Homogeneously dispersed silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) were successfully decorated onto the surface of TiO2 nanotube arrays (TNTA) by means of an in situ photoreduction method. TNTA films as supports exhibit excellent properties to prevent agglomeration of AgNPs, and they also avoid using polymer ligands, which is deleterious to enhancing the properties of the fabricated NPs. The silver particle size and its content could be controlled just by changing the immersion time. Detailed SEM and TEM analyses combined with energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy analyses with different immersion times (5, 10, 30, 60 min) have revealed the variation tendency. The prepared Ag/TNTA composite films were also characterized by XRD, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and high‐resolution TEM. The UV/Vis diffuse reflectance spectra displayed a redshift of the absorption peak with the growth of AgNPs. The photocurrent response and the photoelectrocatalytic degradation of methyl orange (MO) were used to evaluate the photoelectrochemical properties of the fabricated samples. The results showed that the photocurrent response and photoelectrocatalytic activity largely depended on the loaded Ag particle size and content. TNTA films with a diameter of 17.92 nm and silver content of 1.15 at % showed the highest photocurrent response and degradation rate of MO. The enhanced properties could be attributed to the synergistic effect between AgNPs and TiO2. To make good use of this effect, particle size and silver content should be well controlled to develop the electron charge and discharge process during the photoelectrical process. 采用溶胶凝胶技术通过添加Ce(NO3)3制备了掺杂Ce3 离子的纳米SiO2材料,进行了不同温度的氯化处理。采用电子能谱、吸收光谱以及荧光光谱对Cl-离子修饰Ce3 掺杂SiO2材料的成分及光学性能进行分析、测试,研究Cl-离子修饰对掺杂SiO2材料中Ce3 离子光学性能的影响。测试结果表明,经过氯化处理不仅可以明显提高Ce3 离子掺杂SiO2材料的发光强度,还可以使发光和激发波长产生明显的变化,发光波长由445 nm蓝移至390 nm,激发波长由326 nm蓝移至290 nm左右。这种转化具有可逆性,将经氯化处理的样品重新在空气中处理后,发光强度减弱,发光和激发波长也恢复到氯化处理前的位置。 相似文献

Inspired by the lotus leaf, a new superhydrophobic surface with hierarchical mesh-porous structure is fabricated by femtosecond laser irradiation on silicon. The fabricated surface shows a superhydrophobic character with water contact angle being found to reach up to 158°±1° and sliding angle of 4°±0.5°. The superhydrophobicity is stable even if the PH of solution changes from 1 to 14. And the surface also exhibits excellent self-cleaning effect and bouncing behavior, implying that the adhesion of the surface is extremely low. We experimentally studied the catalytic performances of a series of Br?nsted-Lewis acidic N-methyl-2-pyrrolidonium metal chlorides([Hnmp]Cl/MCl_x, where M=Fe, Zn, Al, or Cu) for the hydrolysis of microcrystalline cellulose(MCC) and cotton to produce reducing sugar. A variety of factors, such as temperature, time, ionic liquid(IL) species, IL dosage, and the concentration of the metal chloride were investigated. [Hnmp]Cl/FeCl_3 presented the best hydrolysis performance, affording a 98.8% yield of total reducing sugar from MCC(1 h, 100 °C, 0.1 g MCC, 0.2 g acidic IL, 2.0 g [Bmim]Cl as solvent), which is better than or comparable to results previously obtained with other –SO_3H functionalized acidic ILs. The hydrolysis performances of [Hnmp]Cl/MClx were rationalized using density functional theory calculations, which indicated that interactions between the metal chlorides and the cellulose, including charge-transfer interactions are important in the hydrolysis of cellulose and degradation of glucose. This work shows that Br?nsted-Lewis acidic ILs are potential catalysts for the hydrolysis of cellulose to produce sugar. 相似文献
