A continuous-wave 280 nm light-emitting diode (LED) was used as the excitation source for native fluorescence detection of proteins in CE. The operating current and temperature of the LED were optimized in order to achieve high luminescence power. It was found that a forward current of 30 mA and a temperature of approximately 5 degrees C gave the best S/N. By using a set of two ball lenses to focus light from the LED, we achieved a spot of approximately 200 mum with a power of 0.1-0.2 mW on the detection window. Fluorescence was collected with a ball lens at 90 degrees angle through a bandpass filter onto a photomultiplier tube. In CZE an LOD of 20 nM for conalbumin was reached. In capillary gel electrophoresis all eight proteins from a commercial standard kit were detected with high S/N. For a 10 microg/mL total protein mixture, S/N was better than 3 for all proteins in solution. Further improvement in LOD should be possible on utilization of an LED with higher luminescence power. 相似文献

The cathode materials, LiMn2O4, LiAl0.05Mn1.95O4 and LiAl0.05Mn1.95O3.95F0.05 were firstly prepared by a simple solution-based gel method using the mixture of acetate and ethanol as the chelating agent. The synthesized samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction, scanning electronic microscope and differential and thermal analysis. The as-prepared powders were used as positive materials for lithium-ion battery, whose discharge capacity and cycle voltammogram properties were examined. The results revealed that LiAl0.05Mn1.95O3.95F0.05 synthesized by the solution-based gel method had higher initial capacity than LiAl0.05Mn1.95O4 and better capacity retention rate (92%) than that of LiAl0.05Mn1.95O4 and LiMn2O4, which revealed that Al and F dual-doped LiMn2O4 could gain better electrochemical properties of LiMn2O4 than only the Al-doped LiMn2O4. 相似文献

An efficient and feasible synthetic approach was developed for the synthesis of an array of new flavane derivafives from the substituted benzaldehyde with the reduction of chalcones and subsequent cyclization as the key steps. The purity and structure of the products were confirmed by the elemental analysis and a combination of its IR, ^1H and ^13C NMR, and mass spectra. These synthetic compounds were tested for xanthine oxidase (XO) inhibitions and antifungal actions against Candida albicans, Cryptococcus neoformans, Aspergillus sp. and Trichophyton rubrum. 7-Hydrazinocarbonylmethoxy-4'-methoxyflavane (9) was found to be the most XO inhibitory with IC50=76.4 μmol/L, and the most potent antifungal compound was 4'-hydrazinocarbonylmethoxyflavane (12) with minimal inhibition concentration MIC=8 μg/mL against Trichophyton rubrum. 相似文献

The reactions of fluoroalkanesulfonyl azides RfSO2N31 with N-alkylindoles 2 have been studied in detail. It was found that both solvent and the amount of the azides seriously affected the product distribution. 1 reacted with equimolar of 2 in ether or 1,4-dioxane affording 2-(N-substituted-indolinylidene)fluoroalkane sulfonylimines 3 as major product; While, treatment of 2 with 2 equiv. of 1 in ethanol, an unexpected product N-substituted-2-fluoroalkanesulfonimino-3-diazo-indolines 4 were obtained in good yield. We present low stress cubic boron nitride (cBN) films with a transition layer deposited on the metal alloy substrates by tuned substrate radio-frequency magnetron sputtering. The films were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The IR peak position of cubic boron nitride at 1006.3 cm−1, which is close to the stressless state, indicates that the film has very low internal stress. The TEM image shows that pure CBN phase exists on the surface of the film. Several phases of boron nitride were found at the medium implantation dose. It is believed that the transition from the low ordered phases to cBN phase occurred during implantation. 相似文献

The reaction of scandium(III) with o-chlorophenylfluorone (o-CIPF) in the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) has been studied. In an acetate buffer at pH 4.4, a red-purple complex is obtained, with maximum absorption at 569 nm and a molar absorptivity of 1.31 x 10(5)1.mole(-1).cm(-1). The composition of the complex is found to be 1:2:2 Sc-o-CIPF-CTMAB. Beer's law is obeyed over the range 0-12 mug/25 ml scandium. The proposed method has been used for determination of trace scandium in tungsten ores after its prior separation by solvent extraction. 相似文献

A new quartz crystal impedance sensing technique for the assay of hyaluronidase (HAse) activity is presented. It is based on the changes in viscosity and density during the enzymatic hydrolysis of hyaluronic acid (HA) by HAse. The variations of equivalent circuit parameters of piezoelectric quartz crystal (PQC) during the enzymatic degradation are discussed. The motional resistance shift curves indicate that the viscosity of the test solutions decreases during the hydrolysis process. The initial hydrolysis rates of HA are obtained from changes in viscosity and density as a function of incubation time. Kinetic parameters (the Michaelis constant K(m) and the maximum hydrolysis rate V(max)) of the degradation reaction are estimated by using a linear Lineweaver-Burk plot in this work. The K(m) was 0.44+/-0.03 mg.ml(-1) and the V(max) was -(5.29+/-0.36)x10(-3) kg.m(-2).s(-1/2).min(-1). 相似文献

[reaction: see text] A molecular shuttle containing an alpha-CD macrocycle, an azobenzene unit, and two different fluorescent naphthalimide units was synthesized. The cis-trans photoisomerization of the azobenzene unit resulted in the motion of the CD macrocycle on the track.
