyl compounds react with 8 to give 1-cyanoenamines 15 which may be hydrolyzed to from the homologous carboxylic acid. Alternatively, deprotonation of 15 yields the homoenolate anions 17 which can be alkylated or hydroxyalkylated, permitting chain extension of carbonyl compounds through introduction of an α-carboxyl and a β-alkyl group. Acid catalyzed hydrolysis of 8 results in cleavage of the PC bond, leading to the corresponding α-dimethylamino alkanoic acids. A phosphonic acid 11 can be obtained from 8 by application of the silylester method. An unambigous assignment of E/Z-isomers of the cyanoenamines 15 has been derived from 13C-NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Irradiation of 2-azido-3-phenyl-propene ( 5 ) in pentane or benzene solution with a high pressure lamp (pyrex filter) yields 3-benzyl-2H-azirin ( 6 ), which on further irradiation behind quartz or vycor in the presence of trifluoroacetic acid methylester or carbon dioxide yields 4-benzyl-5-methoxy-5-trifluoromethyl-3-oxazolin ( 8 ) and 4-benzyl-3-oxazolin-5-one ( 9 ), respectively (scheme 2). Zusammenfassung Einige der üblichen Methoden zur Phosphorbestimmung in wolframlegierten Stählen werden unter Anwendung von 185W und 32P einer Nachprüfung unterzogen. Dabei erweisen sich die Phosphorverluste durch Adsorption an dem Wolframsäureniederschlag als gering, so daß sie bei weniger anspruchsvollen Bestimmungen unberücksichtigt bleiben können. Erheblich größer sind dagegen die Fehler, die durch Mitfällung von Wolframsäure mit dem Ammoniummolybdatophosphatniederschlag entstehen können. Es werden zwei Methoden angegeben, nach denen eine quantitative Abtrennung des Wolframs und damit eine sichere Bestimmung des Phosphors möglich ist.Herr Prof. Dr.-Ing. K. Schwabe ermöglichte es uns freundlicherweise, die Untersuchungen mit radioaktivem Wolfram und Phosphor im Zentralinstitut für Kernphysik Rossendorf, Bereich Radiochemie, durchzuführen.
