利用CE317太阳辐射计对2005年第19号台风登陆前后期问(9月29 H至10月6日)进行观测实验,采用Langley法分析台风对中国大陆沿海地区气溶胶光学特性的影响.指出台风过后气溶胶光学特性明显发生改变,气溶胶大粒子数增多,小粒子数减小.气溶胶光学厚度、Angstr(o)m波长指数α和大气混浊度系数β为测量期间最低分别为0.132(550 nm处),0.861和0.079.同时利用实验期间APS3321空气动力学粒度仪分析的气溶胶单位体积数粗细质粒所占比重、气溶胶粒子尺度谱分布和实测的日际气溶胶粒子数浓度对实验分析结果.α,β进行对比,发现它们之间的一致性很好.  相似文献

The mixed spin-1/2 and spin-1 Ising chain with both longitude and transverse single-ion anisotropies Dz and Dx is solved exactly by means of a mapping to the spin-1/2 Ising chain with the alternating transverse fields and the Jordan-Wigner transformation. The analytical expressions of the quasi-particles' spectra Λk, the minimal energy gap Δ0 for exciting a fermion quasi-particle, the minimal energy gap Δh for exciting a hole, and the ground state energy are obtained. The phase diagram of the ground state is also given. The results show that when Dz?0 for any finite value of Dx, there is no quantum critical point and the ground state is always in a spin ordered phase disregard of the boundary condition in the present system.  相似文献

Recently, PtIV prodrugs have attracted much attention as the next generation of platinum‐based antineoplastic drug candidates. Here we report the discovery and evaluation of monochalcoplatin, a monocarboxylated PtIV prodrug that is among the most cytotoxic PtIV prodrugs to date. Compared with its dicarboxylated counterpart chalcoplatin, monochalcoplatin accumulates astonishingly effectively and rapidly in cancer cells, which is not ascribed to its lipophilicity. The prodrug is quickly reduced, causes DNA damage, and induces apoptosis, resulting in superior cytotoxicity with IC50 values in the nanomolar range in both cisplatin‐sensitive and ‐resistant cells; these IC50 values are up to 422‐fold higher than that of cisplatin. A detailed mechanistic study reveals that monochalcoplatin actively enters cells through a transporter‐mediated process. Moreover, monochalcoplatin shows significant antitumor activity in an in vivo colorectal tumor model. Our study implies a practical strategy for the design of more effective PtIV prodrugs to conquer drug resistance by tuning both cellular uptake pathways and activation processes.  相似文献

Gold/silica/poly(N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide) (Au/SiO2/polyMBAAm) trilayer composite materials were prepared by distillation precipitation polymerization of N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide (MBAAm) in the presence of Au/SiO2 particles as seeds, in which the seeds were prepared by a combination of gold-complexing and silane coupling agent with a further modified St?ber method. The polymerization of MBAAm was performed in neat acetonitrile with 2,2'-azobisisobutyronitrile as an initiator to encapsulate the Au/SiO2 seeds driven by the hydrogen-bonding interaction between the hydroxyl group on the surface of the seeds and the amide unit of polyMBAAm without modification of the Au/SiO2 surface in the absence of any stabilizer or surfactant. Hollow polyMBAAm microspheres with movable Au cores were further developed by the selective removal of the middle silica layer with hydrofluoric acid. The resultant trilayer Au/SiO2/polyMBAAm composite and hollow polyMBAAm microspheres with movable Au cores were characterized by transmission electron microscopy. The diffusion of chemicals across the polyMBAAm shell was investigated by a catalytic reduction of 4-nitrophenol to 4-aminophenol in the presence of sodium borohydride as a reductant.  相似文献

