Self‐healing cyanate ester resins (CE) were developed by adding low molecular weight poly(phenylene oxide) (PPO) resin, yielding a high performance CE/PPO system via a low‐temperature process. The addition of PPO improved the flexural strength and fracture toughness of the CE matrix without sacrificing thermal properties. CE/PPO formulations with 5, 10, and 15 wt.% PPO showed 43%, 65%, and 105% increase in fracture toughness due to a combination of crack deflection, crack pinning, and matrix cavitation around second‐phase particles. When PPO was introduced into the CE, dielectric properties were either unchanged or declined. During thermal treatment to heal damaged CE, liquid PPO flowed into cracks, and during subsequent cooling, solidified to bond the crack surfaces. The self‐healing efficiency for CE with 15 wt.% PPO after heating to 220°C for 1 h exhibited a recovery of 73% in toughness and 81% in microtensile strength. Several kinds of highly-branched block polyethers were synthesized via anion ring-opening polymerization of propylene oxide (PO) and ethylene oxide (EO), using phenol-amine resin (PA) as the initiator. The rheological properties determined by rotational rheometer all followed the regular rules of polymer systems: under a certain conditions, the bulk polyethers were pseudoplastic and non-Newtonian fluid, and with the increasing of the shear rate and temperature, the apparent viscosity of the block copolymers were reduced. In addition, modulus determination showed that such polyether molecules presented preferable viscosity compared to the elasticity, meanwhile, storage modulus, loss modulus and compound viscosity all decreased with the increasing of temperature. Storage modulus and loss modulus increased along with the scanning frequency increasing. But compared with the same kind of linear polymers, the significant difference was the low melt viscosity, which attributed to the special three-dimension space structure hindering the entanglement of chains. Furthermore, the rheological properties among the several block polyethers showed differences obviously. In other words, the number of block and the content of EO all have a significant effect on the rheological properties, specifically, the modulus will increase with the increasing of the block number and the EO content. 相似文献

The direct fermentative production of l-serine from sugar has attracted increasing attention. Corynebacterium glutamicum SYPS-062 can directly convert sugar to l-serine. In this study, the effects of exogenous and endogenous regulation of cofactor folate on C. glutamicum SYPS-062 growth and l-serine accumulation were investigated. For exogenous regulation, the inhibitor (sulfamethoxazole) or precursor (p-aminobenzoate) of folate biosynthesis was added to the medium, respectively. For endogenous regulation, the gene (pabAB) that encodes the key enzyme of folate biosynthesis was knocked out or overexpressed to obtain the recombinant C. glutamicum SYPS-062 ΔpabAB and SYPS-062(pJC-tac-pabAB), respectively. The results indicated that decreased levels of cofactor folate supported l-serine accumulation, whereas increased levels of cofactor folate aided in cell growth of C. glutamicum SYPS-062. Thus, this study not only elucidated the role of folate in C. glutamicum SYPS-062 growth and l-serine accumulation, but also provided a novel and convenient approach to regulate folate biosynthesis in C. glutamicum. 相似文献

采用超声法制备g-C3N4/NiO复合催化材料,将其滴涂在玻碳电极(GCE)表面构建g-C3N4/NiO/GCE催化电极。采用电聚合方法,以马尿酸为模板分子,邻苯二胺为功能单体构建M IP/g-C3N4/NiO/GCE传感器。采用时间-电流法对传感器制备条件优化。结果表明,复合催化材料对H2O2具有良好的催化效果。分子印迹传感器对马尿酸具有良好的选择性。在优化条件下,马尿酸质量浓度在0.05~2 mg/L范围内,电极电流响应与浓度呈良好的线性关系,检出限为7.1μg/L。将电极用于尿液中马尿酸的检测,回收率在87.3%~95.3%之间。 相似文献

为扩展氟喹诺酮由抗菌活性向抗肿瘤活性转化的结构修饰策略,利用药效团生物电子等排及其拼合和骨架迁越药物化学分子构建方法,以酰胺基作为氟喹诺酮C-3位羧基的生物电子等排体,氟喹诺酮骨架为酰胺基的功能修饰基,设计合成了氟喹诺酮-3-N-酰胺类目标化合物。其结构经元素分析和光谱数据确证。体外抗肿瘤实验结果表明,目标化合物对Hep-3B细胞和Capan-1细胞的抗增殖活性均显著强于母体环丙沙星的活性,尤其对Hep-3B细胞的抑制活性最强。因此,用酰胺基来替代C-3羧基有利于提高氟喹诺酮的抗肿瘤活性。 相似文献

As one of the most aggressive and lethal human malignancies with extremely poor prognosis, there is an urgent demand of more effective therapy for the treatment of pancreatic cancer. Reported here is a new, effective therapeutic strategy and the design of small‐molecule inhibitors that simultaneously target bromodomain and extra‐terminal (BET) and histone deacetylase (HDAC), potentially serving as promising therapeutic agents for pancreatic cancer. A highly potent dual inhibitor ( 13 a ) is identified to possess excellent and balanced activities against BRD4 BD1 (IC50=11 nm ) and HDAC1 (IC50=21 nm ). Notably, this compound shows higher in vitro and in vivo antitumor potency than the BET inhibitor (+)‐JQ1 and the HDAC inhibitor vorinostat, either alone or and in combination, highlighting the advantages of BET/HDAC dual inhibitors for more effective treatment of pancreatic cancer. 相似文献

为实现超导重力仪磁悬浮力的精确计算,以GWR型超导重力仪为模型基础,采用有限元的思想,将超导球表面电流理想化为多个等高共轴电流环,计算出各个电流环与超导线圈的作用力,求和得到线圈与超导球间的磁悬浮力。利用MATLAB完成计算程序实现,通过改变下线圈电流和上、下线圈电流比,获得满足一定条件的磁悬浮力及其梯度。选取合适的模型参数,计算出线圈对质量为m=4.069 g超导球的磁悬浮力大小为:Ftotal=3.988×10^-2N,磁悬浮力梯度为:-9.699×10^-3N/m,此时悬浮力梯度合适,满足系统稳定性和灵敏度的要求。 相似文献
