F-doped TiO2 (FTO) powders were synthesized by spray pyrolysis (SP) from an aqueous solution of H2TiF6. The resulting FTO powders possessed spherical particles with a rough surface morphology and a strong surface acidity. The fluorine concentrations in the FTO powders calculated from XPS spectra significantly depended on SP temperature and ranged from 2.76 to 9.40 at.%. The FTO powder prepared at SP temperature of 1173 K demonstrated the highest photocatalytic activity for the decomposition of gas-phase acetaldehyde under both ultraviolet (UV) and visible light (vis) irradiations, and it was higher than that of commercial P 25. This high photocatalytic activity was ascribed to several beneficial effects produced by F-doping: enhancement of surface acidity, creation of oxygen vacancies, and increase of active sites. It was interesting to point out that the vis photocatalytic activity of FTO powders was achieved by the creation of surface oxygen vacancies rather than the improvement of optical absorption property of bulk TiO2 in vis region.  相似文献

Combination of cyanocobalamin (VB12) and ascorbic acid (VC) has been widely seen in pharmaceutical products and dietary supplements. However, VB12 has been reported that its behavior in stability in aqueous solution is quite different when VC is mixed. In the present study, we examined the stabilities of these vitamins in acetate buffer (pH 4.8) using high performance liquid chromatography. Degradation of VB12 was not observed in the absence of VC in the buffer. However, when VC was mixed in the VB12 solution, VB12 concentrations decreased in accordance with VC degradation. VB12 and VC degradations were inhibited by adding sodium halides to acetate buffer at pH 4.8. These stabilization effects were also observed in the range from pH 3.5 to 5.3 and by adding potassium, magnesium, and calcium halides. The unambiguous assignment of the aromatic ring resonances in proteins has been severely hampered by the inherently poor sensitivities of the currently available methodologies developed for uniformly 13C/15N-labeled proteins. Especially, the small chemical shift differences between aromatic ring carbons and protons for phenylalanine residues in proteins have prevented the selective observation and unambiguous assignment of each signal. We have solved all of the difficulties due to the tightly coupled spin systems by preparing regio-/stereoselectively 13C/2H/15N-labeled phenylalanine (Phe) and tyrosine (Tyr) to avoid the presence of directly connected 13C-1H pairs in the aromatic rings. The superiority of the new labeling schemes for the assignment of aromatic ring signals is clearly demonstrated for a 17 kDa calcium binding protein, calmodulin.  相似文献

It is shown that NiN(2) and noble gas atoms, Ar, Ne, and He, combine with the binding energy of 11.52, 4.06, and 7.37 kcal/mol, respectively, by the multireference perturbational (CASPT2) method. By the density functional theory calculations using MPWPW91 functionals, the Ni-N-N bending frequency in NiN(2) and Ar-NiN(2) is estimated as 310.7 and 358.7 cm(-1), respectively, the latter of which is in good agreement with the corresponding experimental frequency, 357.0 cm(-1), determined for NiN(2) isolated in solid argon.  相似文献

Simons electrochemical fluorination (ECF) of 1,4-dimethyl-1,4-homopiperazine, methyl 4-ethylhomopiperazin-1-ylacetate and 1,4-bis(methoxycarbonylmethyl)-1,4-homopiperazine was studied. For comparison, ECF of three piperazines with a N-(methoxycarbonylmethyl) group(s) was also studied. ECF of 1,4-dimethyl-1,4-homopiperazine gave a low yield of corresponding perfluoro(1,4-dimethyl-1,4-homopiperazine) together with perfluoro(2,6-diaza-2,6-dimethylheptane) as the major product. Corresponding perfluoro(homopiperazines) with mono- and/or di-(fluorocarbonyldifluoromethyl) groups [CF2C(O)F] at the 1- and/or 4-position were formed in low yields from methyl 4-ethylhomopiperazin-1-ylacetate and 1,4-bis(methoxycarbonylmethyl)-1,4-homopiperazine, respectively. These new seven-membered perfluoro(1,4-dialkyl-1,4-homopiperazines) were accompanied by the formation of mono- and/or di-basic linear perfluoroacid fluorides resulting from the CC bond scission at the 2- and 3-positions of the ring. From mono- and/or di-N-(methoxycarbonylmethyl)-substituted piperazines, corresponding perfluoropeperazines having the acid fluoride group(s) were formed in low yields.  相似文献

Synthesis of alumina aerogels was carried out by hydrolysis of aluminium isopropanolate and butanolate in benzene, methanol and isopropanol solutions as components of support precursors followed by gelation, drying under supercritical conditions and calcination. BF2 complexes with 1,3-diketone ligands were synthesized, and their optical and electrochemical properties were studied. The colors of the complexes varied depending on the structures of the 1,3-diketone ligands. The absorption and emission maxima of the complexes with 1,3-diaryl-1,3-diketone ligands were considerably red shifted as compared to those of the complexes with 1-aryl-3-trifluoromethyl-1,3-diketone ligands, suggesting an extended π-conjugation of the 1,3-diaryl-1,3-diketone moieties. The molar absorption coefficients and quantum yields of the complexes with 1,3-diaryl-1,3-diketone ligands were larger than those of the complexes with 1-aryl-3-trifluoromethyl-1,3-diketone ligands. Cyclic voltammetry measurements revealed that the reduction potentials of the BF2 complexes were higher than those of the free ligands. These complexes exhibited various emission colors in the solid states due to the intermolecular interactions.  相似文献

A new shipboard analytical method for determining picomolar levels of manganese in seawater has been developed. The method is based on a combination of chelating resin column extraction and improved chemiluminescence (CL) detection in a closed flow system. In this method, manganese in sample solution is selectively collected on newly-developed iminodiacetate-immobilized chelating resin, and then eluted with acidic solution containing hydrogen peroxide. The resulting eluent is mixed with luminol solution and aqueous ammonia after removal of iron ions by a chelating resin column, and then the mixture is introduced into the CL cell. The manganese concentration is obtained from the CL intensity. The detection limit (3SD) of manganese is 5 pmol L–1 from 9 mL of seawater sample. The method was applied to seawater samples collected at the Okinawa Trough.  相似文献