Platinum-based complexes are among the most widely utilized cancer therapeutics. Current Pt(II) drugs face some challenges including toxicity and drug resistance. To solve these issues, great efforts have been devoted to developing nonclassical platinum complexes, such as Pt(IV) prodrugs, that act via mechanisms distinct from those of the approved drugs. Compared with active Pt(II) counterparts, Pt(IV) complexes are relatively inert. Although direct interactions between Pt(IV) complexes and nucleotides have been reported, the reaction is slow due to the kinetic inertness of Pt(IV) complexes. Herein, we design and synthesize a Pt(IV) monotrifluoromethyl complex, in which the chloride ligand that is trans to trifluoromethyl ligand is reactive. The Pt(IV) monotrifluoromethyl complex is very stable in water but displays high reactivity towards various substrates including buffer components and 5’-dGMP. The study of reaction mechanism reveals that this Pt(IV) complex reacts with phosphate via SN2 nucleophilic substitution pathway, which is different from Pt(II) drugs. The Pt(IV) monotrifluoromethyl complex is cytotoxic in human ovarian cancer cells. Our work reports an example of a reactive organometallic Pt(IV) complex that can directly interact with nucleophiles and implies its potential as an anticancer agent.  相似文献

Fluorous tagged peptides have shown promising features for biomedical applications such as drug delivery and multimodal imaging. The bioconjugation of fluoroalkyl ligands onto cargo peptides greatly enhances their proteolytic stability and membrane penetration via a proposed “fluorine effect”. The tagged peptides also efficiently deliver other biomolecules such as DNA and siRNA into cells via a co-assembly strategy. The fluoroalkyl chains on peptides with antifouling properties enable efficient gene delivery in the presence of serum proteins. Besides intracellular biomolecule delivery, the amphiphilic peptides can be used to stabilized perfluorocarbon-filled microbubbles for ultrasound imaging. The fluorine nucleus on fluoroalkyls provides intrinsic probes for background-free magnetic resonance imaging. Labeling of fluorous tags with radionuclide 18F also allows tracing the biodistribution of peptides via positron emission tomography imaging. This mini-review will discuss properties and mechanism of the fluorous tagged peptides in these applications.  相似文献

目的探讨非开放性颅脑损伤急性期患者血清中封闭蛋白5(CLDN5)、密封蛋白(OCLN)和紧密连接蛋白1(ZO1)的含量与患者损伤严重程度及预后的关系。方法收集2014年2月至2015年2月非开放性颅脑损伤急性期患者92例。患者入院后立即留取外周血,检测血清中CLDN5、OCLN和ZO1的含量,分析三者与患者格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)、颅内血肿体积的关系以及对患者预后的判断价值。结果不同GCS的患者间血清CLDN5和OCLN含量均有统计学差异(均P<0.05);不同血肿体积的患者间CLDN5和OCLN含量均有统计学差异(均P<0.05);死亡患者的血清CLDN5和OCLN含量明显高于存活组(均P<0.05),在不同GCS、血肿体积和预后的患者间比较,ZO1含量均无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。GCS与血清CLDN5、OCLN含量均呈负相关(rCLDN5=-0.84,rOCLN=-0.85,均P<0.01),与ZO1无相关性(rZO1=0.14,P>0.05);血肿体积与血清CLDN5、OCLN和ZO1含量均呈正相关(rCLDN5=0.82,rOCLN=0.93,rZO1=0.82,均P<0.01)。结论血清CLDN5、OCLN可以作为急性颅脑损伤患者病情严重程度和预后判断的有效生物标志物。  相似文献

Proton exchange membranes (Nafion) have been studied using current sensing atomic force microscopy to examine the correlation between the surface morphology and the ionic domains, and to probe the local ionic conduction distribution in the membranes. It is found that the local ionic conduction generated from the current sensing images follows a Gaussian-like distribution, with the peak value and the width of the distribution increasing with the relative humidity in the sample chamber and, thus, the water content in the membranes. Two types of Nafion membranes, Nafion 112 and Nafion 117, were studied using the method. The implications of the distribution in relation to the ionic conducting channels in the membranes are discussed.  相似文献
