结合机械合金化与放电等离子烧结工艺制备了Ni和Se共掺的细晶方钴矿化合物Co1-xNixSb3-ySey,研究了晶界和点缺陷的耦合散射效应对CoSb3热电输运特性的影响.通过Ni掺杂优化载流子浓度提高功率因子.在x=0.1时,功率因子达到最大值1750μWm-1K-2(450℃),是没有掺Ni试样的两倍.晶界和点缺陷的耦合散射机理使晶格热导率急剧下降,其中Co0.9Ni0.1Sb2.85Se0.15的室温晶格热导率降低至1.67Wm-1K-1,接近目前单填充效应所能达到的最低值1.6Wm-1K-1,其热电优值ZT在450℃时达到最大值0.53.将Callaway-Von Baeyer点缺陷散射模型嵌入到Nan-Birringer有效介质理论模型,对晶界散射和点缺陷散射的耦合效应对热导率的影响进行了定量分析,模型计算与实验结果符合.理论模型计算表明,当晶粒尺寸下降到50nm同时掺杂引入点缺陷散射后,Co0.9Ni0.1Sb2.85Se0.15的晶格热导率下降到0.8Wm-1K-1. 关键词: 3')" href="#">CoSb3 Ni和Se掺杂 热电性能 耦合散射效应  相似文献

We propose a deviation model and study the influences of the relative error and sensitivity of a machine on the transmission coefficients (TCs) of Fibonacci superlattices. It is found that for a system with fewer layers, the influence of deviation can be ignored. When superlattices become more complicated, they may be fabricated by a machine with suitable relative error and possess the designed value of TO. However, when the number of system layers exceeds some critical value, superlattices should be manufactured only by precise machines. The influence of the sensitivity is also discussed.  相似文献

通过季铵盐改性四钛酸钾晶须,应用X射线衍射分析、红外光谱,紫外-可见漫反射光谱对改性前后的四钛酸钾晶须进行表征,并初步研究了不同季铵盐改性的四钛酸钾晶须对苯酚吸附性能的研究。实验结果表明,改性前后的四钛酸钾晶须在紫外光区均有较强的光吸收,而在可见光区其吸收则较弱。改性前后四钛酸钾晶须的结构没有改变,季铵盐能够进入层状化合物的层板间,使改性后的层间距稍微增大。与改性前相比,改性后的四钛酸钾晶须对苯酚的吸附量和吸附率有了明显的提高。  相似文献

The energy band structure of single-layer graphene under one-dimensional electric and magnetic field modulation is theoretically investigated. The criterion for bandgap opening at the Dirac point is analytically derived with a two-fold degeneracy second-order perturbation method. It is shown that a direct or an indirect bandgap semiconductor could be realized in a single-layer graphene under some specific configurations of the electric and magnetic field arrangement. Due to the bandgap generated in the single-layer graphene,the Klein tunneling observed in pristine graphene is completely suppressed.  相似文献

Gauge potential plays an important role in exploring exotic phenomena in the single- and many-body quantum systems. In this paper, we propose a scheme to create both new Abelian and non-Abelian gauge potentials by adiabatically controlling the degenerate Dicke model in cavity quantum electrodynamics. It is shown that a non-Abelian gauge potential is achieved only for a single atom, whereas an Abelianizen diagonal gauge potential is realized for the atomic ensemble. More importantly, two interesting quantum phenomena such as the geometric phase and the magnetic monopole induced by our created gauge potentials are also predicted. The possible physical realization is presented in the macroscopic circuit quantum electrodynamics with the Cooper pair boxes, which act as the artificial two-level atoms controlled by the gate voltage and the external magnetic flux.  相似文献

<正>We presented a novel orthogonally linearly polarized Nd:YVO4 laser.Two pieces of a-cut grown-together composite YVO4/Nd:YVO4 crystals were placed in the resonant cavity with the c-axis of the two crystals orthogonally.The polarization and power performance of the orthogonally polarized laser were investigated.A 26.2-W orthogonally linearly polarized laser was obtained.The power ratio between the two orthogonally polarized lasers was varied with the pump power caused by the polarized mode coupling.The longitudinal modes competition and the corresponding variable optical beats were also observed from the orthogonally polarized laser.We also adjusted the crystals with their c-axis parallele to each other,and a 40.7-W linearly polarized TEMoo laser was obtained,and the beam quality factors were Mx2=1.37 and My2 =1.25.  相似文献

摘 要:基于第一性原理的计算方法,建立了本征石墨烯、空位石墨烯及钇( Y)掺杂空位石墨烯模型,并计算了CO、NO在三类石墨烯表面的吸附过程. 从表面能、吸附结构、吸附能和态密度四个方面进行分析讨论,研究掺杂Y对CO、NO气体吸附性能的影响. 结果表明:CO、NO与本征石墨烯之间的吸附为弱的物理吸附,掺杂Y后增强了材料表面对CO、NO的吸附效果,最大吸附能分别为7.414eV、6.702eV,属于化学吸附;掺杂Y使空位石墨烯费米能级附近有了更多的活跃电子,其吸附NO后体系由半金属转变为金属特性,该特性能为开发更加优良的石墨烯气敏材料提供理论支持.  相似文献

In this paper an important character was found that the final hadron multiplicities of direct J/ψ decays satisfy the same universal mass dependence as that in e+e→q0q0 continuum events. This indicates that the fragmentation of quark and gluon to hadron follows the same mechanism. We give a reasonable interpretation to final baryon multiplicity that is enhanced by 2.5 times in direct Y decays compared to the continuum through our calculating results. But we cannot find this similar phenomenon in direct J/ψ decays.  相似文献
