This paper reports the selective determination of isoproterenol (IP) in the presence of uric acid (UA) and folic acid (FA) using 2,7-bis(ferrocenyl ethyl)fluoren-9-one modified carbon nanotube paste electrode (2,7-BFCNPE) in 0.1 M phosphate buffer solution (PBS) (pH 7.0). The bare carbon paste electrode does not separate the voltammetric signals of IP, UA, and FA. However, 2,7-BFCNPE not only resolved the voltammetric signals of IP, UA, and FA with potential differences of 150, 325, and 475 mV between IP–UA, UA–FA, and IP–FA, respectively, but also dramatically enhanced the oxidation peak currents of them when compared to bare carbon paste electrode. In PBS of pH 7.0, the oxidation current increased linearly with two concentration intervals of IP, one is 0.08 to 17.5 μM and the other is 17.50 to 700.0 μM. The detection limit (3σ) obtained by DPV was 26.0 ± 2 nM. The practical application of the modified electrode was demonstrated by determining IP in IP injection, urine, and human blood serum.  相似文献

Regioselective oxidative bromination of electron-rich aromatic rings has been studied using potassium bromide as a bromine source in the presence of benzyltriphenylphosphonium peroxymonosulfate as oxidant under nearly neutral reaction conditions. In most cases we obtained monobrominated derivatives regioselectively and in good to high yields without the aid of strong acids.  相似文献

Carbon‐doped titania (C‐TiO2) nanoparticles were synthesized by the sol–gel method at different calcination temperatures (300–600°C) employing titanium tetraisopropoxide (TTIP) as the titanium source and polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate (Tween 80) as the carbon source. The physical properties of C‐TiO2 samples were characterized by X‐ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The photocatalytic activities were checked through the photodegradation of phenolphthalein (PHP) under ultraviolet irradiation. The UV spectrum showed that the carbon doping extends the absorption range of TiO2 to the visible region. However, the photocatalytic activity is affected by the electron–hole recombination phenomenon, as revealed by the photoluminescence (PL) study. According to the PL spectra, carbon doping reduces the edge‐to‐edge electron–hole recombination. Nevertheless, the number of defect sites is greatly influenced by the calcination temperature of C‐TiO2. C‐TiO2 that was calcined at 400°C showed the highest photodegradation percentage of PHP, which was mainly attributed to the synergic effect of the low direct edge‐to‐edge electron–hole recombination, high content of defect sites, and retention of active electrons on the surface hydroxyl group.  相似文献

Construction of C–C bonds at the α-carbon is a challenging but synthetically indispensable approach to α-branched carbonyl motifs that are widely represented among drugs, natural products, and synthetic intermediates. Here, we describe a simple approach to generation of boron enolates in the absence of strong bases that allows for introduction of both α-alkyl and α-aryl groups in a reaction of readily accessible 1,2-dicarbonyls and organoboranes. Obviation of unselective, strongly basic and nucleophilic reagents permits carrying out the reaction in the presence of electrophiles that intercept the intermediate boron enolates, resulting in two new α-C–C bonds in a tricomponent process.

α-Branched carboxylic acids and other carbonyls are readily accessed by a metal- and base-free deoxygenative α-alkylation and α-arylation of 1,2-dicarbonyls via boron enolates, resulting in a tricomponent coupling with unconventional electrophiles.  相似文献

A new Schiff base ligand of 5-bromo-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde S-ethyl-isothiosemicarbazone (H2L) was synthesized and its mixed-ligand Cu(II) complex was also prepared by reaction of Cu(NO3)2·3H2O with H2L and imidazole. Their structures were fully characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, molar conductivity and UV-Vis methods. The analytical data suggest that the metal, H2L and imidazole ratios in the Schiff base complex are 1:1:1. Single crystal diffraction was also used to better understand the molecular structure of the Cu(II) complex. The results of physico-chemical analyses of the Schiff base complex reveal the coordination geometry around the central atom is square planar. The H2L ligand (NNO donor) is coordinated to the metal center as a tridentate bionegatively agent. Another position of the square planar geometry is occupied by the imidazole ligand. Furthermore, computational studies of the new complex were performed by carrying out DFT calculations. Geometry optimization and natural band analysis of the complex is discussed in further detail.   相似文献

Mercury exists in two forms in environment, inorganic salts and organic compounds. Determination of mercury is very important, due to its health effects. In the present research, diphenylation of mercury using phenylboronic acid as a derivatization reagent was used for the determination of Hg(II) in real water samples. A simple, rapid and cheap method named dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction was used for the extraction of analyte under the following conditions: extraction solvent 16 μL of carbon tetrachloride, disperser solvent 1 mL of ethanol and sample volume 5 mL. Under the optimal conditions, the enrichment factor for diphenylmercury was 931 and the limit of detection calculated on the basis of five replicates was 0.004 μg mL?1. The repeatability of the method expresses as relative standard deviation was 5.1 (n = 6). The linear range was between 0.01 and 10 μg mL?1. The performance of the proposed technique was evaluated for the determination of mercury in different environmental water samples.  相似文献

The combination of liquid phase microextraction (LPME) based on a single drop and gas chromatography flame ionization detector (GC-FID) was used for separation and determination of amitriptyline and nortriptyline in human plasma and urine samples. The sample solution was kept alkaline (pH 12), then a microdrop of organic solvent (isooctane) was suspended in the donor solution; after extraction, the organic microdrop was injected into the GC-FID. Experimental LPME conditions were optimized. Finally, the enrichment factors (89.5?C139.0), the relative standard deviation (RSD%, n = 5) 1.1?C8.5, linearity ranges (0.05?C20 ??g mL?1), and the limits of detections (0.01, 0.02 ??g mL?1) for selected drugs were evaluated.  相似文献

A multicomponent electrochemical sensor, with two nanometer-scale components in sensing matrix/electrode, was used to simultaneous determination of levodopa (LD) and tyramine (TR) in pharmaceutical and diet samples. Multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were used as carbonaceous materials in the electrode construction. 5-amino-3',4'-dimethoxy-biphenyl-2-ol (5ADMB) was used as electron mediator and Pt nanoparticles (nPt) as a catalyst. The 5ADMB catalyzes the oxidation of LD to the corresponding catecholamine, which is electrochemically reduced back to LD. Preparation of this electrode was very simple and modified electrode showed good properties at electrocatalytic oxidization of LD and TR. Using differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), a highly selective and simultaneous determination of LD and TR has been explored at the modified electrode. Differential pulse voltammetry peak currents of LD and TR increased linearly with their concentrations at the ranges of 0.50–100.0 μM and 0.60–100.0 μM, respectively. Also, the detection limits for LD and TR were 0.31 and 0.52 μM, respectively. The electrode exhibited an efficient catalytic response with good reproducibility and stability.  相似文献

A series of 3‐cyano‐2‐pyridone derivatives were synthesized by one‐pot four‐component condensation reaction involving a benzaldehyde derivative, alkyl cyanoacetate, acyclic or cyclic ketones, and ammonium acetate in reflux condition. The X‐ray structure of the products 5a and 5d confirm symmetric dimers via hydrogen bonding interactions between individual pyridine molecules showing, in addition, also π–π stacking interactions.  相似文献
