Kinetic Monte Carlo simulations of nucleation and growth in electrodeposition

Nucleation and growth during bulk electrodeposition is studied using kinetic Monte Carlo (KMC) simulations. Ion transport in solution is modeled using Brownian dynamics, and the kinetics of nucleation and growth are dependent on the probabilities of metal-on-substrate and metal-on-metal deposition. Using this approach, we make no assumptions about the nucleation rate, island density, or island distribution. The influence of the attachment probabilities and concentration on the time-dependent island density and current transients is reported. Various models have been assessed by recovering the nucleation rate and island density from the current-time transients.     

鳗鱼油的脂肪酸组成分析

鳗鱼加工下脚料（头、骨等）所得鱼油经甲酯化处理后，用GC和GC-MS进行了脂肪酸的组成分析，共签定出27个组分，它们占色谱峰总面积的97．9％。其主组分为油酸、棕榈酸、棕榈油酸，并含有廿碳五烯酸、廿二碳六烯酸，与鳗鱼肉中油的化学组成类似，具有开发利用的价值。     

流动注射区域采样法测定镀锌钝化液中高浓度锌

本文建立了流动注射二甲酚橙光度法测定镀锌纯化液中Ｚｎ￣２＋的自动分析方法。利用区域采样技术和调整管路参数自动完成对样品的上千倍稀释，确定了最佳分析条件并研究了干扰离子的影响及消除办法。所建方法仪器简单，分析速度为８４次／小时，变异系数（Ｚｎ￣２＋１６．０ｇ／Ｌ，ｎ＝２０）为１．Ｏ％，用于实际钝化液分析，相对误差小于±１０％。     

Polymer-enzyme conjugates can self-assemble at oil/water interfaces and effect interfacial biotransformations

Native water-soluble enzymes were transformed into interface-binding enzymes via conjugation with hydrophobic polymers, thus enabling interesting interfacial biocatalysis between immiscible chemicals at oil/water interfaces. Such interfacial biocatalysis demonstrated a significantly improved catalytic efficiency as compared to traditional biphasic reactions with enzymes contained in the bulk aqueous phase. Particularly, polystyrene-conjugated beta-galactosidase showed a catalytic efficiency that was more than 145 times higher than that of the native enzyme for a transgalactosylation reaction. It is believed that the improved accessibility of the biocatalysts to chemicals held in both phases across the interface is the key driver for the enhancement of enzyme activity.

钨砷杂多阴离子[KAs4W40O140(M·H2O)2]n-中配位水的取代反应

本文报道了[KAs_4W_(40)O_(140)(M·H_2O_2]~(n-)杂多阴离子中配位水的取代反应.在水溶液中,许多配体,如[Fe(CN)_6]~(4-)、[Fe(CN)_6]~(3-),SO_3~(2-)等都能取代配位水形成具有特征颜色的配离子.在水溶液中不能发生的配体取代配位水的反应,在非极性有机溶剂中却容易发生,这与配位水分子在非极性有机溶剂中易脱去形成配位不饱和态有关.     

CTMAB胶束体系中反离子缔合度的测定

Flow-injection chemiluminescence determination of chloroquine using peroxynitrous acid as oxidant

A new flow-injection chemiluminescence (CL) method for determination of chloroquine is proposed based on a stronger chemiluminescence of chloroquine in hydrogen peroxide-nitrite-sulfuric acid medium. The proposed method allows the measurement of chloroquine over the range of 3.0×10⁻⁷ to 1.0×10⁻⁵ mol l⁻¹. The detection limit is 8.6×10⁻⁸ mol l⁻¹, and the relative standard deviation for 1.0×10⁻⁶ mol l⁻¹ chloroquine (n=11) is 1.6%. The CL mechanism is also discussed.     

Further Daphniphyllum Alkaloids from the Leaves of Daphniphyllum macropodum Miq.

Five new polycyclic Daphniphyllum alkaloids, macropodumines F ( 1 ) and G ( 2 ), 17‐oxoyuzurimine ( 3 ), and macropodumines H ( 4 ) and I ( 5 ), were isolated from the leaves of D. macropodum Miq ., collected in Sichuan Province, China. The structures and relative configurations of the new compounds – as well as of four known, related alkaloids – were elucidated on the basis of in‐depth spectroscopic and mass‐spectrometric analyses, by chemical derivatization, and by comparison of spectroscopic data with those of known compounds.
